The place is peaceful, beautiful, and perfect for a relaxing family vacation away from the busy city atmosphere. The garden and surrounding nature created a very calm and enjoyable environment, especially for our child. The only small downside was that there were not enough covered parking spaces for all residents, especially during busy periods. However, there was still plenty of open parking available inside the property, so it was never a real problem for us. Other than that, everything was very pleasant and we truly enjoyed our stay.

• Emilia (9/5): Rzym jest przepięknym miastem i z pewnością jeszcze kiedyś wrócimy. - Bardzo przyjemny obiekt, który spełnił większość naszych oczekiwań. Szczególnie podobała nam się przestrzeń wokół apartamentu – było dużo zieleni, cisza i spokój, co sprzyjało odpoczynkowi po zwiedzaniu Rzymu. Dzieci miały świetne warunki do zabawy, mogły swobodnie grać w piłkę na świeżym powietrzu. Dużym plusem był również kontakt z właścicielem, który okazał się bardzo pomocny i życzliwy. Jedynym minusem była odległość od centrum Rzymu – około 14 km – oraz fakt, że zajezdnia autobusowa, z której korzystaliśmy najczęściej znajduje się 1,3 km od apartamentu. Jest przystanek bliżej, ale wtedy jest więcej przesiadek do centrum miasta. Na szczęście komunikacja miejska jest dobrze zorganizowana, dzięki czemu bez większych problemów mogliśmy poruszać się po mieście, korzystając z autobusów i metra.

• Peter (10/5): - Rustige locatie, dicht bij Rome. Mooi verzorgde appartementen. Degelijk ingericht, proper. Tuin met zwembad was op 50m stappen en was een oase van rust met ligbedden. Het delen met de andere appartementen viel bij ons goed mee. De host was vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam. Zeker een aanrader. Wij waren met 5 en bestek en borden/glazen waren wat nipt. Maar er was een werkende vaatwas, dus we hoefden enkel de vaatwas on en uit te laden. Maar die zat niet helemaal vol.

Groot zwembad Ruime kamers en appartement Groot terras met een mooi uitzicht Airco Eigenaar reageert snel op whatsapp De handdoeken en lakens werden regelmatig ververst Voldoende kookgerei, messen, tassen,... Koffie en thee aanwezig in het huisje. Handig filmpje met instructie over locatie en toegang. Het persoonlijk contact met de eigenaar hebben we gemist Veel lawaai van buren zowel binnen als op het terras. De bbq van de buren zorgde ervoor dat we soms niet op ons terras konden eten. Het terras werd behandeld (met een chemische vloeistof) tegen muggen. Zeker nodig. Een berichtje de avond van tevoren zou fijn zijn geweest.

La piscine est super surtout après de longues journées de visite avec une forte chaleur. Le logement qui ne semble pas faire parti de la location (sûrement le propriétaire) qui impose des horaires de calme de 22h à 8h et qui clairement ne les respectent pas !

Lots of cats, they were calm but kept having to shoo them from entering the building

Just a great little get away. - After a bunch of nights all over Italy, it was nice to relax in a place a little bigger than downtown hotels. It was clean, quiet, comfortable and had the most amazing views. It was so nice to unwind here after a busy 10 days touring the country. I had no complaints at all. Everything worked and it was a wonderful 3 days.

• Teresa (10/5): Luxury - This Accomodation is a Devine mix of luxury and simplicity set in the Italian countryside. Everything you could need is in the apartment. If you don’t want to drive in Italy it is well connected and easy to navigate your way to Rome. Within half an hours travel to Rome and far enough out that you get to enjoy the peace and quiet of the country. Ristorante across the road, cafes a gentle walk in either direction. The beds are luxurious. I could not have asked for a better place to stay on my first trip to Italy.

