• kongpu (6/5): 90’s room design with birdnest at outside window - Big room and good design Too old , and some dirty On the window have pigeons nest OMG so scary and noisy by birds all the times Tap water wasnt strong enough Security officer was so confuse about first time and parking lot is so difficult to find it

Excellent security staff who assisted us in the difficult process of gaining entry to our room. Lovely pool. Washing machine and dryer appreciated. Access very difficult - had to supply photo of my passport information and make a payment BEFORE code to the room was given. This information was NOT DISCLOSED when I booked the room. We had no Wi-Fi and were jet-lagged. Non-slip shower mat had mold underneath - needs cleaning. Each person should have 2 pillows (only one each) and at least 2 towels (one for shower and one for pool). Absence of hand towels, bath mat and drying cloths for dishes. No instructions on how to operate cooling system but we figured it out. When I requested an extra towel the response was "we'll see if we can do this" and they did not. Part or all of the interaction was done via Chatbot. Impersonal and frustrating.

• Xin (7/5): Nice apartment for a short stay in the heart of bangsar - The room was big and the view was wonderful. Situated on top of the hill, the surroundings were also quiet and exclusive A little dated. Toilet door can’t be closed properly, air conditioner was not cold. Check in was also a hassle as the host did not give the full address and I was stuck at security for awhile

• Jihan Dominica (10/5): - Great location, peaceful yet well-connected. The area wasn’t too busy, which made for a relaxing stay, but it was still easily accessible to major spots around the city. The view from the property was also a lovely bonus.
• Bilal (8/5): I liked the room and the security, I just wish the check-in process was managed better. - My room was not ready for check-in due to a technical issue and absence of cleaner and I had to check-in 3 hours late.

• Caroline (2/5): Will not stay here again. All electronics should be in easy working order. The kitchen was clean, - Good location for business in Bangsar. Quiet. Television did not work. Washing machine did not work. Poor quality bath towels and linen. Air conditioning was not super cold.

• Vasu (1/5): Will not be staying here again. - Central Upon arrival, found 2 dead cockroaches. Floor was dusty and sticky. Clearly no cleaning took place before check in. Air conditioning was cold and the fan didn’t work. Sink was clogged. After all this, owner didn’t even offer any sort of reimbursement for this. Won’t be staying here again.

• Im (10/5): very comfortable and worth the price - very clean and tidy. no need to worries during your stay because they have advance and good security.. the stay (chloe and mira) very helpful..
• Gowrie (3/5): Will not stay there again - Poor location , you will need a car Air cond was working sometimes and at other times not No channels on tv Bed and pillows not comfortable Bathroom always wet , water does not dry easily Overall , over priced , no value for money
• Jassy (9/5): it was a very comfortable stay and I would come back here - the studio was well equipped with everything I needed to make it a comfortable stay. it was nice to have brooms etc to keep the place clean whilst working from ‘home’. thank you. the only thing i would have appreciated is a moveable table lamp that could be used whilst on Teams calls as my face always appeared dark and in silhouette on the calls. If one has a car, it’s convenient to get to shops, but without one, one may need to Grab or get a taxi.
• Patricia (8/5): good and well equipped accommodation - well equipped. even had a water filter. good security guards who were very helpful. bathroom floor get all wet as the glass shower enclosure is not sealed at the bottom
