• Rosa Elena (9/5): Son solo sugerencias, para llegar y poder dormir tranquilamente . 😉 - La ubicación es muy buena solo que se necesita un mapa para llegar al alojamiento y hay que subir muchas escaleras, por el lado más corto 66 para ser exacta. Que el personal no tiene otra llave para abrir la puerta principal , cuando algún cliente despistado le mete seguro a la puerta.

• KAZUFUMI (4/5): - Although the booking website said amenities were included, there was no soap in the room. I called the staff to inquire and was told to move to an empty room on the upper floor. When I opened the room just above, I found someone else's luggage. It seems that one key can open multiple rooms. I was shocked to learn that this hotel has serious security issues. The soap was a very minor issue.

• Rinka (8/5): 最高！！ - とにかく旧市街を楽しむのに立地が最高！観光中にトイレを探さなくてもすぐにホテルまで戻って来れる近さ！ ホストとは顔を合わすことなくメッセージのやりとりだけでチェックインとチェクアウトをしたが、質問に対する返答が早く困ることはなかった。チェックアウト後もスーツケースを置かせてくれたので助かった☺️ Room3に泊まったが、洗面所を使用しているとおそらく排水溝から？下水の匂いが漂ってくることだけが残念だった。それ以外は申し分なし👍

Worst place we - Absolutely nothing terrible unclean , totally mis represented The location was almost impossible and dangerous to get to given multiple stairs and getting luggage to it. Booking should remove this from the site as ots the worst place I have ever stayed in my life and I was embarrassed as I booked the accomodation for other members of our group ! No one on site to assist and misleading information ! Was a stench in our room that was intolerable

Very small bedroom with a bathroom door that wouldn't open or close properly. The shower was difficult to enter as the sink was so near and the shower door was almost impossible to close. The mattress and pillows were poor. Also the rooms were a little dirty and smelled damp

Nulla,giusto l'assenza di qualche dettaglio in camera,tipo appendini.Per chi é alto la stanza con tetto spiovente sicuramente é un po' scomoda, perché in alcuni punti troppo bassa.Gli scalini sono una caratteristica peculiare della città,non solo di alcune stanze..vanno presi in considerazione.

• Zuzana (5/5): Location-wise, this was a great catch, altho I would say not such a great value for money when it comes to the property - - Excellent location in the heart of Dubrovnik historical center - Host was very responsive and approachable - We arrived early and they let us check in before 2 PM - The hairdryer in the bathroom was broken and when I contacted the host about it, it has been replaced within couple of hours with a new one - The room was quite dump and not very well vented

• Rachel (8/5): Cute clean apartment in good location. - It was a cute little apartment in a very good location in Old Town. Communication was excellent through the process. Great stay. Be aware there are a lot of stairs to walk with luggage. Buza Gate is a close entrance however. The only thing I could recommend is new towels as they were rough and thin.

Nice desk area and good lighting throughout the room and restroom. Very quaint. Not easy to get to and no signage to know where you are once you arrive. Treacherous to walk the many steps in the rain whilst carrying luggage! Lighting in the small lobby goes off quickly which is a challenge at night as to figure out who to call to get into the room. Too expensive for what you get. There needs to be a holder for the shower handle so one can easily stand under it. Also simple hooks in the bathroom for towels clothes. Include soap, shampoo and conditioner for that price. There was a sewer odor.

Even a desk with light coming through the window. Was right in the middle of old town. Position Position. Lovely owner....would recommend this place. Just thought It would be worth mentioning that the flight of ancient marble stairs up to the room are extreme and slippery. Albeit it is the charm and history of being in the old town. I was fine with a 10 kg backpack and quite fit. Be hazardous if I had luggage . Maybe put it in the details as elderly or people with lot of luggage would really suffer. Unless a service was offered.

• McKenzie (10/5): - Nice rooms, had everything we needed for our 2 night stay. We arrived early before check in time and the host let us store our luggage then put them in our room for us. Best to enter from Buza gate so you’re mainly walking down stairs with your luggage rather than up lots from the main centre of old town. Lots of good restaurants nearby. I would recommend and I would stay again.

• Lindy (10/5): Beautiful Loft, Old Town. - Very unique room for sure. Beautiful exposed brick and decent lighting. This is definitely a loft as advertised. It was very clean, very comfortable bed, good shower, AC and wifi. Everything worked perfectly. Right in old town and minutes walk to lots of restaurants, cafés, the heart of old town, and less than 10 minutes walk to catch a bus. If you have mobility challenges or health issues, from the Main Street in Old Town, it is 89 steps climb to the entrance of the house and another 43 to get up to your room. (I counted:) But I would stay there again.
• Karina (7/5): Only for fit people with backpacks! - It’s a great location in the old city - room was a good size. The stairs to get to the property are truly treacherous. Very uneven, no railing even with just a carry-on size luggage very challenging. The other thing was - there is no mirror over the sink in the bathroom. There are other mirrors in the room, but trying to put contact lenses in , is not so easy.

