• Smith (10/5): Fabulous apartment - Fabulous apartment in a quiet location. The host was exceptionally helpful with recommendations for restaurants and tips of how to get around the city. The apartment was very clean and had such a comfortable bed. We throughly enjoyed our stay. Nothing. Would happily stay again
• Christiane (10/5): - Valentina est une hote exceptionnelle et attentionnée.Son appartement est petit(surtout le coin cuisine et la salle de bain), mais bien organisé et tres bien équipé).avec beaucoup de petites attentions.La propreté est impeccable, le lit et la literie sont tres confortables. A proximité de tout à pied, avec supermarché (Conad) ou on trouve tout ce qu'on a besoin. Valentina explique le fonctionnement des appareils et laisse un livre d'explications aux occupants, ce qui est très rare et devrait pourtant etre la norme. Le petit balcon avec fauteuils est définitivement un plus. Sans etre negatif, il faut etre conscient que vous devrez cuisiner principalement au micro-ondes. L'ajout de tablette au-dessus du bidet ,aiderait pour le rangement. Il y a eu du bruit a certains moments provenant de l'appartement du-dessus pendant le jour. en raison de travaux semble-t-il. L'insonorisation devra être améliorée si des occupants habitent l''appartement du-dessus en permanence

• Jaime (8/5): A fine place to stay minutes away from everything, and quiet too. - Valentina is a lovely hostess. She is full of good local advice... the best of this..the best of that. Her English is great. She was always available for whatever reason, including call us a taxi. The living area lacks intimate lighting for eating in. The internet was not very efficient, to say the least.... but Valentina says she's working on that.

• Nicolas (10/5): Excelente - Era grande, tenia una sala de cocina independiente, todo muy lindo y algunas cosas hechas por la arrendataria, precioso. Nuestra arrendataria se dio todo el tiempo del mundo para explicarnos hasta el mas mínimo detalle, aunque fuese obvio, no obstante, esta iniciativa la destacamos positivamente. Que tuvimos la mala suerte de no tener wifi porque estaban haciendo arreglos, muy puntual, como para escribir algo y de igual forma, en general en Florencia pareciera que el transporte en Uber es super caro para todos lados. Nuevamente, esto es como para ayudar a futuros arrendararios de considerar eso como tarifa plana en Florencia. No asociado a este alojamiento particular.

Viaggiavamo con il Nostro bambino di un anno e ci ha fatto trovare il lettino e il seggiolone anche se non espressamente richiesti. Ci ha dato molte istruzioni e consigli su come muoversi a Firenze e dove trovare le diverse cose. Inoltre la casa é fornita di tutto quanto, anche the caffè e condimenti! We are both in our 70s and she carried our bags into the apartment on arrival and again met us on departure to assist. We were also allowed early access as I was not feeling well. There was a lovely terrace for relaxing with a drink. The apartment was spotless, the bed was very comfortable and all the facilities were of a high standard. Overall, a wonderful and comfortable place to stay. We would highly recommend. Grazie per tutto Valentina. The stairs to the second floor might be a challenge for some. Also, the shower cubicle was small but was not a problem for us.

We stayed in Dante, a comfortable and well equipped apartment. A cool haven from the very hot August weather! We loved the decor, Valentina is a warm and welcoming host and a creative artist. Access to a washing machine was a welcome bonus and the little balcony was the perfect drying area! We had a car, but we parked it with the convenient garage around the corner, who were also very helpful in fetching something when we found we’d left it in the car. We arrived a little early, but were able to leave our bags there whilst we went out, and we could also leave our luggage there on our last day, and collected it later on when we left the City. We’d definitely look at staying at La Divina Dimora on future trips to Florence! Nothing we didn’t like! Just be aware it’s second floor and no lift!

The property is equipped with everything you might need even for a longer stay, it’s close to the main attractions, a couple of grocery stores and restaurants. It was nice having the opportunity to wash some clothes in the common area, considering our 2 weeks holiday in Italy and the heat wave in August. The A/C was also very appreciated. Valentina is a lovely person and she explained clearly everything we needed to know about the property, and she even gave us a lot of recommendations. All was perfect!

• Yong (10/5): Spacious apartment in the center of Florence - Spacious apartment about 10 - 20 minutes from tourist hotspots! The host was accommodating and welcomed us personally with cantucci and handmade cards. There was aircon which helped when the weather got too warm. There were also spare towels for us to use and a washing machine and dryer. The host was very easy to reach whenever I had any questions and provided us with many recommendations. Our flight was delayed so we arrived too late for the host to meet us, not having a self check-in was slightly inconvenient in this situation. Having said that, the host did their best to accommodate our delay when they heard the news and were extremely responsive.

The pull out sofa has a good quality mattress which was appreciated by my tall teenager. Air conditioning was working perfect. The balcony does not have a nice view BUT it was big enough and Quiet which was a priority for me. And sunny ,,,plenty of coffee and and good reading relaxation moment on balcony .

Valentina from La Divina Dimora made also sure I got some money back because I was travelling alone and originally reserved for two persons by mistake. She did the correction on her own, I didn't even have to ask her. Communication per email and WhatsApp worked very good, very responsive and also useful information about good restaurants, spots with a good view etc. in Florence.

• Arunraj (10/5): Excellent apartment with well-equipped kitchen, great for long & short stays - Beautiful (Dante) Apartment with a balcony. We loved everything about it, especially the host Valentina. Excellent location. You cannot miss to see Santa Maria Duomo everyday when you are getting back to the flat! It is so close to this major attraction and all other prime attractions. Since we stayed in January, it gets a little bit cold in the middle of the night. But central heating comes back again early morning. So not a big problem!

