• Eid (3/5): - the Staff is helpful and friendly 1. The photo on the homepage of booking is not the entrance of the hotel. We had to walk with 3 kids and 4 big suitcases on the Mainstreet for about 15 minutes. 2. when we arrived, the suite was not ready. no Toiletpaper, no Towels, no batteries in the remotes (without cover -> danger for small kids) 3. the Beedsheets are completely ripped, and it was not changed for 3 nights 4. it's written that there is a shuttle bus to the airport, but actually, there is not at all. we had to pay it by ourselves. 5. we always had to ask for Toiletpaper 6. the room was not done until 19:00, and we had to ask that they clean it up 7. the breakfast (until 10:00) was the biggest catastrophe. we went to the breakfast room at 09:15 and there was no food at all, only bread. we even had to ask for the jam. the table was not cleaned from the customer before, and we had to ask the staff to do it (they were not looking around) 8. the hotel, in general, is not very clean and should not have 4**** 9. the hotel is too expensive for what it is. 10. we had to pay a lot of money for the shuttlebus to the airport and for eating breakfast outside. 11. the description in booking is not right for this hotel (we booked over booking)

• Kanaan (2/5): Unprofessional - Booked my stay and called the property a week before check in to confirm with no answer. In 3 days straight, I kept calling three different phone numbers associated with the property and finally got in touch with someone but they could not find our booking. So I was able to get in touch with the property of their Facebook Messenger business chat. The employee also could not find our booking. Then I contacted Hotels.com to let them know I had a similar issue last year using Hotels.com app and going to check in only to find out the booking was canceled. Hotels.com and the property both failed to communicate that to me. So this time around, Hotels.com representatives also tried to contact the property for 3 additional days to confirm the booking, only to not get a response. At that time I just wanted to cancel and not put my family through another disaster where we would be stranded in a foreign country. All of the Hotels.com reps told me the booking cannot be canceled even though between us both, we could not get a confirm with 6 days of trying. Hotels.com wanted me to go travel overseas and in blind faith trust that the booking will be valid even though the property employee could not find it in their system and Hotels.com themselves could not get in contact with anyone at the property. This will be the last time I’m using Hotels.com as they do not care about customers. Save your time and go to the competitor. I was also forced to remove my screenshots of their incompetence.

• dler (1/5): ‏سيئة سيئة سيئة - فقط الموقع لا اكثر ولا اقل السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته، أود أن أبلغكم بأنني كنت من المفترض أن أغادر الفندق بتاريخ 19 أغسطس، إلا أنني اضطررت لمغادرته اليوم قبل الموعد المحدد اي يوم 15/أغسطس، وذلك نتيجة لسوء مستوى الخدمة وعدم توافر الحد الأدنى من شروط الراحة والإقامة الجيدة. خلال فترة إقامتي، واجهت المشكلات التالية: 1. عدم توفر ماء ساخن للاستحمام. 2. المخدات تصدر منها رائحة غير مقبولة. 3. جهاز التكييف لا يعمل بشكل جيد. 4. النوافذ غير عازلة للصوت، مما سمح بدخول الضوضاء بشكل مزعج. 5. عدم توفر مستلزمات أساسية مثل الصابون، المحارم الورقية، والشحاطة. 6. حجزت غرفة لغير المدخنين، إلا أنه تم تسليمي غرفة للمدخنين، وبعد طلب التغيير تم إعطائي غرفة أخرى للمدخنين أيضًا. 7. أهم مشكلة واجهتني هي أن الجزء الخارجي لجهاز التكييف كان يصدر صوتًا قويًا مع اهتزاز في غرفتين مختلفتين، الأمر الذي تسبب في عدم قدرتي على النوم، وهو السبب الرئيسي لمغادرتي المبكرة. بناءً على ما سبق، أرجو منكم استرداد المبلغ الذي دفعته للفندق، نظرًا لعدم مطابقة الخدمة للمستوى المعلن، ولتأثري بشكل مباشر بهذه المشكلات. وتفضلوا بقبول فائق الاحترام والتقدير، [دلير بهاءالدين محمد]

The hotel is run down and needs a lot of money spent on it, however if you are wanting a cheap stay which is clean enough, this is definitely acceptable.
