• SONIA (8/5): Precio- calidad correcto - Esta pension, es un piso de 4a planta con 4 habitaciones, tiene un recibidor comun con frigorifico,cafetera, y otros utensilios para cocinar en una pequeña cocina comunitaria.El luegar esta limpio, sencillo, practico, reformado, en un barrio de imigrantes cerca de Termini, buena ubicacion para el bus aeropuerto. Es barato, correcto, cambian toallas y hacen la cama cada dia. La unica pega un pelin lejos del centro y no hay buses cercanos, pero tienes metro a 10 min para ir al centro y otros lugares. En resumen, para dormir es comodo y ideal de precio.Mi habitacion fue tranquila sin ruidos ya que da a un patio.Buena comunicacion con la dueña que es china y es muy maja. Hay botellas de agua disponibles gratis y frescas en la nevera, puedes desayunar cafe y pone bolleria gratis. Falta algun mueble en el baño, el barrio por la noche no muy iluminado pero se ve seguro.

• Anne (5/5): Clean comfortable stay with no frills - The beds were comfortable, it was very clean and a good shower Very sparsely furnished, no bedside or coffee table in sitting room. There were not nearly enough tea cups and no mugs, only espresso cups. We could find only 2 cups and no teaspoons in the kitchen for all guests so this made having a cup of tea difficult. I did ask if there was more cups and was told there were no more. Simple request that should’ve been met.

Pokój zadbany, w części wspólnej nigdy nic nie brakowało, dostępne słodkości, kawa, herbata. Duży + za dostęp do żelazka i parownicy. Pobyt udany, polecam!! -
• Marcelo (9/5): - El lugar es comodo. La zona donde estaba el apartamento al llegar me parecio un poco peligroso pero luego esa idea desapareció. Tiene cerca el acceso a medios de transporte. A pocas cuadras esta la iglesia Santa Maria Maggiore y la embajada Argentina. Volveria a ir. El personal no habla mucho italiano. Es de origen oriental pero se hace entender bien. Muy serviciales.

No me gustó nada que nos desaparecieran unas cosas que teníamos en la habitación . Si el personal de limpieza por desconocimiento o por imprudencia nos tirará algo que teníamos en la habitación. Para el consumo . El agua de la ducha no estaba muy caliente del todo.después de un largo día lo que apetecía es una buena ducha de agua caliente. La cama no me pareció demasiado confortable ni las almohadas.el personal complicado de comunicarse con ella debido a que son asiáticos.

• Aina (1/5): Gens recomanable - La neteja Les habitacions no són habitacions, no estan separades ni per portes. L'aigua calenta és prou escassa. El pitjor de tot és que la cuina és compartida, no disposa ni de coberts, ni cafetera ni microones, a més també és la recepció. A més, hi ha una càmera de videovigilància a l'espai. Gens d'intimitat ni de tranquil·litat, sense taules i cadires per poder seure a menjar. Tampoc hi ha armaris a l'habitació, només una perxa gran. El pati interior de l'edifici ple de rates enormes passejant. La xica que et reb no és amable i es passa el seu temps asseguda al sofà de l'espai comú. L'esmorzar de cortesia consta d'un cafè que t'has de fer tu (sempre que funcione la cafetera) i galetes i productes dolços industrials i ultra processats. No ens ha agradat gens, no l'aconsellem per a ningú i menys encara per a famílies.

Der var okay plads i forhold til prisen på stedet og vores vært var god til, at svare på beskeder til at hjælpe os. Personalet var også fin nok til at svare på spørgsmål og hjælpe os. Der var ikke ren på sengene da vi kom og sengene var generelt ikke særlig gode. Køkkenet var heller ikke specielt godt, taget i betragtning af at der kan bo en del mennesker der.

A cozinha equipada com utensílios básicos que permitia fazer nossa própria comida. Localização muito boa próxima a estação termini. A 20 minutos a pé do coliseu. Fica no quarto andar e muitas vezes as pessoas usam o elevador e não fecha a porta o deixando preso nos andares e com isso ele não estava disponível todas as vezes que precisávamos e estávamos com minha mãe de 77 anos e por várias vezes ela teve que subir e descer pelas escadas. Mas de resto foi tudo excelente.

It wasn’t too far to walk from the station The only issue we had was the lift constantly not working as it had got stuck on the top floor and wouldn’t come down. We then had to walk up to the 4th floor everytime

• Floris (10/5): - Abbiamo soggiornato in tre presso l’Hotel Lin Mare a Roma (due adulti e un bambino di 10 anni) e siamo rimasti pienamente soddisfatti. La struttura si trova a circa 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione Termini, quindi in una posizione molto comoda per muoversi in città. L’albergo è stupendo, pulitissimo e curato nei dettagli. Il letto era super comodo e ideale per riposare bene dopo una giornata di visite. La proprietaria si è dimostrata da subito gentile e attenta, mettendo a disposizione tutto il necessario: dalla colazione alla possibilità di utilizzare la cucina. Un soggiorno perfetto per famiglie. Tutto fantastico 🤩

• Јелена (10/5): - The accommodation was wonderful, clean, and tidy. We spent a lovely three days there. The owner is nice and kind and genuinely wants to help, she speaks English well and you can easily communicate with her. After we checked out, she allowed us to leave our belongings until the flight and to use the bathroom as well as to charge our phones. Bottles of water and sweets are always available in the common area. The area where the accommodation is located can be a bit scary at night, especially for two girls, but the metro station is nearby and you can walk to all the main landmarks. All in all, a wonderful experience.
