She allowed an early check in which was greatly appreciated after our long flight. The location near the train station was perfect for us. I couldn’t book it again when we were back in Rome in a few weeks. Need to fix a few power outlets but only a minor issue.
• Cornelis (7/5): Dichtbij Termini en OV - Kamer is heel compleet ingericht. Kan je smaak niet zijn maar echt aan alles is gedacht. Duidelijk met veel liefde gedaan. Keuken heel compleet ingericht. Echt alles wat je nodig kan hebben is aanwezig. Lekker dicht bij Termini als je met de Leonardo Express aankomt. Goede OV verbindingen en je loopt zo naar de rest van de stad. Paolo had duidelijk van te voren aangegeven dat de kamer aan de Via Cavour ligt. Dat is een drukke straat dus neem oordoppen mee als je een lichte slaper bent. Sommigen zijn nu eenmaal gevoeliger dan anderen voor geluid.

Ce n'est pas un appartement mais une chambre avec une cafetière, une bouilloire et un minuscule réfrigérateur.

• Véronique (8/5): Très bel appartement rococo chic bien situé - Superbe appartement très bien situé dans le centre de Rome, très proche de Termini. L'agencement est correct, très propre , fonctionnel et avec un souci du detail dans la décoration. Au 2eme étage avec ascenseur pratique avec nos bagages 😉 A notre arrivée le 1er jour les accès à l'immeuble puis à l'appartement sont gérés à distance(les clés nous attendent sur la table). Très belle impression en entrant 🤩 L'appartement donne côté rue (via Cavour). Le seul bémol que je mettrai et c'est dommage car sinon tout serait parfait, c'est le bruit de la rue qui est omniprésent le matin très tôt et tard le soir .... Malgré le double vitrage, on discerne un peu trop ce traffic incessant et c'est un peu regrettable 😔

La ubicación es la mejor con respecto a transportes y los lugares por conocer. El alojamiento es un Roma pequeño en todo el interior, creo que es el mejor lugar para estar en Roma Debimos dejar, al finalizar, un impuesto de turismo de €24 y no estaba dentro de los planes, ni nos lo mencionaron previamente en la aplicación

• Scott Clements (8/5): Great place pitty about the bed. - Service from staff fantastic, place very clean. Bed was the most uncomfortable we had in the two weeks in Italy and we stayed at 6 places in two weeks and bed was that bad we both had a very poor sleep and up many times.

• David (8/5): A good value in a good location. - We’ve enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable bed, A/C works, nice room size, a small nostalgic elevator, great location with an excellent restaurant next door and across the street. While it’s a little dated, it has eclectic details (ie. chandelier and ceiling). Owners were responsive to inquiries and flexible on check in and check out time. Generally a good value considering other options. It can be a little noisy at times since it faces a busy street, but we used the background noise on our cell phones.

Love the old feel of the building, and quirky art deco style, it inspired a painting. It was so convenient for walking to all the main sites, and getting trains and metro. Kitchen facilities basic, but we were not intending to cook, just make coffee, and brought our own.

• Matt (8/5): A nice place to stay if you're looking for something fancy. - This property was enjoyable to stay in and on the kitsch side, with a traditional Roman feeling. The room was large and comfortable, complete with chandelier! The location seemed to be good, close to Roma Termini station, and the Colloseo was walkable if you like stairs. The shower probably could have been cleaner but I'm picking. The room faced a busy road but this didn't affect sleeping too much.

• Mohammed (9/5): We had a great time and would love to stay again - Actually, it was our first time staying in Europe, and we liked the traditional style and furnishings of the apartment.The location was fairly convenient to most of the sites. I wouldn’t say really close but we enjoy getting some walking in during our stay. There is plenty of food options nearby and also transportation was close and easily available. Not really, unless someone is looking for more modern accommodations they might be disappointed

Clean, very comfortable bed. Beautifully decorated. Would stay again. Host was very hospitable and great communication throughout. No reflection on the property but is on a very busy road so lots of traffic noise. Windows and shutters made it quieter but not ideal in the heat unless you have air con on. Take ear plugs for bedtime 😂

He left a book with some great tips of things to do around the city and it was easy to access the property even though our flight was delayed. The shower could do with an upgrade but everything else was great.

• Rene (9/5): Great centrally located place. Clean bathroom and convenient. - The location is close to the Termini station, where you can take public transport anywhere you want. Also, there are lots of restaurants in the neighborhood. If you need anything there is a Supermarket (Castoro) in walking distance about 5-7 min. nearby Piazza di Santa Maria Maggiore. Next to UPM store. If there is anything you need Paolo the host can be reached very quickly by phone or Whatsapp. The weather was hot at about 38-degree Celsius every day. It's great that there is Airco in the appartment. The Fridge is a bit small we could not store a lot, but convenient to store bottles of cold water for the following days. Another tip when using your public transport ticket which is valid for the bus, metro and tram. To validate or stamp your ticket in the bus you have to go to the Yellow machine which is at the back of the bus. In front of the bus the brown colored machine is only for online or mobile payment don't forget to also tap out when you arrived at your destination.

Navigation from the owner is on high standard, he answered immediately for all questions. Made check in remotely which I like, very quick and conveniently. • Luigi (7/5): Great location! Responsive host. - Overall the location was good. However, if you have a car, the parking garage is easily a 10 to 15 minute walk which is inconvenient. Cost us 41 euros for 18 hours. A little pricy. Best to not take your car into downtown Rome. Had we taken a train or bus it would have worked out better.

The apartment had everything we needed. Not the owner's fault, but someone had smoked in the non smoking room. We reported the matter and Paolo arranged for air freshner and got pillow covers changed.

It will be great choice for those people who love walking. The owner of Royal Imperial Crown Paolo is very nice, helped to solve all questions that we had, always reachable, helped to organize transfer to airport. Thank you Paolo very much, you made our stay wonderful! Not so far is big supermarket called Il Castoro Supermercati - Santa Maria Maggiore where you can buy food and all you need for living in apartment, there are very big choice. There is a restaurant da Tudini 1969 downstairs. Here you can find very delicious desserts - tiramisu and panna cotta, vegitable sup with rice also was good, the owner of the restaurant was hospitable and very nice women. Our holidays in Rome was fantastic, I recommend this apartment. A little bit uncomfortable was the bed - mattress but only one side (that is near window). My partner couldn't sleep well. Other side of mattress was good where I sleep. So maybe Paolo you can fix it somehow :)

The area felt safe with restaurant options around the area. Also, the lift in the building is a relief! The fridge doesn’t really get cold. Would have been nice if we can put drinks in the fridge and drink them at the end of the day.

• Kevin (8/5): Very good - Really close to Termini station, Nice restaurant around the corner with Gluten Free menu. One of the small fridges did not work. I received a text the morning of check out saying to be out by 10.30am, at 10.15 the owner was at the door saying we had to leave as the next guests wanted to leave their bags in the room.
