- Miranda_13 (10/5): - The room was big enough for a couple with two large suitcases, although we had to be smart about what we took out for our stay so we could zip them up and stand them out of the way. Location was great for getting around, not too far from the main station with other connecting stations nearby. They offer tea, coffee and snacks during a tea time window during the day, with evening snacks and alcoholic drinks in the evening. The room was a little tight and the bed up against the wall, so not ideal for two people, but fine for a short stay.

- Sarah (10/5): - Excelente hotel. Hemos estado 2 semanas viajando por Japón y el Elcient Osaka ha sido sin duda nuestra mejor experiencia. Las instalaciones son muy completas. El desayuno variado y de buena calidad. Por las tardes ofrecen bebidas gratis en la lounge que hemos difrutado con mucho gusto y donde hemos podido relajarnos. La habitación estaba bien limpia y contaba con todas las comodidades. Los artículos de aseo de excelente calidad. Buena ubicación con muchos bares y restaurantes cerca. La habitación era pequeña, pero eso es típico en Japón.

- Herbert (8/5): Wir waren schon oft da, sind sehr zufrieden und werden auch in einigen Tagen dort wieder übernachten - Es gab ein einfaches japanisches Frühstück, völlig okay und ausreichend Der Safe ist etwas klein für ein iPad, ideal wäre, wenn jedenfalls ein iPad reinpassen würde./Gut wäre auch, wenn im Sento Bereich Handtücher auslegen würden.

Was quite squishy once we had 2 suitcases in there. Also had a bit of trouble with laundry on site as it took nearly 4 hours to wash and dry our clothes as the dryer wasn’t very powerful

- Angelika (9/5): Entspannter Aufenthalt in Osaka - Großes Zimmer für japanische Verhältnisse. Ein toller Spa-Bereich mit Sauna und Onsen, der nach Geschlecht getrennt ist. Das Frühstück war vielfältig und frisch. Am Nachmittag gibt es kostenloses Gebäck und Getränke. Sehr praktisch waren die Waschmaschinen und Trockner direkt im Hotel. Das Hotel ist fußläufig vom Hauptbahnhof und den wesentlichen Sehenswürdigkeiten in Umeda zu erreichen. Die Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel ist sehr gut. Screencast ist möglich. Unser Zimmer lag an der Seite zur stark befahrenen Straße, daher war es nicht so ruhig.

- Oben (8/5): Decent hotels for a short stay in central Osaka - Location was good and safe, about 10 min walk from Osaka station and other metro lines. Room was clean. The hotel provides a lot of additional things ( toothbrush, cotton pads , etc) . Free coffee, tea, drinks and snacks Room was small to open to mid-size suitcases , some noise from the highway ( room facing the road at 6th floor)

- Gaby (10/5): Toller Aufenthalt in Osaka - Das Hotel war sehr schön. Die Betten und der Platz im Zimmer war auch gut. Man konnte sogar 2 Koffer öffnen. Das Frühstück war hervorragend und hatte eine große Auswahl. Nachmittags war sogar Kaffee und Kuchen im Preis inbegriffen. Zu Fuß ist das Hotel in 15-20 Minuten zu Fuß vom Bahnhof entfernt Für uns gab es keine Kritikpunkte

- Francesca (9/5): Friendly and well appointed hotel. Osaka was a great place to start in Japan and reasonably priced too. - Really good location. Had good clothes washing facilities which was a bonus for our daughter who joined from Australia/New Zealand travelling. Loved the snacks mid morning and drinks. The breakfast was the best we had in Japan. We enjoyed the Onsen several times too. Nothing - it was the first hotel we stayed in and we used it as a base to explore Osaka (Dotonbori), the sky building, Osaka castle and good for the transport hub at Umeda - we traveled to Kyoto very easily for a day before heading there for 2 nights also.

- Katia (10/5): Great for a business trip but a bit away from all the ‘action’ - Everything - friendly staff, comfy rooms. Amazing breakfast although could be a bit of a wait to get a table on the morning A bit of a walk to the nearest metro and life of Osaka but not a deal breaker.

- Rafael (9/5): The best experience and wonderful happy hour time :) - Nos gusto mucho distribución de la habitación, con baño y ducha separados (La presión de la ducha era perfecta) y lo mejor las vistas a la ciudad. La cama era comodisima!! Los amenities que daban en la entrada del hotel estaban super bien, había limpiador facial, aceite desmaquillante, crema facial, gomas del pelo, de todo!!!… tambien habia una maquina de agua en el pasillo de nuestra habitación . Y lo mejor, la Happy hour que estaba incluida. Todas las tardes teníamos bebidas alcohólicas incluidas y snacks: vinos, cerveza, cava, botellas variadas para hacer cocteles y combinados, todo acompañado de aceitunas, patatas, frutos secos, chocolates, crackers con queso…una maravilla para ese momento de descanso en el hotel antes de ir a cenar o continuar la noche. Hemos estado en varios hoteles en Japón y es el mejor y mas completo servicio de bebidas incluidas que hemos visto. La gente estaba super animada y había muy buen ambiente todas las tardes en el salón :) El personal fue super amable. Estancia totalmente recomendable. Gracias por todo! La ventana de la habitación no se podía abrir ni siquiera un poquito. Echamos de menos la falta de ventilación natural.
