The Host Matea was exceptionally kind and helpful. We will surely come back to this place. A microwave and washing machine in the apartment would be very helpful

Kontakt z obsługą na Whatsapp bardzo dobry, pani bardzo miła Może niektórym przeszkadzać hałas z knajpek w pobliżu, ale po 22 zanikał

• O'Connor (9/5): Wonderful property in a fantastic location! - The property was clean and in a fantastic location! The host was very accommodating and responsive and check in and check out were smooth. She even let us store our luggage for a few hours after we checked out so we could sightsee without our baggage. The room was also exceptionally quiet even though it was in the middle of Old Town and it was very easy to sleep. The WiFi in the room worked well and it was convenient to have a mini fridge. These are all very minor things but my recommendations to the host for the future are to provide softer bath towels, replace the towels partway through the stay, provide more than 1 set of keys and to provide guidance on adjusting the water heater ☺️

La cantidad de agua del tanque no alcanza para dos personas.
• Allison (6/5): Great location, great staff, apartment smelled like mildew and is very noisy from other apartment tenants. They all have - The location is amazing! A lot of people have to climb a ton of steps to get to their apartment with their luggage and we didn’t. Staff is very nice! The apartment smells like mildew and had mold in the shower. Very noisy from other apartment tenants because they all have to walk by this unit after entering the main area. No noise from outside though.

• Mirzada (8/5): Boravak je bio prekrasan više privatni ( mini odmor) sa elementima poslovnog. Sve u sveo dobro i usp - Doručak nismo imale, lokacija je odlična, strogi centar grada, bez stepenica i buke. Najviše nam se svidjela lokacija i ljubazno što hostese Matee.
• Romy (8/5): Great location, clean, tidy and lovely host! What more do you need? - The location is epic - literally in the heart of the Old town. The room was clean and had good facilities. Would definitely stay again There was a slight damp smell in the room but didn't affect the stay at all.

Host disponibilissimo ♥️ Situata al piano terra, quindi con zero possibilità di far entare un pó d’aria da fuori. Molto umida. Ma la comodità della posizione vince su tutto.

• Minh (8/5): pleasant stay - excellent location, literally right in the heart of the own town only a couple of mins walking from the Pile Gate, and no stairs at all which is a big plus compared to other apartments where we have to take a lot of stairs. The room has everything we need, even beach towels were provided. We had self checkin and it was also super easy. Shower was a bit too small

• Peggy (10/5): loved my stay in Dubrovnik. - I absolutely loved the location within the Palace walls. It was so nice to be able to walk around in the morning or evening with very few people I was in the first room so everyone going upstairs made it a bit noisy.
• Christine (9/5): We had 4 nights here and felt the accommodation and its position made for a great stay. - This location is excellent for Dubrovnik. The room is on the ground floor with only three steps to negotiate in the alley. An important consideration in Dubrovnik Old Town which has many staircases. Highly recommend this location A few more kitchen utensils such as a Toaster and a sharp knife would be useful.
• Yulia (10/5): Great place! - I have nothing to complain about, location is perfect, right inside the wall city, I felt comfortable there. I used Bolt to get from the airport and it dropped me at Pile gate. The host is super nice, I don’t really know to emphasize it. My flight got delayed, I arrived late, I was very tired and stressed and it left me only one full day in Dubrovnik. She made it super easy for me, helped me to plan my only day in the city and I was able to do everything that I needed and in a right time to avoid crowds. Thank you very much! Nothing

• Errol (10/5): Highly recommended! - Lovely location in a quiet part of the Old Town of Dubrovnik. There was an electric hob for cooking and ample cutlery, dishes and pots and pans to cook a simple meal. Big television but only local stations accessible - would recommend a fire stick to access Netflix, Prime, etc. Great communication with the hosts. Clean and comfortable.

• Alison (10/5): Would definitely stay again - Very clean, spacious, literally a 5 min walk from Pile Gate and Matea was great with clear and prompt communication, made to feel very welcome.
• Stella (9/5): I recommend this place for a solo or a couple to be right in the heart of Old Town. - The location is the best thing about this place. It is a few minutes walk from Pile Gate and you don’t have to go on any stairs at all. You get out of the door and there’s restaurants literally one step away and shops in a minute walk. It has everything you need for a short stay in Dubrovnik. None I can think of.

• Irene (9/5): Comfortable studio apartment in superb location - The location was superb - couple of minutes from the main street. sights, supermarkets, takeaway food and restaurants and only 3 steps to reach it from Stradum! It was so easy to pop back during the day. The accomodation was really clean and comfortable and there was everything there we needed. Communication with the property manager by text was excellent from the start date of our holiday and throughout. We did receive check in instructions via standard email but the booking company did not respond to requests for information between my booking and the start of our holiday. We found the directions a little difficult to follow in the dark and had to ask for help at a restaurant. There was a much easier route than the one in the check in instructions. this is direct from Stadum and crossing an intersection with anothre street where there is a church on the left. After passing the restaurant Spaghetti Toni on the left and climbing 3 stairs the apartment is on the left but there is no name plate. A small 7 appears on the wall to the right of the door. If you reach the large flight of steps you have gone too far.

The staff was friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any inquiries. Additionally, the accommodation's location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this accommodation. None.
• Anita (8/5): Great clean and tidy convenient place to stay in the heart of the old town. Great value and friendly service. - The location was excellent in the heart of old town. They were also very accommodating letting us leave our bags there until after midday after checking out. It was clean and tidy. We liked the window shutters to keep out the light for sleeping. The host was very helpful and friendly too. We also liked that the apartment was on ground floor so we didn’t have to carry our bags up stairs. Kitchen didn’t have a hot water tap. We also thought there was going to be a washing machine there, listed as a facility on bookings.com but there wasn’t one.

• Jhonny (10/5): Perfect location, perfect day - Beautiful Apartment, pleasant, tidy, modernised and with the perfect location, about five minutes walk from Pile Gate It’s also great for people with reduced mobility as there are only a handful of steps, unlike many other properties with lots of steps Both Matea and Maro kept me up-to-date, the check process was easy and they were there to meet me and keep me updated at all times Pl and what happened to stay there again any time :-) Everything was perfect

Though our flight delayed and our arrival was at 10pm, she welcomed us. Sometimes a little noisy because of the location, but basically we could spend good time at this pension.

We loved our stay in Dubrovnik and look forward to returning. - Absolutely perfect location in Old Town - we were so close to all of the activities we had planned and to lots of bars and restaurants. The host was very friendly, easy to contact and accommodating, giving very clear instructions on how to reach the property. The room was very clean, had great facilities and the bed was super comfy. Would definitely come back here!

• Lucas (10/5): STUNNING Apartment, the photos do not do it justice. - This property is one of the nicer I’ve stayed in In Europe given its price, size and location. In the centre of old town it is amazingly located. A few streets of the Main Street means it is quiet with little foot traffic. The room is on the ground floor so no need to climb stairs. The bed is very comfy, the bathroom was the cleanest I’ve seen in weeks and the kitchen was handsomely appointed. There was spare blankets in the wardrobe and plenty of space to move about. Slightly on the cooler side, but the heat pump takes care of that. You need to call the number in the booking when you arrive as no one is waiting there for you. A few minutes later a friendly woman arrived to open up for me, but this could be a serious issue for travellers who cannot make international phone calls.
