• Nicolas (10/5): Très pratique et bien situé - Parfait, très bien placé au calme mais très proche des grosses stations (Shinjuku à 5 minutes en métro), konbini à proximité, équipements pratiques (fer a repasser, ustensiles de cuisine, toilettes japonaises chauffantes) petit problème à l'arrivée, le code de la porte fourni ne fonctionnait pas. Le staff très réactif a envoyé quelqu'un en 20 minutes malgré la chaleur. Également, pas de possibilité de baisser les stores du plafond, la lumière passe donc beaucoup le matin.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Spacious, comfortable, and close to a station - Very spacious room, especially since most hotels in Japan are usually only big enough for a bed. Good space for 4 people, and the tiny kitchen was useful. The location was right next to a station, which was 2 stops away from Shinjuku station. There is a REALLY good bakery right around the corner from here that opens at 10am. Absolutely must go there if you stay here. The only cons are that we couldn't get the wifi to work, and the chairs on the dining table were super wobbly and we were worried about breaking them. Also the overhead lights made it feel like a doctors office, so we just used the lamps. I think they should install one more lamp in here to make it cozier.
• Buttafuoco (1/5): The worst and mos dirty place I ever been - If I could give 0 stars, I would — but unfortunately, the minimum is 1. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had on Booking or Airbnb. We arrived on time at 3 PM for check-in, and the apartment wasn’t ready. We had to leave, wait the housekeeper to clean, and come back later. Human mistake, we were in bad mood but we understood. We gave her the chance to fix things. But we came back and situation was even worst. There were hairs in the bathroom, on the chair, and on the bed, the floor was filthy, there was dust everywhere, and even the toilet was dirty. There was no care or respect in preparing the space. To find hairs of someone else is just unacceptable. It’s a shame because the apartment itself is very nice and in a good location, but the overall experience was disastrous. On top of that, we could clearly hear street conversations from inside, which made it hard to get proper rest. It was honestly very, very bad. Uncomfortable, frustrating, and disappointing. I do not recommend this place under any circumstances. Tokyo is beautiful and huge, I truly recommend you look for something else.
• Eavanne (4/5): Convenient location, helpful host however the room was quite noisy, not very clean & the toilet was broken. - Good location, nice neighbourhood, very close to train & subway. Lots of shops, supermarkets, bakeries etc The room was very noisy, not very clean & not hugely comfortable for a family of 2 adults & 2 children. The toilet was also broken. The host was very responsive & genuine however I think some money needs to be spent on the room to bring it into line with ithe price tag.

• Kaleek (9/5): Nice and convenient for travelling as it’s close to the station. - Close to the train station and clean A little cramped for 4 travellers.
• Verified traveler (2/5): Horrible experience - We paid for the appartment but never got the code to the door. Tried to contact them but the number was not in use. No other email or contactinformation available. Finally, we went to the appartment and waited for two hours but there was no one there. Another telephonenumber on the door, but this only goes to an automatic answer machine in japanese. Had to fine a new place, never heard back from them but paid for there nights an was abviosly never inside. Horrible experience with two kids and a lot of baggage.

• Michael (9/5): We definitely will stay again if come back to Toyko. - The location is the best ! Only 2 minutes walk to the station and then takes 5 minutes to arrive Shinjuku Station. The apartment is clean and nice.
• Eric (4/5): - Very basic accommodation. We had to go to the grocery store and buy toilet paper on the first day because they didn’t stock any. Then we noticed the TV didn’t work. We reached out to the property manager and told them about the TV and they kept asking us to send them a picture of the TV, but you can’t send pictures through the Expedia app which I explained to them. They said they would send a repair man for the TV but never did. Ceiling fans were full of dust. They gave us (2 guests) 4 bath towels for a 4 night stay, not ideal. That’s the bad about the stay. The good is that it’s 2 decent size beds and close to the train station. In sum, the property manager was not great to deal with, but the place is in a good spot if you’re looking for an average place to stay at a reasonable price. Wouldn’t stay there again.

No prior communication about it at the time of booking the property. Not soundproof. Noisy surrounding area.

