• Agnese (7/5): L apparenza non è tutto.... - Posizione e struttura molto carina e curata nei particolari esterici L accoglienza zero. Oltre ad essere tutto autorizzato, non c ero nulla neanche una bottiglia di acqua, uno snack, un succo, poca importanza all accoglienza Inoltre non avevano lasciato i waucer della colazione per recarsi ad uno dei bar indicati e quindi siamo andati a nostre spese il primo giorno. Non abbiamo ricevuto neanche le scuse per l accaduto....molto sgradevole il comportamento, molto più di aver a nostre spese pagato la colazione. (Colazione inoltre decisa da loro e si poteva prendere solo croissant e cappuccino.....io sono abituata ad altro) Costi alti per il servizio in tal senso....non riandrei a soggiornare lì la prossima volta

• Adam (7/5): Sam obiekt spełnił nasze oczekiwania, natomiast raczej nie wybierzemy ponownie ze względu na wiele mankamentów związanyc - Przestronny pokój, duże i wygodne łóżko, ładna łazienka, czysto, ciekawy wystrój. Blisko do komunikacji miejskiej. Najważniejsze to gospodarz zapomniał o naszej rezerwacji i nie dostaliśmy żadnych informacji odnośnie zameldowania w tym kodów dostępu. (półtorej godziny w deszczu i wietrze zanim udało się z kimkolwiek skontaktować z obsługi). Trudno dostępna lokalizacja obiektu (jest to pokój w mieszkaniu w starym kompleksie mieszkalnym na 7 piętrze, wiele klatek, brama, dziedziniec). Trudna regulacja wody pod prysznicem (albo leciał wrzątek albo zimna woda). Grzyb pod parapetem. Niebezpiecznie wisząca lampa nad łóżkiem. Widok zza okna na plac budowy (hałas).

• Amerigo (8/5): - La colazione non è stata fatta in quando i bar convenzionati la domenica erano chiusi. La posizione era ottima. Lo stile dell'arredamento mi è piaciuto tanto, c'è stato solo un inconveniente che alle tre di notte e scattata la corrente e non riuscivamo a capire dove fosse l'interruttore per rimetterla, per il resto tutto ok. Riguardare lo scarico che si bloccava.

• Ahmad Abdulrahman (2/5): No customer care – stressful and complicated check-in - There was absolutely no attention or care from the staff or the owner. They were never available, and communication was very poor. They rarely answered calls, and when they replied, it was always late. The check-in instructions sent on WhatsApp were long, complicated, and stressful. Entering the building was also a problem. There were many stairs before reaching the apartment area, which is not suitable for older guests or anyone with luggage. Several keys did not work properly, making it difficult to open the doors. There was no parking included. I had to message them again, and only then they replied that parking costs an extra €20. The apartment is on the 7th floor, and many times the elevator only worked up to the 6th floor, making everything even more exhausting. Overall, the whole experience felt stressful, confusing, and showed zero customer care.

• ROBEE (10/5): I'LL BE BACK SOON.. - Mi piace molto tutta la struttura e la camera che ho scelto per la seconda volta fa' capire che mi piace starci. Solo una cosa vorrei dire. Bagno molto pulito. E molto molto carino. Forse curerei un po' meglio la polvere nella camera e sotto il letto. Mi sono cadute delle cose e nel raccoglierle mi sono un po' stupita della polvere che c'era. Purtroppo la mia è una deformazione professionale. Non è una critica ma un consiglio. Torno presto👍👍👍👍👍grazie mille.

• Kovacs (9/5): Superb - Perfect quality of the apartment. Big and well equipped kitchen. Very unique style. Coupons for breakfast in a café, a few minutes down the street. Location was OK: supermarket is near, good neighborhood. Location was OK: with public transportation the center is like 40-60min far. In spite of the very good quality accommodation, the water in the shower was very hectic, cold and hot water usually changed each other, and the temperature controller had some problems. But these are not too significant issues, and did not affect our satisfaction about the apartment.

Everything felt thoughtfully designed and well cared for, offering both comfort and elegance. The only downsides were that breakfast was served at a nearby bar rather than on-site, and access to the apartment involved passing through several gates.

• Roopali (10/5): When in ROME, live like Romans. - as soon as you enter the property you get a quaint and rich vibe. Everything from foyer to bedroom to bathroom and to kitchen is a candy for eyes. It is a literal example of "when in ROME act live like Romans". The kitchen had all utensils and was very hygienic. the only part which was bit hard was we had extra large bag and you have to take some steps if you enter from wrong gate. so make sure to enter from the gate which is a drive way entry gate.

• Rebecca (9/5): I would definitely come back - Everything was clean, the location was exceptional since you can take the bus and get right to the city center, and the facilities were great. There’s a large shared kitchen, where everything’s kept clean and tidy. The care for the room is noteworthy. Also, the affiliated “Bar family” offers a good breakfast (1 cappuccino and 1 croissant per person per night) and the staff there is very friendly. I’d be pleased to come back and enjoy this great stay again. We were welcomed by a maid, not the house manager, and she didn’t tell us any info or details about the room. I had to contact the house manager, who answered immediately tho, through wa for the basic information (cleaning service, breakfast, WiFi…).

First day we got voucher for breakfast that we could use in the nearby cafe, that was a nice gesture. The bus stop is just next to the apartment. The host who gave us keys was not really welcome - I’ve already talked about it with the owners, the fisrt impression was not too good. Also, the apartment’s area is quite dirty and without any nice restaurants etc.

The included breakfast took us for surprise, and was very nice. The property is quiet and has a fantastic view out of the window. Thank you for an amazing stay!

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful There is a big street in front of the building so it is a bit noisy, the apartment itself is really nice but the building is a bit worn down, its a bit far from the city center & you have to rely on busses, the apartments are a bit hard to find

• Richard (7/5): Nice space, just don't stay here. - It is a nice space with an ample kitchen. Although a nice space, the owners are totally unresponsive when something goes wrong, which in our case it did. We stayed a week and never had the internet in spite of complaining multiple times. There was a router in the next apartment over and they allowed us to use that, but it was weak. It didn't work in the kitchen and the other room (there are two separated by the kitchen) would have none. If you decide to stay here pay careful attention on how to find the apartment. There are five keys and the complex can be confusing. There is one set of keys so if you are more than one you have to coordinate your ins and outs and we found no way to buzz people in.
