• Rossana (10/5): Excelente ubicacion en Milan cerca del Duomo - El departamento fue perfecto para mi hija y para mí. Aunque es pequeño, está muy bien aprovechado, limpio, ordenado y cuenta con todas las comodidades necesarias. La ubicación es excelente, un verdadero 10. Además, destacamos la flexibilidad y predisposición con los horarios de check-in y check-out. Muy recomendable. Más que algo que no me haya gustado, es un aspecto a tener en cuenta: si se llega por la noche no hay recepción y el acceso se realiza mediante un enlace digital que requiere conexión a Internet. Por eso, es importante contar con wifi o datos móviles al momento de llegar. Es un sistema moderno y acorde con la tecnología actual, pero conviene saberlo con anticipación.

• Kelly (4/5): Good location, poor communication and support, read full review before booking - I would not recommend staying here or choose this property again. Read below to understand the issues we encountered during our stay. The only positive aspect of the property was its location. We stayed for two nights, and it was conveniently close to the main places we wanted to visit but that was it. The overall experience was very disappointing. All communication was handled through an automated WhatsApp system, which provided incorrect information, including inaccurate check-in and check-out times. When we arrived, the room was not ready or clean (photo attached with timestamp), and we had no access to the property. The instructions were unclear, and we only managed to enter with help from a resident. After a long journey, we were unable to change or shower, which made the arrival very uncomfortable. There was no human support available at any point, only automated responses, even when we raised these issues. The space is also extremely small, with very limited luggage space, making it suitable only for very light travel. I raised all of these concerns and was able to provide screenshots and photos as evidence, but received only automated replies. I was then accused of lying, despite having clear screenshots that future guests can also review before booking this property. The picture was taken around 15 minutes before the check-in time provided via WhatsApp and and the room was in a complete mess. I even have another message saying the cleaners were running late, that I can also provide. While the location is good, I would not recommend staying here due to the lack of support, poor communication, and the property not being properly prepared for guests.

O anfitrião tem uma pasta no apartamento com dicas e isntruções do apartamento - Agua quente faltou em alguns momentos. Termostato do aquecedor é bloqueado e não permite alterações na temperatura nem para mais nem para menos. Observei que essas funcões foram bloqueadas no controle pelo proprietario. Porta nao tranca com chave por dentro e mesmo com a justificativa do anfitrião que nao tranca pois nao é possivel abrir o quarto por fora tiquei bastante inseguro.

La cama no tenía sábanas, poco abrigo (solo un edredón liviano), el TV solo era con programación italiana (no era Smart), y nos hospedamos dos noches y nos dejaron café y productos de baño (jabón y shampoo) para 1 solo día! Non mi è piaciuta la mancanza di disponibilità da parte del Host, che nonostante ci sia chiaramente scritto nella descrizione, non ci ha fatto lasciare i bagagli in struttura. In generale per il prezzo pagato ci sono molte altre alternative più valide.

The electric shutter on the window is a nice touch for sleeping. The location is great for walking to any of the sites, restaurants or shopping. The building is nice and the person at the front desk helped us get a taxi. I had good communication with the host. Yes, there was a good amount of communication, but what wasn't communicated was that the whole street is a construction zone. The shock of that when we were dropped off, could have been avoided with some notice. They are also doing construction in the building and were making noise just outside our room, so sleeping past 7:00 was not possible. Maybe because the host are remote they don't know this, but they should.

• Michael (7/5): Good - Excellent location right next to the Missori & Duomo metro stops. Perfect for a one night stay due to it’s proximity to Milan’s main attractions. However, the room is quite cramped and doesn’t provide a city view as stated in the description. The room is located next to a service elevator with people walking past the door late at night and early in the morning which was unsettling. As we checked in on a Sunday there was no one at the reception desk, so we had to use the ‘Vikey’ online check in process, which relies on an internet connection. Overall, the location made the stay worthwhile, although we wouldn’t recommend staying more than one night.

The owners are professional and there to help if need be. My wife and I felt very safe walking back to our room late at night. We will definitely re-book a stay here the next time we are in Milan.

The only window was covered by a shutter. Seemed like this room was a storage area and it was converted to a bedroom to rent. Room was little small but manageable even with our large suitcases. The air conditioner made a high pitch noise that could not be fixed by their maintenance staff. Thank goodness we had ear plugs to be able to sleep through the night. I had no idea Milan had so many mosquitoes and they got in our room and bite us at night. The virtual assistant was helpful but I was disappointed when they would not supply us with an extra roll of toilet paper.

The communication part of the host was not as professional as it should. Changing the Check in time from 14:00 to 15:00 without taking into consideration Booking policies it made us some trouble of our trip as we had organised some events at that time. The room was extremely small and not enough space for baggage’s. The room is facing a backyard with offices and by opening the curtains people could see you by their offices.

What we loved was the fantastic communication from Elise and Luigi who could not have been more helpful. The room isn’t huge, but it is spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay! we couldn’t find out how to sign in to the Smart TV but this was a really minor thing!

• Leonie (8/5): Nice place in a great location and good service, just that noisy door is a bummer - The room is fresh, modern and clean. Its very small but we squeezed in. Lucky our cases fitted under the bed or it would have been tricky. The location is excellent, near the metro, and the Duomo and centre of town. The only problems we had were firstly the toilet seat is loose so it slides around, but the main problem was that the room is near the service elevator and a door that I think went into the garage. Every morning we were woken up by the slamming shut of this door. Its on a suction closure system and makes a really loud crash when it closes. The first day we were woken at about 6am, the second day around 5am, when the door was slammed at least 20 times in a row and I counted!!! and the third again around 6am. Not much the owners can do I suppose but really its very annoying.

We were greeted by Mr. Lugi, who took us through the apartment and showed us everything. The apartment is small, but the space is well used.

Love Milan! It is an easy walk to the Duomo and not too far to walk to several other places of great interest. The man who met us was reliable and personable. A very pleasant stay in a wonderful city! We liked most of it and I have only given 4 out if 5 stars because of a couple of small things which the owner needs to fix. The shower head leaked like crazy the first time Ai used it and sprayed water all over the floor which I had to mop up. I turned the head so the spray now goes onto the wall and us confined to within the shower itself - but it needs fixing. The sink runs slowly - rental apartments need to check and clear their sinks before each guest arrives. They also should have an electric jug in the room for making tea, not just one of those silly coffee makers that require disposable plastic pods in them and are really bad for the environment. Not everyone likes that type of coffee and many people drink tea. Such a basic facility is found in the humblest hotel rooms - a “delux” apartment should not have to be asked. Some more toiletries would have been nice - such as hair conditioner. Otherwise, all fantastic! Thanks!

We requested to check out an hour later and they said no terrible internet there was a lot of noise at 2am since the room is next to the service entrance and the door is thin terrible pillows that were too thin and they couldn’t provide another one, the bedsheets had holes on them