We were 4 adults and stayed comfortably in the apartment Only thing I would have liked is more hanging space for clothes. And also some glasses for drinking beverages as there is only cups.
• Julia (8/5): Comfy stay for family - Good location, close to train/subway. Good supermarket near by. Beds were comfortable and it was good to have a washing machine in the room. Communication with hosts was great. Not much space to hang washed clothes.
• Jian (8/5): Overall, we had a good stay in this place. It is a quiet and convenient place. - The location of this hotel is perfect. It is near metro station and JR lines, and there are many restaurants around. It is worth to mention that there is a supermarket in a walking distance, there are many choices of food with good price in this store. The communication with host is smooth. The host responded to our request promptly. We had an issue with AC, the host fixed the issue pretty fast. The cleaning of the room may need to be improved, dust was found on the surface of the stove. The light for emergency exit is too bright. There are sky windows in this room, which make the room becomes bright pretty early in the morning,
• Marie (9/5): Very comfortable and clean, perfect location for our needs - Perfect location for us - walking distance to Higashi Nakano Station and grocery stores (Summit and Life) along with convenience stores. We were very comfortable and relaxed because we could control what we ate and not have to rush.

• Ágota (9/5): Very good location apartment - The entrance with door codes was smooth, as well as the communication with the owner, who even brought an extra blanket as soon as we requested it. The location of the property was excellent for us: 5 mins walk there is a local train station, that brings you to the most central areas of Tokyo in 10-15 mins (e.g Shinjuku), and 10 mins walk there is also a metro station. So everything was easily accessible, while the area of the property was nice and quiet, which is what we needed after all the hustle and bustle of the day in the busy Tokyo. :) As an extra, also some minutes away there is a supermarket with a loooot of nice groceries, and several restaurants, even pubs, etc. Bathroom, toilet and shower were all fine and “good size” (I have seen many properties in Japan that seemed to have so small bathroom cabins…😅 which I would not like that much), and the room was also okay size for the three of us (with 2-2 pieces of big luggage). So all in all, great value for the money! Although we had the impression that everything is very clean in Tokyo, this property was the exception…😅 it was not too bad and we didn’t care too much, but we did see hair on the carpet, and some belonging of previous guests in the bed drawer (some clothes, socks..). This was the only thing we were not too happy about, otherwise all was good. :)

• Tracy (10/5): Interesting, unique and well worth the money and the journey to get there. Highly recommend. - The facilities are excellent with comfortable beds, plenty of room and charging stations for each bed. Guest facilities also included microwave, laundry and seating area. The on-site onsen was fantastic. Very unique delicious approach to food using fresh produce. Hosts are fluent English speakers and very helpful. They even held our luggage a day early when we were travelling there from Tokyo. Having to use the underpass with steps as a shortcut was not great and just about all of the local restaurants were full or closed so we relied on the convenience store. Using the switchback rail one stop to the Lawsons ended up being a lifesaver.
• Dawna (10/5): Wonderful and loved staying there - Location was within walking distance from railway station, convenience stores, many restaurants and bars close by. Loved the room size, washing machine, large table, kitchen and accessories (plates, pans, silverware etc), good sized refrigerator and the little balcony was a plus Wanted to go purchase and replace the art work on walls (bread, flamingo and saying). Really don’t need them as the wall paper is great by itself

• Yui (10/5): Clean, spacious and very comfortable - The location was perfect, only a few minutes from the station. It was a lot more spacious than we expected and the place was kept very clean. Lots of shops around and the street was nice and quiet. Only shower available at this facility. But we ended up going to a local public bath a few minutes away and it was great 😃

• Dayna (3/5): Poor - 1) Location is decent. Near train station, convenient stall, and major supermarket 2) Bathroom is clean. Towels are white too. 3) They provide washing machine and dryer rack. 1) The apartment is located on the 3rd floor with no elevator/lift. You have to climb up the narrow flight of stairs to get to the apartment. This is very unfriendly and not listed in the listing. We had 2 big luggage, a stroller and a baby to carry up. 2) My 2 year old was bitten badly by mosquitoes. We booked for 3 nights but only stayed for 1. We couldn't get refund for the other 2 nights. 3) We dropped something under the bed and when we shifted it to retrieve, we found a dead cockroach and abandoned train toy.