Beautiful surroundings that the owners have carefully cultivated for centuries. In the apartment you have literally everything to feel at home. For your family I recommend only this apartment. The most comfortable place was the terrace and the bedroom Our 2 apartments were not our still, some things need to be changed. The living room was not comfortable at all and the kitchen wasn't for someone who loves cooking like me. The bathrooms, something should be done, water flows very slowly in both the sink and the shower cabin and odour at the toilet area
• Shaoting (10/5): Fantastic place with greatest views! - The view is fantastic, fresh air, all the apartments are having a private garden, BBQ facility, complete kitchenwares, the staffs are friendly, the hosts contact me thru Whatsapp, very responsive. The room is spacious and comfortable, we have an unforgettable staycation experience. A lot of parking spaces, they allow 2 cars per apartment. What I don’t like about this property is that the bathroom on the ground floor is too small, hard to bath my kids. And friendly reminder: if you don’t have a car, do not book this property, you need to WALK few kilometers just for you to leave the property and go to the main road, and then another few kilometers for you to reach a store. And it’s a 30-40mins drive to Vatican.

• Mark (5/5): Should be 10/10 but actually only 5/10 - This should be a 10/10 but................ Location is great. Check in easy and mostly it is a beautiful apartment but................. Firstly there is no oven so the owner provide an outdoor purpose built BBQ. Sadly they do not provide any coals, lighter fuel or method to light the BBQ. In apartment 5 whilst this BBQ was clearly quite old it hade never been used - why? One reason is the owner provides no instructions or local knowledge to help at all so Google was required. This took us 45 minutes to a Carrefour which did not supply what was needed. On the last day we found 2 supermarkets within 5 minutes - if the owner had bothered to supply this info we could have used the BBQ! In the upstairs bedroom the owner has saved 100 Euro's by not putting the small blinds on the windows that are supplied downstairs. Whilst in the shower a truck turned up to deliver next door and the driver was watching me!! Also with bright sunlight at 5 am sleeping was disturbed. Even worse is that next door to us was a permanent family with 2 very large dogs that barked from 11 pm to 3 pm so sleep was impossible - when we asked for the dogs to be kept quiet the owners then let them out for 5 minutes every 15 minutes from 9.30 pm to 3 am!! There were other minor issues but the above 23 mean this cannot be more than a 5
• Grete (10/5): Great place, highly recommend! - We had a fantastic stay at Tenuta Capizucchi. We stayed in apartment 5, which had a well-equipped kitchen and two separate bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. The weather was hot, but the air conditioning in every room kept us comfortable. The entire place was very clean and the staff were incredibly friendly. There is a supermarket that can be reached by bus or a smaller shop, frutteria, and pharmacy within a 10-minute walk. The road to walk to shops is not the best, but it is manageable by foot. Communication was easy via Whatsapp and they even arranged a taxi for us to the airport. The area is peaceful and picturesque, with a lovely pool offering a scenic view. Each apartment is separated by hedges for privacy, and we enjoyed the company of some friendly local cats on the property. It could be a bit noisy, as we could hear the neighbors, staff, and dogs, but it didn't really bother us too much. If you don't have a car, the bus stop is about a 10-minute walk from the property. However, be prepared for the irregular bus schedule and waiting in the sun next to a busy road. It took us about 1.5 hours to travel from Tenuta to Rome using a combination of the local bus and train. Despite this, getting around without a car was manageable, and Uber taxi from Rome to Tenuta in the late evening typically cost around 40-50€ one way.

I would recommend booking a taxi or uber ahead of time though. It did take a while for us to find a ride out that way, and the prices were steep. Either rent a car or book in advance.

Is not a Hotel I was told and they clean every five days. I have to request a clean towels. For the money it is better to pay a little more and get a hotel.

The location is beautiful, in the countryside with a short drive to the city. There is a gas station and a nice pastry shop close to the gate and a few restaurants nearby. Everything was great but we did have a little trouble with the heat. Also, the shower in the downstairs bathroom was a bit tight to get into.
