Bedrooms not facing the inner courtyard as mentioned in the description but facing a street with cars and motorbikes with traffic all night. Also there is a restaurant situated just below bedrooms. Last but not least, major building work in the building opposite the kitchen with extremely loud air compressor operating from 8am till past 6pm.
• Tudi (8/5): - L'appartement était extrêmement bien placé, il permet de faire des allers retours la journée. Je le recommande fortement pour un séjour à Florence. Les lits sont confortables et l'appartement est bien équipé. Nous n'avons pas pu franchir la porte d'entrée de l'immeuble car l'hôte ne répondait pas. Nous avons du attendre que quelqu'un sorte de l'immeuble. Une fois que nous avons eu les clés il n'y avait pu de problème. Enfin, l'appartement n'est pas très bien isolé nous entendons donc tout ce qui se passe en dehors ce qui peut gêner un petit peu.

• Kristjana (4/5): Mehhh - The location was very good, the staff was very responsive and good especially one of the operators that came for our problem at 1 am was very sweet. The apartment was spacious and warm the beds were comfortable. It was so noisy, not mild not bearable but UNBEARABLE. No matter the time no matter the hour there was noise it was sooooo disturbingggg we did not sleep 1 second. It felt like the cars and the people were in the room. One of the rooms smelled like sewage so bad at the head of the bed we had to move the bed and sleep on the other side. One last thing is that when you arrive you have to do an international call to open the MAIN DOOR through carrier not through whatsapp because the operators do not provide the whatsapp number only after you do this call and the call is to an italian number. I Its so sad because the apartment was modern and very beautiful but these 3 problems were not something that you could let slide. It could get better with noise cancellation and a whatsaap number.

• Lara (9/5): Muy lindo departamento!!! - Las camas eran muy cómodas. Las habitaciones amplias. Estaba impecable y era tal cual se veía en las fotos. La puerta de entrada era complicada para abrir. Tenía una mueca que dificultaba qué girara bien la llave. Y al llegar nos costó comunicarnos con la dueña que tenía que abrirnos, por lo cual tuvimos q esperar un rato para poder ingresar. Fuera de eso todo estuvo muy bien!!!
• Souza (10/5): Exceto a dificuldade de obter a senha de acesso, foi muito boa a experiencia no apartamento. - Pagamos o valor das diarias antes da viagem, no entanto não ficou claro que para entrar no apartamento teriamos que pagar antes a taxa do municipio. Isto foi muito desagradável por que só liberaram a senha de acesso ao apartamento após o pagamento. Se fosse a noite e não conseguissemos falar com eles teriamos ficado na rua até o dia seguinte. Como chegamos a Florença antes da data prevista alugamos outro local até o dia 18 e o tratamento foi totalmente diferente. A administração do local pediu para deixarmos o valor das taxas dentro do apartamento quando saimos diferente de lá. Quando fizemos a reserva solicitamos um quarto com 01 cama de casal e outro com duas camas de solteiro. Chegando lá os dois quartos tinham cama de casal. Foi desagradável ter que dividir cama.

Staff are friendly and keen to follow up our request and assist us at their best. The sofa bed was not in good condition.

Close to the uffizi gallery.. Spotlessly clean. Has everything you need for a perfect stay..Bedrooms very large . Well equipped.2 lovely little tavernas at the bottom of the street. Great property management. Clear and easy check in instructions as well were arriving after the check in times, so we're sent concise and clear instructions on how to enter the property. Great service! Located on a bit of a steep street, but manageable. ( If arriving or departing by taxi, you may have to embark/ disembark at the bottom of the street due to it being very narrow., but this is manageable and didn't spoil anything for us .Had a slight issue with the key but management resolved this ( you just need to pull key back a little bit to enable it to turn in the lock.

These things should have been checked before we came - Considering we pay at the end for cleaning, the service does a bad job. Look at the skirtings and see the layer of dirt or the bottom of the shower door.

• Anonymous (7/5): Good - Clean and spacious and secure apartment in a good location close to supermarket and restaurants and the bridge. A good option for families. The requirement to collect keys elsewhere prior to going to the apartment - first time we have had to do that in the last 15 places we have stayed at so it felt inconvenient to me but maybe that is just me. Also the electronic form to complete prior was much more effort than other places we have been. These two things could be because they have several properties whereas we are used to dealing with the owner directly and it’s more simplistic. The AC didn’t work in the main bedroom and whilst it wasn’t super hot you need the AC as it’s loud outside with windows open. I didn’t say anything at the time we were only there two nights so I left the comment on their feedback sheet so they could attend to it so it will probably be fixed now.

The windows are basic, so all the noise is yours. - the apartment was poorly equipped, all is very used and not always working (incl A/C) - dirty, especially floor

Bed could be a little harder and shower a bit more spacious. Air conditioning was not working in one of the bedrooms, although using ventilation sufficed.

The property is very aware of the issue and has not bothered to make repairs.. if you struggle with the heat reconsider booking this apartment.. the host did deliver a fan..

The apartment was clean and as it was a ground apartment, it was easy for my older mum to get in and out of. The management team ‘Mamo Florence’ were amazing and were quick to answer any questions we had. Thank you!! Just a suggestion, the mattress used on the sofa bed really needs replacing, the springs are literally sticking through the top!!

• Tereza (8/5): Amazing location to explore Florence - Location of this place is absolutely amazing! It is so close to all Florence top attractions! Also the appartement as such was very nice, located in authentic old building, everything was clean. We had two things, which were not ideal, first was the noise. Since it's old building, there are definitely not soundproof windows there + it's ground floor, so we heard motorcycles going around all evening while trying to fall asleep. The second thing were beds, unfortunately matresses are not in a well shape anymore, they have kind of a hole in the middle, which makes them quite uncomfortable.
