• Kuldeep (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was amazing but not the washroom Both of the washroom door locks were not working. One needs to sing a song while using it.
• Ben (6/5): Pleasant - Neither bathroom doors had locks, one wouldn't stay closed. One less sofa bed than expected.

• George (2/5): Very frustrating and disappointing. - The floors and toilet were dirty. The dining table was dirty and sticky when we arrived. We had trouble unlocking the unit initially and the host was not very co-operative; there was no iron in the apartment although there was an ironing board; the host did not provide an iron on request. The cupboard doors in the main bedroom did not close: one of these cupboards was not usable as it had excess timber stored in it. The wi fi in the apartment did not work and the codes provided in the instructions were not accepted by the system; when we advised the host we were told to try things we had already done; we advised the host on numerous occasions via Bookings.com but the problem was not resolved at all; this cost us an extra 25 Euros in data costs through our providers and resulted in considerable angst. I expect to be reimbursed for this additional cost.
• Abigail (3/5): Poor - Central Dirty. Lockbox for key very very hard to open at 3am. Human hairs in drawers..no coffee..... no doors lock. Broken door locks. Very old.
• Almost (8/5): Amazing localisation, close to the shops and bakery. Close to the Acropolis and metro stop. - Location is great. Very close to Acropolis and Plaka district, so close to the metro. Only if you want park your car may be problem because that is city centre and very rarely you may find empty park place.
• Rizwana (3/5): Good location, terrible hosts. - Nicely located apartment with grocery shops and restaurants near by. The communication with the host are absolutely terrible, they are rude and do not care about the customer, only about the amount of money they can get from you. Delayed our check in by 4 hours, resulting in us having to be outside in the 40•C heat, with no accurate information about when we could actually get inside the apartment. Then once we were in the apartment, we had to wait a further 40 minutes for the cleaning staff to clean.
• Neema (5/5): Passable - Close to restaurants and everything else The lady was not so friendly on the phone and ready to hand up without even listening to our complaints about the apartment. Air conditioner didn't work in the living room. The house was not clean before we got there. But they sent someone to clean it after.

• Smith (3/5): Convient but not much else - Close to the acropolis, shopping, restaurants. The apartment was not ready when we arrived. We waited 1.5 hours in the rain while the owner contacted the cleaning crew. The key lock was hard to locate, and when we finally opened it the key was not there. The Wi-Fi never worked. And the toilet situation is the opposite of classy. The owner was not easy to contact and never responded to my messages about Wi-Fi or getting a taxi.

• Robert (6/5): Nice location, nice apartment. Has potential to be a great spot. - Location was great. Plenty of restaurants near by close walking distance to attractions. Public transportation was close by even though we didn’t use it. We did have clean sheets and plenty of towels. The cleaning crew did not do a good job prior to our arrival. Trash cans were still full from last guest, did not look like sinks and bathroom was wiped down properly. There was a mop bucket with dirty (stinky) water left in the kitchen as well.
• Leonie (3/5): Good location but poor comfort with things broken. Wouldn't stay again - Location was good. Close to restaurants, small super market and easy to access metro tram and sights There was no cot on arrival and despite staff arranging one to be delivered quickly it was broken. The sink in the main bathroom was blocked for the 5 days of our stay meaning we had to wash hands/teeth etc in the bath or the small toilet. We informed the staff of this but the issue was not resolved. The small toilet was in the living area and the door did not shut which meant you could not use it in privacy. Only the double sofa bed was in working order not the single one. There are no plug sockets in the kitchen to use things such as the toaster and kettle so plug sockets by the beds etc needed to be used which isn't ideal particularly with a toddler. You get what you pay for, we weren't expecting anything fancy but we also weren't expecting a number of important things to be unusable as it wasn't the cheapest accommodation we came across.
