My Room was quite small, I think its due to the L shaped room. And also the fact that, although I didn't have breakfast, it was in another building.

- Sheeba (10/5): This was a great, comfy stay. - The property was clean and spacious. The staff were kind and considerate especially towards international travellers. Unable to open the one window we had was a little uncomfortable but manageable.
- Monika (6/5): OK, aber mit Luft nach oben - Preisleistung voll ok. Separate Dusche und WC, Ablagefläche beim Lavabo vorhanden Alte, stinkende Teppiche und Möbel. Tägliche neue Hand-, Badetücher vor der Türe vorgefunden, was aus ökologischer Sicht total unnötig ist. Balkontüre konnte nicht geöffnet werden. Wegen eines nächtlichen Vorfalls mit lärmigen, sich streitenden Zimmernachbaren bin ich beim zweiten Mal zur Rezeption um mich zu beschweren, nachdem mein direkter Versuch nur zeitweise für Ruhe gesorgt hatte. Die Nachtdiensthabende hat zwar passiv englisch verstanden, musste aber eine Übersetzungsapp benutzen um mir um 1 AM ein anderes Zimmer anbieten zu können, was ich ablehnte und stattdessen eine Intervention bei den lärmenden Zimmernachbarn verlangte.
- Kelly (9/5): - The location was super. Close to train stations and Osaka Castle. The room was excellent and the staff were fantastic. There are lots of food options nearby, along with a family mart across the road and a 7/11 down the road.
- Alice (10/5): Perfect family accommodation & very clean! - For a family of 4, the room was perfect. There was plenty of space to eat in the room and the washing facilities were excellent. It was quite noisy (street noise) but that’s not the hotels fault!
- Adam (5/5): Skip the stuffy and over-heated rooms for other hotels nearby. - Location in Temmabashi was between two metros so easy to get to. Near Osaka castle. Extremely stuffy rooms with no openable windows or balcony doors. Had a notably musty smell that made sleeping difficult. Cleanliness was acceptable, but the airflow in the room was dismal. Wouldn't stay again.

The property was clean and within walking distance to Osaka Castle, train stations, cafes and restaurants and shops. The staff at this hotel were exceptionally helpful, polite and prompt with their communication. Thanks for a great stay! Nothing

Although daily breakfast was in the coffee shop a few doors down, it was a good offer. Rooms were small and basic. Cannot eat (anything) in the lounge which seemed unnecessary. Other hotels we stayed in cost similar but offered more.

- Artemis (10/5): - The room was very cozy and the twin room had enough space for our big suitcases. Check in and entrance was very easy. The staff was very friendly and helpful! We extended our stay for a couple more days but we had to change rooms since ours was already reserved. We had plans for the whole day so we had to leave our bags at the reception until our return at night but everything was made easy by the staff so we didn’t have to worry about what time to be back.

Good value and nice and close to Osaka castle. - The room was set out with sliding doors so we could create a separate room for our kids to sleep in, which worked really well for our 2 teenagers. It was clean and comfortable with a nice modern interior, and tatami area. Nothing!

Having the convenience store across the street, with others within walking distance made it easier for us. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The bed was especially comfortable for me. The amenities were great and they have extra basket in the reception area if you need it. Although we didn’t go to it during our stay, the hotel has a restaurant on the first floor for your food needs. The ease of checking in and out was great (this is only available for those who have fully paid for their stay).

- Friday (8/5): A very clean hotel - The hotel is centrally located and easy to find. Lots of eateries near the hotel. It is very close to the Osaka castle, just a few minutes work. The bed was comfortable. The room was very small for my liken. It was difficult to open a 75 cm luggage in the room.

- Tim (9/5): Osaka is buzzing! - Great sized rooms and comfortable beds. Breakfast was not up to standard consisting of vouchers redeemable at two local cafes.

- Serene (9/5): - The room is clean and all toiletries are provided. Location is superb. Walking distance to Tanimachi 4 Chome, which can bring you anywhere in Osaka. The metro station has lift access, which make moving of luggage easy.