It’s within walking distance to everywhere, less than 30min. Great recommendations from the host regarding food, transportation, attractions😊 definitely will book again when we come Florence next time Nothing. Some people may not like stairs. No lifts but only on level 2

• Shiv (10/5): Exceptional - All facilities required were available. The stay had a laundry room, with washing powder, a washer and a dryer for us to use. A handy kitchen and ample storage space for food in the cupboard and the fridge. Rooms were immensely spacious, and well maintained, with pleasant decor. Valentina was a great host, very communicative and helpful whenever we had any questions. Highly recommend this place, great location to walk around to nearby shops and locations.

She was also on h - It is a beautiful location within 5-15 minute walk of all the sights. It’s just far enough away from the main squares that it isn’t busy at all hours but is still amazingly central! Nothing honestly it was perfect.

Quiet, safe, and out of the crowds. Wonderful restaurant just doors down from the entrance. we ate there twice. I would return today. It was a lovely spot to stay in Florence. The bed needs new pillows. That's it.
• Geeson (10/5): Exceptional - Valentino is an exceptionally good host, and she has looked after our family really well. We will highly recommend this place. If you have a stroller and a lot of suitcases like we did, then just be prepared to carry it to the 2nd floor.

We lacked for nothing, there was stacks of coffee pods, a proper selection of glasses for all drinks and a fully found kitchen with everything required to cook in if you wished to do so. Great shower, towels fine, washing machine worked well, the beds were great with nice linen and good pillows. The AC was efficient, the wifi excellent and the double glazing soundproofed us from street noise when we wanted it. We enjoyed the location, easy walking to attractions, local restaurants were good and we got lots of notes and help from Valentina on everything Nothing!

• Hershel (9/5): This is a great apartment for visiting Florence. - The location is great. We walked to all the sites. Valentina gave us a lot of good tips and helped promptly with improving the wifi. The apartment is spacious and very nicely renovated, with modern fixtures in the kitchen and bathroom, a comfortable bed, and plenty of hot water in the shower.

It felt like home and was VERY good value for money! - From the moment I booked the accommodation - the communication began with the property manager. Every question was responded to quickly and clearly. The apt couldn't have been better in terms of location, facilities and management. I couldn't say there wasn't anything I didn't like. But maybe on the website you could flag that the property is up 3 flights of stairs. It made no difference to us - but if someone had mobility issues, maybe it should be noted in some way on the website?
• Elisha (10/5): Highly recommended. Superb hostess! - Very central position, 10-15 minutes walk to centre. Clean, spacious flat. Greeted by Valentina and everything was explained. She has literally thought of everything down to the . finest detail. Comfy bed including futon. Self catering a definite bonus, with small supermarkets nearby. Jazz club round the corner. Great communication with Valentina giving advice and support. Washer/dryer room. On the second floor...not too bad really.

• Paulo (9/5): Fantastic Apartment with an excellent host and extremely well located - Excellent host. She waited for us to arrive to give us the keys and showed us the apartment and explained everything inside. She gave us a map with all the expected monuments to see but also added information regarding supermarkets, good restaurants to go to and transport options available. The apartment itself was very beautiful, clean and fitted with everything required. The host even had the trouble to replace the expresso machine that was giving problems. Apartment excellent, host even more so! Nothing to do with the apartment itself, but be prepared to go up 2 flights of narrow stairs... a bit tricky with suitcases hehe

• Kübra (10/5): I love Florence ♡ - The location of the apartment is great. The apartment is clean and neat. Valentina is very caring and helpful. We were able to travel everywhere without using a vehicle. Cooking is a great option for families with children.

• Erlinda (10/5): This is a high standard to compare any of the sccommodations we’ve used. - proximity to centre of Old Town Florence, groceries, pharmacy, public transportation, restaurants, gelaterias etc. Nothing!

• Eric (10/5): Blew away our expectations, big comfortable updated space! - The experience with this place was great! The host met us there, was so friendly and gave us some local tips and information which was a nice surprise. The apartment itself was even better than it looked - the photos doesn't do it justice. Nicely updated, clean, laundry facilities available on the same floor, and only a 10 minute walk from the heart of Florence. No lift if that matters for you, but I would stay in this place again for sure. Full kitchen was available to cook as you please with dishes, etc. This was a large space too, very comfortable. Nothing comes to mind :)
• Adams (10/5): Perfect location for a relaxed and fascinating stay in Florence - We loved the neighbourhood - off the main tourist routes but central, local, safe and interesting (found 2 lovely little Trattorias) Valentina was charming and immsensely helpful, and the flat itself was larger than we expected - beautifully decorated and equjipped, with a very comfortable bed. It was very quiet, too - and we loved being able to sit ourside on the little courtyard balcony in the evenings with one last gass of wine! In all we coudn't have chosen better - highly recommended! We'd have liked an electric kettle - apart from that everything ws perfect!

• Robert (10/5): Lovely accommodation in a beautiful city! - Host provided loads of help regarding parking, using the apartment facilities and getting around locally. We chose to book a parking garage online about 1km from apartment and it worked well. Apartment is lovely with real character - daughter is really hard to impress but absolutely LOVED it! Short walk to supermarket and the sights of beautiful Florence a short easy walk away. Bus stop to reach Piazza Michelangelo 5 minutes walk away. Having to leave! :(
