• Therese (8/5): Affordable work great location - Great location as i had to get to train in morning only 100m away. Didn't realise shared bathroom was with 3 rooms and toilet was in bathroom so if in use couldn't go to the toilet. But ok if a quick stay or want cheap accomodation

• Hugo alberto (3/5): Esto me pasa por raton. - La ubicacion. Y estaba limpio. Es muy basico, medio depre, pero se puede dormir. Las fotos son bastante reales pero…. Los muebles, la decoracion , las cortinas es algo que esta para tirarse.

• Scott (3/5): I got robbed - The staff was pleasant for what it was. The room was serviceable although the bed was super small and the mattress was deformed it was only one pillow ONE SHEET and a super thick blanket it wasn't worth while. During the daytime it was a lively, safe neighborhood but I came home after midnight in an Uber and the second I got out I was swarmed on by local thugs that stole my phone. I was able to fight them off and sustain no physical damage but I lost tons of photographs, had to get a new phone, etc. if you're out after midnight in that neighborhood you WILL BE robbed. Getting robbed.

İçerisi rezil şekilde yumuşatıcı kokuyor. Astımım azdı, cam açık uyuduk ve hasta uyandık. Sokak deseniz Suriye’nin arka sokağı. Burada kalacağınıza tren garında kalabilirsiniz çok yakın zaten! Bir de kalkıp 14 Euro şehir vergisi ödedik!

• SERGEJS (8/5): - Идеальное расположение рядом с вокзалом TERMINI Чистота в номере. Отличный вариант расположиться в Риме на 1 - 3 ночи. Дольше может быть сложно из-за общего туалета и душа. Нет.

• Juciele (9/5): Boa localização . - A localização é excelente, próximo do coliseu e a estação Roma Termini. Oque foi muito favorável para nosso deslocamento . Fizemos quase tudo caminhando e ainda conseguimos pegar um trem para Veneza, essa proximidade do Termini ajuda muito . Não achamos perigoso a localização do hotel. A estrutura era boa, mesmo o banheiro sendo compartilhado, estava sempre limpo, tinha água quente no chuveiro, a cama também era boa . Os aquecedores funcionavam bem. Não achei receptivo a pessoa que nos deu o primeiro atendimento. Senti falta de utensílios na pequena cozinha pra suporte de refeições.

• Natálie (7/5): Super, ale v lednu na pokoji zima. - Na bytě jsme jen přespávali. Ráno odešli a k večeru se vrátili přespat. Super lokalita. Okna sice vypadaly, že drží jen tak tak a klika se má každou chvíli rozpadnout. Za rohem mini supermarket za parádní ceny a na nádraží to je ani ne 5 minut pěšky. Majitel velice příjemný. Na bytě jsou 3 pokoje, ve vedlejší byla dvojice, se kterou jsme se nepotkávali, takže měl člověk pocit, že má celý byt pro sebe. Den příjezdu 28. 1. pršelo, byla zima večer v pokoji. Chyběly peřiny, museli jsme se přikrýt jen nachystanou bílou plachtou a červeným povlakem na posteli, což bylo málo. Ve skříni jsme našli ještě naštěstí deku, takže jsme spali celkově každý večer pod 3 povlaky + v mikině. Sice se od nějakého času začalo topit, ale nevytopilo to celý pokoj. Doporučuji spíše ubytování navštívit jaro-léto-podzim nebo doporučit pro otužilce. Celkově ale hodnotíme pozitivně, splnilo to účel pokoje čistě na přespání.

• Valeria (10/5): - Abbiamo soggiornato due notti e ci siamo trovati bene. Il ragazzo che ci ha accolto è stato molto gentile. È a due passi dalla stazione, oppure se si viene in macchina in zona ci sono numerosi parcheggi (a pagamento durante i giorni lavorativi). In camera abbiamo trovato anche l'asciugacapelli, molto comodo visto che io lo avevo dimenticato a casa.

Предоставляют полотенца, мыло, шампунь и тапочки. Немного сложно найти, так как регистрация (встреча с сотрудником) проходит напротив указанного адреса. Для непритязательных, чтобы переночевать, подойдёт.

• Melih (8/5): Very good location - Location is perfect, just 2 min walk from Termini main station. Everyday room is cleaned. Common bathroom is also kept clean. It is a bit noisy since location is very center district in Rome. Kitchen was very basic, I would expect water dispenser or coffee machine.

• youness (4/5): Chambre très petite pour cette gamme de prix - L'emplacement juste à côté de la gare est le meilleur point et proche du centre ville . -Tout les lits ne sont pas tous confortables j'ai passé 2 nuits la bas sans dormir a cause du bruit du lit. -rien ne marche ni Tv-chauffage -clime... -Ascenseur pour une seul personne pas plus -l'hotel c'est juste un appartement avec 3 chambres.l n y a pas de réception pour vs accueillir, j'ai sonner y avais personne faut attendre quelqu'un pour l'appeler et venir te donner les clés de la chambre -chambre tres petite et non confortable par rapport au prix
• marija (7/5): Good choice - The apartment is situated in the old building very well located near the railway station Termini. It was clean, simple, calm. There are 3 rooms sharing the same bath. Although it is not newly designed it was very clean, safe, quite and organized. The stuff is there for you, answering promptly. It is expensive comparing other Italian cities but you have to be prepared what to expect.
