- Ruben (8/5): Nice - Great service from the receptionist. Great to get help with storing the luggage after checkout. Not very clean rooms, some dust in the corners.

- Lionel (10/5): Very good, convenient with washer. - A bit small for a couple but that's probably fairly normal for Tokyo. Location was good, not too far away from the metro system. There are two washing machines and two dryerd which was great as we were in the middle of a five week long trip.

Since I stayed there alone, I’m not sure how big a room is for two people but it was good enough of everything for budget stay. A lady at the reception when I checked in was very kind and generous.
