• Rifat (1/5): - I had a very disappointing experience at Bob W. I was asked to pay a 30 € city tax. I do not dispute the city tax itself. However, before the payment was made, my room access code was changed while my personal belongings were still inside the room, and I was not allowed to enter. Access was restored only after I paid the amount. For me, the issue is not the city tax, but the way the payment was enforced. Being blocked from accessing a room while my belongings were inside made me feel pressured and treated unfairly. I find this practice unacceptable, unsafe, and unprofessional for any accommodation provider. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Bob W.

• Adnan Alavi (9/5): - The apartment was neat, clean and quite. Response from the staff was quick on WhatsApp and quite proactive as well. Connectivity was fine, breakfast & gym arrangement was good ... Everything to like a about the place. Nothing as such, but a washing machine would be a good addition.

• Naomi (1/5): Pas op: kakkerlakken - Niets De locatie was niet hygiënisch. Zodra je de locatie binnen rijdt (als je het al kan vinden en de code werkt) zie je een enorme stapel vuilnis. Bob W zegt dat dit alleen ‘s avonds zo is maar overdag is het ook al zo. Wij troffen de slaapbank aan onder de kruimels en haren. Het is gehorig. Op de plaatjes ziet het er mooi uit, wat een tegenvaller in het echt. Tot overmaat van ramp zat er een gigantische KAKKERLAK in het appartement waar wij met onze twee peuters verbleven. Onhygiënisch en onveilig. Je spreekt online steeds andere Bob W medewerkers die allemaal dezelfde vraag stellen en niet in actie komen. Bob W kon de situatie niet oplossen of alternatieve accommodatie bieden. Wij hebben noodgedwongen die avond nog andere accommodatie moeten boeken en Bob W weigert onze kosten terug te betalen en vindt erger nog zelf dat zij wel degelijk steun zou hebben geboden. Dat is niet het geval. We hebben nog nooit zo’n treurige reis ervaring gehad.

• Sonia (7/5): - Lokalizacja zarówno na plus jak i minus, z dala od zatłoczonego Rzymu, więc dojście do najważniejszych punktów zajmuje czas - co kto lubi. Apartament dobrze wyposażony. Brakowało zestawu ręczników dla każdej z osób. Mogłoby być czyściej, natomiast jak na włoskie warunki było w porządku.

• Iwanna (10/5): - W hotelu spędziliśmy cztery noce. Mieliśmy apartament z dwiema sypialniami oraz salonem z aneksem kuchennym. Na wyposażeniu było wszystko, czego potrzeba — pralka, zmywarka, mikrofalówka — więc można było spokojnie gotować samemu albo kupować gotowe obiady w Carrefourze, oddalonym o około 3 minuty drogi, i odgrzewać je na miejscu. My w zasadzie tylko tam nocowaliśmy i jedliśmy na mieście, ale taka opcja jest jak najbardziej możliwa. Mimo że tuż pod budynkiem znajduje się przystanek i okolica jest dość ruchliwa, hotel ma wewnętrzny dziedziniec za murkiem, dzięki czemu praktycznie nie słychać ulicznego hałasu. Nie wiem, jak wygląda sytuacja w apartamentach bliżej jezdni, ale nasz — numer 6, położony głębiej — miał świetną lokalizację i było bardzo cicho. Kontakt z zarządcą był bardzo dobry — regularnie dopytywano nas, czy czegoś nie potrzebujemy, a odpowiedzi były praktycznie natychmiastowe. Radzę jednak, ze względu na zmianę kraju i ewentualne problemy z internetem, zapisać sobie kod do otwierania bramki. U nas aplikacja chwilowo nie działała właśnie przez słaby internet w tym miejscu, ale dzięki kodowi można było bez problemu wejść. Kod otrzymaliśmy dzień przed przyjazdem.
• Selma (5/5): Good location, but apartment was worn out and not optimal for 3 guests, bed sofa was uncomfortable. - Good location, smooth check in and check out. Had the amenities we needed. Pictures were misleading. Looks so much more polished and fresh, but in reality it was quite run down. Toilet flush button kept falling off, there were stains on the wall, and furniture had a lot of wear and tear. The bed sofa was uncomfortable, and for the guest sleeping downstairs in the bed sofa, there was a leaking tap which made it difficult to sleep, AC and other lights were on during the night which also made it difficult to sleep too.

