- Srabasti (10/5): An amazing hotel - The tranquil, calming decor with some amazing art displays fitted the name of the hotel very well. The literature in the room explained the inspiration behind the hotel. The outside of the building was fairly nondescript but the hotel interior was a real pleasure! The reception staff were extremely welcoming, the domestic staff were friendly and the breakfast staff were equally welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was a buffet style with a lot of choice and everything looked fresh. The room was very clean and the decor was extremely relaxing and I slept well! The location was ideal for the old town, the centre, the port area which was walkable for me but was also well connected by the metro. Overall, the hotel was a tranquil oasis of calm and beauty in the midst of the hustle and bustle of Naples. I had no problems throughout my stay.

- Susanne (10/5): Great stay, clean, friendly and would recommend - Good location, nice size, comfy bed and good shower, breakfast had good choice, desk was 24 hour, and it felt secure. Large development with other offices, businesses inside, fated entry. Lift access. Based on via Toledo 2-3 min walk to Toledo metro. Some noise from floor above moving furniture or banging for a while. But earplugs sorted that and did not last long. Not a great view overlooking backs of buildings but I did not care was there on business 1 night. Everything else made up for it

- Samanta_92 (9/5): - Ich hatte einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel und kann es nur weiterempfehlen. Die Lage ist wirklich hervorragend – alles Wichtige ist in unmittelbarer Nähe und gut zu erreichen, was den Aufenthalt besonders bequem macht. Auch das Personal hat einen sehr positiven Eindruck hinterlassen: stets freundlich, hilfsbereit und kompetent. Man fühlt sich gut betreut und willkommen. Insgesamt ein tolles Hotel, das ich jederzeit wieder buchen würde. Leider gab es auch einen negativen Punkt: Die Klimaanlage hat nicht gut funktioniert. Es kam kaum Luft heraus, was den Aufenthalt etwas unangenehm gemacht hat.

The contemporary art on the walls and in the rooms was a highlight. Rooms were a good size and well equipped, clean and modern. The square outside is a noisy intersection, but the noise insulation when the windows were shut was amazing. The breakfast was great, generous, with continental and hot food options. The location is close to retailers, with restaurant options also. For those seeking the Historical sights of Naples, its about a 10 -15 min walk to the old town and Museums, etc. Taxi rank across the street for getting to train stations, Airport. The Hotel could do with some additional external signage to indicate where the hotel reception is (1st Floor), and how to access. Arriving in the evening, there is little sign that the building contains a hotel, and front gate access needs to be granted via an intercom.

- Zeynep (10/5): Wonderful - My stay was perfect. First of all, the location is fantastic. The room was wonderfully heated despite it being winter. You should definitely stay here. The hotel's breakfast and the breakfast staff were wonderful. It couldn't be better. But most importantly, the welcome was amazing. We were greeted by a wonderful gentleman (I think his name was Valeria). We checked in early (at 10:00 AM). Our room was spotless and ready. If I were to go again, I would stay here again. A wonderful experience. A thousand thanks to both the lady who served breakfast and the gentleman who greeted us. They made our trip to Naples wonderful. Finally, location, breakfast and cleanliness is perfect. Thanks. Nothng.

Lo stile curata in tanti dettagli, il letto molto comodo, la grandezza del bagno con doppio lavandino e doccia walk-in. Lo staff a colazione super gentile, Silvia in particolare merita i miei più vivi complimenti x la sua cordialità e spontanea disponibilità, una bella risorsa x lo staff! - Margherita (8/5): Confortevole e pulito - Posizione centrale e perfetta per visitare il centro di Napoli. Struttura moderna, camere pulite e con tutti i comfort (ci sono anche le prese usb e usb-c a muro). Colazione buonissima e lo staff gentilissimo e disponibile. Zona un pochino rumorosa.

- Bevan (9/5): Would recommend it as a great place to stay in Naples - Valerie on Reception was really great and ready to assist. In a busy hub of Naples, everything was readily available. The lack of drawers a little inconvenient as you were living out of suitcases for the duration of your stay. The nightlife outside the room was a bit overpowering at the late hours of the night, but not too big a problem.

I servizi e le dotazioni non raggiungono totalmente le 4stelle. Carenza di confort specifici quali pantofole, lozioni e saponi (solo l’ultimo gg hanno messo il sapone mani). Mancanza di idonee zone di appoggio. Il frigobar non veniva rimpiazzato ogni giorno.

- Alicia (9/5): - El hotel está muy nuevo y limpio. Fuimos con nuestros dos hijos y tuvimos dos habitaciones con baño. Todo muy cómodo porque pudimos estar juntos.

- John (5/5): Great location Junior Suites very poor for the price we paid - Location was excellent, staff helpful and friendly especially at breakfast We stayed in three junior suites they were expensive but we were there for a family celebration. Three jacuzzi baths but none of them could be used due to water pressure. Beautiful bathrooms large showers also very poor water pressure. If it is like this at off season these baths are unusable. We did complain and they did send someone but these rooms are all run off one stand alone system that cannot be repaired overnight by one pleasant maintenance man. Also suite 1 no internet access unless you leave the window open but the street can be noisy again this is a long term problem. No covers on the duvets at all during our stay.

- nadia (8/5): Piacevole soggiorno - Hotel centralissimo, colazione ottima molto variegata e personale molto disponibile e simpatico Pulizia delle camera sufficiente e sala colazione non tanto calda, forse la presenza di molte porte finestre.

- Doerthe (10/5): Very stylished hotel in a central area - New (renovated?) hotel with good access to all places we had be interested in. We stayed in the Junior Suite, which was very comfortable, super clean and excellent value for money. Breakfast was very fresh and very good choice of sweets, but could be a bit better regarding choice of bread, cheeses and ham/salami. Stuff was VERY helpful, kind and polite in all departments! They even gave us a breakfast "on the go" as we had to depart very early in the morning. The area is supposed to be one of the good areas in Napoli however you will see also not trustfull looking people around it....The hotel is a part of a building together with other businesses. We had to ask to find the entrance since there was no bigger sign of the hotel. After darkness the main entrance is closed with a gate and you have to put a code / ring to enter. The lift is VERY old and could be replaced: You have to open outdoor, then the inner door. Inside the lift you must close outdoor and then inner door. At the floor you wish to go same procedure reverse. In the beginning we did not find how to open the lift from inside, which was a bit uncomfortable feeling.