• Troi (9/5): Great location inside the city walls - The rooms were well furnished. Short walk to restaurants. Great view from our window on the top floor. It was relatively close to a city gate. If you’re dragging bags this is a good location. We had the attic room which was big for an apartment in the old city but the bathroom did smell even though we ran the fan. But we think that’s just European plumbing and being in an old historic part of town. That being said, we would stay there again. Nothing to do with the apartment but be aware if you’re driving, the nearby parking is extremely expensive— no signs for the price. We found out upon exiting it was €140/ day.

• April (10/5): Great location and helpful staff.. - We enjoyed our stay here. Great location. Peter was very helpful and friendly. Keep in mind that if you plan to walk from the center when you arrive with your luggages there will be a lot of walking upstairs. I suggest to Google Lady Pi-Pi restaurant few feet before the restaurant there is a stairs down to alley to the hostel. Peter will be there waiting for you! This will be the easiest way to the location from the bus stop than going upstairs with your luggages
• Jordan (6/5): Pleasant - The location is amazing, easily the best part of our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The provided sunscreen, wine opener, refrigerator, and iron were a nice touch. Our first night was sweltering and miserable because the air conditioning wasn't turned on before arrival to cool things off, which was much needed on the fourth floor in August. Even after that, the AC didn't work well enough to do much. The towels were very rough and were never changed during our stay, despite being told we'd get new ones after 2 days. It would've been nice to have some soap as well. The place is not secure; the front door can be opened by sticking your hand in the window that remains open, and all the room keys are the same, so any guest could enter any room. We didn't have any issues, but I wouldn't be comfortable storing valuables here.

Best of all was the host who was very kind, informative, and ensured that I enjoyed my stay. There are great local restaurants and bars around this spot, better than other more pricier restaurants. I would consider staying here again and would recommend to others.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Man behöver starka ben. - Väldigt pittoreskt och mysigt ställe att bo på mitt i gamla stan MEN man ska vara medveten om alla trappor i varierande höjd och att det är tungt att släpa resväskor i värmen. AC ett stort plus dock väldigt hård säng som saknade bäddmadrass. Saknade även något att hänga handdukar/badlakan på inne på toa och det fanns ingen hylla till tvål/schampo i duschen. Lite knasigt att spegeln satt längst in över toastolen och inte över handfatet.

The person responsible for the accommodation welcomed us with words in our native language, which was very nice. Unfortunately, due to the smell in the room, we cannot positively rate this accommodation. The smell in the room downstairs was unacceptable. Someone was obviously smoking in the room and it was not ventilated. We didn't make it for 3 days either. The smell was so intense that it caused a headache. The toilet seat was too small. The sink was damaged, and when the water started dripping, we opened the cabinet to find a completely wet towel and a box of water. We are people who can really stand a variety of conditions, but the smell in this room was the worst. We didn't report it because our stay was short and we didn't want to make a fuss. However, the person dealing with the rental was in this room with us, so he knew that they should not accept anyone there. We believe that the reviews about this accommodation were not false and we were just terribly unlucky to get such a room.

• María (10/5): Perfect. - The location is perfect, right in the middle of the old town. It is true that you have to go up several steps, but it is part of the charm of this medieval town. I would not recommend it for elder people or people with walking difficulties. The staff was very nice, friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and nice. I would definitely stay again. • Anna (10/5): Great times in Dubrovnik Old Town streets! - The location was amazing, as it was in the center of the Dubrovnik city. The building is very old, but the room inside was super comfy and with an incredible design! We had a great time, and the owners were super helpful and approachable at all times! The bathroom had some linking issues, but nothing to be too much concerned about! If you travel there by car, be mindful that there is no free parking nearby, and the cost starts from 7 EUR per hour (in 2023) to 20 EUR per hour. You need to sort the parking issue before booking this accommodation!

• Cathryn (10/5): Right in the heart of Dubrovnik, close to the Buza gate. - The property was perfectly placed, and small boutique accomodation. Sasa, who worked there, was very helpful. This is not a criticism…I had seen the photos of the rooms with the exposed stone. Since I am in real estate and design, I had hoped to get one of these charming rooms. My ground floor room (an absolute plus) had little character. It would not take much to make this room a little more appealing. The room also had a very musty, damp smell to it. I overcame this by lighting a scented candle.

• Emmaleen (8/5): Very good - The location was great since it’s located in the center of Old Town. It is situated near the tourist spots. Ana was also nice and easy to communicate with. Her son was also friendly who helped and assisted us during our stay. The stairs😅 The shower is a little bit small and the door of the toilet is difficult to close, one need another person to push it outside.