• Ash Bano (5/5): Decent enough for a very short stay - Good size apartment and lounge and very clean bath but i would suggest you must ask them to give a room away from the road! They even changed the horrendous white light led bulbs to warm yellow on request. There was no washing machine in the one bed apartment as well. They could easily fit it below the kitchen sink but it was just a waste of space. The first 2 days there was issue with the hot water, but after i raised the issue they fixed it! It is a nice comfortable place to stay , but the room they gave me was the first one next to the entrance, hence a lot of road noise was coming in, i could hear every bus, motor bike passing , not to forget the ambulance sirens a few times a day.. Area not so safe at night, full of graffitti everywhere.

• Massimiliano (5/5): Negativo e sconsiglio visto anche importo pagato - Come struttura c’è molto da migliorare Siamo arrivati in stanza una puzza esagerata,abbiamo scoperto da dove veniva ed era il cestino della spazzatura pieno di residui alimentari, nelle stanze non era stato per niente lavato pavimento,polvere su mobili.Abbiamo chiamato personale ci hanno detto che il mattino successivo sarebbe venuto un responsabile per esaminare situazione , ha constatato che effettivamente era veramente chiara la situazione,dopodiché nessuna risposta ma solo ci dispiace ,ho chiesto rimborso parziale visto importo pagato niente .Quindi che dire delusione che non consiglio anche perché personale non italiano che fa fatica a capire e risolvere il problema

• Neringa (8/5): Great stay in San Lorenzo, Rome - The place is great, there is a public transport (bus) to go to the Rome center, local good restaurants very near, a supermarket and the central (Rome Termini) station. Cosy and secured entrance and many accomodities. Trūksta baldų pasidėti asmeninius daiktus vonioje (teko laikyti and grindų), labai maža dušo kabina (bet pakankama).

• Sejla (1/5): Absurd grauenhaft und nicht empfehlenswert - Uns hat ausschließlich die lange gefallen Die Unterkunft ist ungepflegt es bröckelt der Putz von den Wänden Das Zimmer ist schmutzig und es wurde in vier Tagen Aufenthalt nicht einmal gereinigt oder Handtücher getauscht Wir haben dann am dritten Tag nachgefragt ob gereinigt wird und Handtücher getauscht werden Darauf kam als antworten 40€ kostet die Reinigung 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️ Frechheit sondergleichen Wir haben 62€ die Nacht und Person bezahlt Und da nicht einmal eine Reinigung ins frische Handtuch zu bieten ist absolut mies Davon mal abgesehen hat die Alarmanlage zweimal so gebrüllt das alle ihre Zimmer verlassen mussten es gab auch einen Klimaanlagen Check 30 min lang War natürlich voll nett wenn man seinen Frieden im Urlaub haben will Der toilettenkasten ist nur geronnen das war in der Nacht schrecklich überhaupt hört man jedes Geräusch im Zimmer von außen Am schlimmsten sind die Metal Treppen da hat man das Gefühl die Leute trampeln im eigenen Zimmer Die Ausstattung in der Küche mehr schlecht als recht aber das schlimmste ein alter ekeliger Schwamm zum Geschirr waschen so ekelig unglaublich Es gab zwei Cafés zum aussuchen für das Frühstück Eines war grauenhaft zwei Ältere Damen haben uns bedient nur Auswahl gab es salziges Frühstück oder süße Wir haben das salzige genommen Rühreier mit Spinat und zwei kleine stück Brot vom Vortag 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️ kein Salz kein Pfeffer nix Grauenhaft echt Im anderen Café war das Frühstück sehr gut als frisch und das Personal total nett Also ich würde hier nie wieder hin kommen und es auch niemanden empfehlen

They triggered a refund 3 days after raised for 15 instead of 25 and still haven’t confirmed why! My assumption is The tax thing maybe something they do often and because it is a small amount and people dont know the law they are overpaid. Already home and still discussing tax…Bob is a no from me!

