- Caroline (10/5): Super hôtel à 2 pas d’une station de monorail direction l’aéroport ! - Nous y avons passé qu’une nuit mais c’était parfait ! En effet la chambres était un peu petite (mais c’est suffisement dit dans les commentaires pour que ça ne soit pas une surprise) mais très fonctionnelle avec une très grande douche ! Le lit très confortable, la chambre très propre ! Le petit plus agréable c’est le rooftop ! (même s’il est un peu moins bien aménagé que sur les photos) Gros plus : L’hôtel est à 3 min à pied du monorail qui amène en 15 min à l’aéroport d’Haneda ! Le check-in sur une machine alors qu’on pourrait faire ça très facilement en direct avec la personne au comptoir, ca enlève le contact humain et c’est dommage. (mais c’est très personnel)

- Robert (1/5): Only one person was rude and I'll never stay at or recommend your hotel again - What breakfast??? There was no breakfast. Below is What I didn't like, because I ran out of space below in the "what I didn't like?" section. I suppose it was my fault for not checking to see what amenities were included. There was no safe, no coffee maker in the room, no lotion, no water bottles, no closet (even a small one) to hang up a jacket (okay, there was one hook in the hallway) and the was no hooks in the bathroom to hang up your pants (or anything for that matter) when you went to change close or take a shower. The room was way too small (my fault for not checking sq. ft.) But the kicker was the rudeness of Ms. Kurata on Friday morning 11/3/26. I was told that was her name? She wasn't at the front desk and I had to knock on the staff door to get her to come out. Do you not have a camera in the staff room to see when guests are waiting at the front desk??? And if you do why did she not come out to assist me and only came out when I knocked on the door? I was standing there looking around for a few minutes. Then when she came out I inquired about how to use the coffee maker and she just walked by me and pulled out a placard from the cabinet below and put it in front of the coffee maker w/o a word and started to walk away. I said I don't understand Japanese very well (Nihongo wakarimasen) and she just pointed to what buttons to press and again walked away. I said "sumimasen" because I had a few more questions and she turned around with a disgusted look on her face like I was being so much trouble. I asked about a safe? Water bottles? Lotion? I got a rude no, with the universal sign indicating "no" crossing her forearms like an "X" which I'm pretty sure means no! I was so irritated that I was "grumbling" to my daughter and she said "wow" she must have been really rude for you to be so riled up. I was! Of course I was unlucky enough to have to ask her another question a few days later (sorry I don't remember the exact date, but I know it was her again. I walked up to ask her about getting another pillow and I was typing into Google translate app and she just walked away. She only turned around because I said "samisen" And the when she did read my message she went in the back and came I got the arms crossed sign again. While I will never stay or recommend your hotel to any of my family or friends, I think someone should talk to Ms. Kurata about choosing another line of work. She is discourteous and rude.

- Prudence (7/5): If we were to book again we would select a much larger room as the location was certainly very convenient and the staf - Great location, close to the station with access to all lines and the airports. Friendly staff who were happy to store luggage before and after. The room as so tiny that it was very challenging to get in and out of bed. It was jammed between the wall and the window. The wash basin was in the main room not the bathroom, leaving very little bench space. No control over the Airconditioning and heating so get cooler you had to open the window.

- Samantha (8/5): Good value for money in Tokyo, convenient location - Convenient location in a quiet area but close to train and subway stations and convenience stores. Washing machine onsite helpful after a few days. Big and comfortable shower despite average room size for Tokyo. They accommodate late checkout (after midnight) and change coins for the washer/dryer. The bed was comfortable. The staff didn’t speak English very well but that’s something you experience everywhere in Tokyo. Anyways they were helpful and kind.

- Criado (6/5): - El lugar no es lindo para hospedarse y recorrer Tokio, solo lo hicimos una noche para estar cerca de Haneda. La zona no es agradable, el hotel es muy caro para los pocos o nulos servicios que ofrece. La ubicacion, lo poco servicial del personal de recepcion.

- Ayana (9/5): 国立のライブの宿として利用しました🌸 - (大きさにもよりますが)キャリーケース2つ広げられる。シャワールームとトイレに仕切りがあり、水が飛び散る心配がない。2泊3日で2日目の朝、出かけている間にタオル、寝衣、シャワー外用の足マット、ベットシーツの交換、トイレのゴミ回収をしてくれた(不要な人は扉にマグネットを貼るようですが、そのことを知らず帰ってきた時に綺麗になっていて驚きました)。部屋の方に鏡があり、すぐ下？に洗面台があるので化粧等をする時便利。コンセントが多い(見つけたのはベッド枕側、机、洗面台、姿鏡下かな？)。ドライヤーの風量強め。隣の部屋の声･音、外の音が気にならなかった。チェックイン前の荷物預かり。チェックイン、アウトがスムーズにできた。スタッフさんも親切で柔らかい雰囲気だった。駅近(浜松町駅、大門駅)で近くにコンビニがある。 あげるとすれば…お値段は安くはなかったかなと思います。(が自由で快適な3日間を過ごすことができました😊)
- Liz (6/5): Good location, but small rooms - The room was clean and tidy, and staff were nice and helpful The rooms were just too small, and we couldn't really lay out our suitcases anywhere. I had to climb over my husband to get to the toilet in the night.

- Nicole (7/5): - Clean hotel, nice and clean bathroom. Practical headboard on the bed. Very cute rooftop to sit on (sadly no pillows on the seats while we were there) with a lovely view. Thankful we could open our window for fresh air! (the hotel itself has central heating and it was very warm inside; you can't control the temperature in your room). The few staff that we saw were very friendly! Coin laundry easily accessible and easy to use. 7Eleven around the corner for a quick breakfast/snack. You can eat at the tables downstairs so you don't have to do it in your room which is very nice. Location is superb. Lots of nice bars and restaurants within short walking distance. Stations nearby so very easy to get around the city! Also enough things to do and see within 30 mins walking distance. The room itself just had a very impractical design. Size wise its fine for a hotel in Tokyo (never expect big rooms in Tokyo people!). If the desk with the sink was slightly higher we could've fit our medium sized suitcases upright, which wouldve saved alot of room. If the tv had been mounted higher on the wall and the desk was slightly shorter, you could fit 2 suitcase standers next to eachother under the tv. If there were some shelves next to the sink mirror you couldve placed more personal items without the room feeling cluttered. The clunky chairs made the space worse. Having 2 simple foldable stools under the desk would have been way more practical. Lighting was horrible. Having a seperate light for the sink for if the other person is in the bed would have been nice, but the bed area is lit together with the sink area. Spotlight right above the bed at the head side were also not nice for the evenings as they were extremely bright. Some dimmer lights just above the bed would have been more comfortable.

- Daniel (8/5): Small but clean and great location. - Excellent location- easy enough to get to the subway and then off to wherever else. Clean. Kettle and microwave downstairs. Quiet at night. Great shower and nice clean bathroom and room. Bed was comfy! Rooms are pretty small, but it was a worthy trade off for everything else.
- Genevieve (10/5): Comfortable bed, great shower, helpful staff. Perfect for a place for a night before flying out of Haneda Airport. - Comfortable bed and great shower! We didn’t get to use the monorail to go to the airport, as we had to leave way too early in the morning before it opened. But it was handy. Nothing, it was exactly as advertised. We knew it would be a very small room.

- ASAKA (7/5): 駅から近いのは便利 - すごく感じのよい従業員と感じのよくない従業員の差が大きい。 少し狭いが、寝るだけなら十分。洗面ボウルの場所が微妙で顔を洗うと、床がビチョビチョになった。
