• Uta (8/5): - Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war sehr gut, modern und hübsch. Man ist sehr zentral und erreicht den Markusplatz in ca. 7 min. Gleich um die Ecke eine Bar, wo man prima frühstücken kann. Gepäck - Aufbewahrungsmoglichkeit keine 5 min entfernt ( radicalstorage), ebenso Vaporetto Haltestelle St. Giuglia. Unmittelbar einige nette Restaurants. Ansonsten ruhig in einer Seitengasse. Google Maps hat problemlos eingeleitet. Schlafzimmerfenster ging auf den Kanal, was schön war. War aber offensichtlich auch der Grund für total viele Mücken, obwohl wir nie Fenster bei Licht auf hatten. Mit einem Mückenstecker aus dem Supermarkt haben wir uns dann geholfen. Die Tür zu einem Schlafzimmer lässt sich nur anlehnen, nicht schließen. Die Dusche im 2. Bad ist prinzipiell nicht nutzbar , dann flutet man alles und alles wird auch nass, keine Abtrennung vorhanden, ist zu klein. Das 2. Bad ist aber im anderen Schlafzimmer. Man muss sich arrangieren , für Familien ja eher kein Problem.

• Jess (7/5): Lovely stay, perfect location and very clean place to stay. - Property has everything you need in it and very spacious. In a perfect location for near by restaurants and cafes and also near to all the go to attractions. Could hear the people above us moving things around and talking which was quite disruptive as this went on past 10pm and then first thing on a morning around 5am. The shower screen when sliding kept coming away at the bottom. Person meeting us to give the keys needs to allow more time between the meeting of us and the next people as we felt very rushed by messages saying “if you are late I will not wait” it’s quite difficult to find so need to allow more time for guests to find.

• Carlo (9/5): Modern, centrally located 2 bedroom apartment. - Location, air conditioning, clean. Lovely place. Enjoyed all the shops walking distance from the apartment. Difficult to locate for new comers. No sign outside indicating the apartment. Distance to drag luggage not ideal for older travellers.
• Thomas (9/5): - Sehr hübsch eingerichtetes und fantastisch gelegenes Appartment im Herzen von San Marco; alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fussläufig erreichbar, ein gut sortierter Supermarkt befindet sich 8 min entfernt. Die Gestaltung und Ausstattung der Wohnung sind super, ein weiteres Plus ist die Klimaanlage, die einen erholsamen Schlaf ermöglicht hat. Absolute Empfehlung!!! Der Host war ebenfalls extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit! -

• Jimenez (5/5): Lugar práctico para visitar Venecia. - La ubicación es perfecta, las habitaciones son cómodas, es limpio Solicitaron un depósito de 200 euros, cosa que no me pasó en ninguna ciudad con ningún alojamiento. A pesar de esto fue el único lugar que tenía cosas dañadas como la llave del baño y el cobertor de la cama que estaba manchado de algo violeta. La persona que lo entregó fue cero empatía, exigiendo el pago a pesar de que veía que el link de pago del depósito no funcionaba con ninguna tarjeta de crédito. Llegamos tarde a la entrega por una huelga de trenes y la persona que entregó no fue empatía para nada con nuestra situación

• jon (8/5): - If you’re going to visit Venice you need to be aware that there is some effort involved getting to your property destination, but well worth it. GPS came in handy finding the spot because it is t out in the open, couple twist and turn to get there however after a few repetition's you’ll get the hang of the location. Property rep was kind, informative and helpful when checking in. As for the property, it was what I expected from the pics however better preparation for the next renter could have need much better. Property wasn’t dirty however it wasn’t clean either. Bathrooms and floors were not at the level of cleanliness you’d expect checking. Had to sweep and mop after arriving along with wiping down surfaces throughout the property. Location is good, only real negative was encountering a looter/pick pocketer going through his gatherings for the day sitting on our steps blocking the entrance to the property. Asked him politely to take it elsewhere and he respected the request. Would I stay there twice, hard no but I’d definitely visit Venice again at some point in my lifetime.

Two toilets and good cooking facilities. • comfy beds. • the kettle broke as soon as we used it. • the gas alarm went off three times during the stay however the host did send out a engineer to check which was really reassuring for us☺️ • taking your rubbish to the disposal point.

• Stephanie (9/5): Comfortable, quiet, place to stay near many things - wonderful location that was really quiet, and we felt safe. the house, beds and rooms were very comfortable. We needed something with no steps in the place for an older guest with less mobility, so this place really fit the bill. AC in the bedrooms worked great as well. Wonderful main shower. personally, I like when there are at least a couple of ways one can make their coffee. Unfortunately, the nespresso machine had only one working pod and there wasn't a working French Press or espresso maker for our own coffee. We looked in multiple stores for nespresso to no avail. It's a small detail and there are plenty of wonderful places to buy a cafe or cappuccino. Just a personal preference to have it at home before getting presentable.

• Michaela (9/5): Superb - Great location. The host was extremely helpful, met us at the water taxi stop and helped us find the best way to get to the apartment with our bags. The apartment was cute and very quiet. There is only one usable shower, in the ensuite bathroom. The other shower head is mounted on a hose next to the toilet, about 3 feet high. You would have to wipe down the bathroom after using it.

• Melissa (10/5): Great central Venice apartment - We had a great weekend stay at the house - the welcome was especially great. Only issues - the address does not show up correctly on Google maps so make sure to double confirm the location - we had some confusion around this. Also, we did have a lot of mosquitos in the house - make sure to keep the windows closed at all times. Lastly - the second bathroom is only a half bath - there is a water sprayer in it but it’s not a shower. But overall, it’s a very well appointed, super well located apartment! Was perfect for a trip with a friend for the weekend.
• David (10/5): Excellent place to stay in Venice - It was clean, in an excellent location close to La Fenice, restaurants, shops and cafes. The beds were comfortable and the property had air conditioning. Without the air conditioning, the property could get very hot and stuffy during the day.
• Mike (8/5): Great place and easy to walk to St Marks in 15 mins - Nice place in walking distance of St Marks. Comfortable beds and one on suite room. Very quiet and overall a great place to stay in Venice.
• Jacquie (9/5): Great location, cosy apartment - Great location, within easy walking distance of all the main areas. Cosy little apartment, quiet area. Freddy, the guy who showed us to the apartment was lovely, and went out of his way to meet us when we got off our water taxi from the airport, pretty sure we'd have got lost without him! Plenty of space for the 3 of us, we'll equipped kitchen, constant temperature from heating system was lovely , as was the hot water for shower. The beds were a little hard!! The larger of the bedrooms, with ensuite, really needs a shelf/ shelves/ surfaces to put your toiletries, as there isn't a dressing table or anywhere to put toiletries/ makeup/ hair brush etc. The 2nd bathroom isn't really suitable for showering, as just a hand held shower attachment on the wall by a bidet.
