Anna (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was great, apartment has anything you could need. In the heart of the Florence. Beds were comfortable, everything is clean. It is historical house with the last floor, so no lift. For us it was not a problem, but I didn't notice that in the description. Other than that - perfect stay.