• Priscila (7/5): Ottima posizione, bellissimo posto ma... - La posizione è davvero ideale: comoda e vicina a tutto. La zona è tranquilla e, a pochi passi, c’è anche un mini supermercato (di cui purtroppo non ricordo il nome), perfetto per comprare tutto il necessario senza stress. Gli appartamenti sono organizzati come un piccolo “borgo”, il che li rende super carini e proprio come nelle foto. Si respira un’atmosfera accogliente: ti senti a casa, in un ambiente curato e quasi protetto dal resto del mondo. In più, l’accesso alle camere tramite PIN/codice è una vera svolta, soprattutto per chi, come me, è un po’ introverso e preferisce evitare interazioni inutili 😄 Ci tornerò sicuramente, magari più organizzata. È piuttosto difficile farsi la doccia senza un tappetino, perché si finisce per allagare tutto. Ho dovuto usare un asciugamano al suo posto. Inoltre, considerando il prezzo, sarebbe molto comodo avere delle ciabatte monouso a disposizione. Infine, per chi soggiorna più giorni e magari vuole fare un minimo di pulizia, sarebbe utile avere strumenti base come scopa e paletta. Ad esempio, mi si è rotto un profumo e la stanza era piena di vetri, ma non avevo modo di pulire adeguatamente... Detto questo, ci tornerò sicuramente, magari più organizzata.

Immancabile per me una tv in camera, che renderebbe perfetto il soggiorno e dell’acqua in frigo. Avrei gradito inoltre aver potuto chiudere manualmente la porta d’ingresso dall’interno per una maggior sicurezza, anche se non mi sono mai sentita timorosa all’interno della struttura.

Für ein 4 Personen Appartement genau 4 Gläser, 4 Tassen, 4 kleine Teller usw. Geschirrspüler defekt Keine Geschirrhandtücher vorhanden, mussten wir selber kaufen Kommunikation nur über AI-Bot, keine persönlichen Ansprechpersonen vor Ort Im neben Appartement wurde zwei mal der Feueralarm ausgelöst durch Kochen. Der Alarm war in der ganzen Anlage aktiviert und konnte nur dank einer Dauerbewohnerin ausgeschaltet werden. Wäre die zufällig nicht da gewesen hätte der Alarm viel länger angehalten. Auch da kam keine Ansprechperson vorbei.

In a doua zi a sejurului am ramas fara apa calda, timp de 4 zile. Intre timp doar ni s-a promis tot de pe o zi pe alta ca se va rezolva. Nu ni s-a oferit nicio compensatie.

• Marcel Simon (9/5): Gemütlich, zentral, sauber, ruhig, gut ausgestattet - Die Unterkunft war sehr groß, sehr sauber und gut mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut zu erreichen. Es war alles gemütlich eingerichtet und zweckmäßig. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, mit allem, was man benötigt. Perfekt, um einige Tage in Rom Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erkunden. Alles ist auch mit Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet und sehr modern. Wir würden wiederkommen Leider war die Klimaanlage an einem Abend defekt, man musste leider in der Hitze schlafen, aber am nächsten Tag ging sie wieder, da ein Monteur da war. Bei Problemen bekommt man über die App sehr schnell Hilfe.

However, on Saturday there was a party on the complex terrace with very loud music. Even after reporting it to support, the noise issue wasn’t really resolved and continued until midnight, which disturbed our rest. In addition, the sofa bed was not as comfortable as one might expect. Aside from these points, the stay was good, but be mindful of potential noise on weekends and the sleeping arrangements.
