• everalb (4/5): Gloomy room, nice location - The location was good for me, because of work, and it was close enough to a U station and some buses and tram lines. The room was really sad, honestly, at least a warmer lighting would have made a huge difference. Also, the cleanliness was questionable, and the shower needed some serious deep cleaning. The room was super cold at night, and the AC went from 0 to 100, so either too cold or too hot. If you're looking for natural lighting, this ground level accommodation is not for you, I tried working in room desk but ended going to a different cafe everyday.

• Halil İbrahim (10/5): - Konumu iyiydi. Hem metro iatasyonuna hem de tramvay istasyonuna çok yakındı. Yürüme mesafesi ile 10 dk civarındaydı. Hemen karşımızda çok büyük bir Süpermarket vardı. Odanın temizliği çok iyiydi. Aslında apartman şeklinde ama içerisi otel konforundaydı. Tuvalet banyosu çok temizdi. Çarşaflar temizdi. Temiz kokuyordu. İçerisinde mini buzdolabı, kettle vardı. İçmek için kahve ve çay da bırakılmıştı. Sadece check in yapılan yer konakladığımız yerden ayrı Bi yerdeydi. O da kaldığımız yerin hemen karşısındaydı. Bu da bizim için bi sorun değildi.

Heel fijn ! - Supermarkt dichtbij; - cafeetje om de hoek waar je kan ontbijten; - Op zaterdag is er een markt voor de deur: Schoenen, kleding en groente/fruit. - ruime kamer en open kast ruimte met kledinghangers. Dit verblijf voelt niet echt als een hotel, maar als een kale accommodatie zonder service. - Het bed is hard en oncomfortabel. - De douchevloer is gevaarlijk glad. Ondanks mijn blessure kreeg ik geen reactie op mijn verzoek om een douchemat. Ik heb op een natte handdoek gestaan om niet uit te glijden. - alle nachten ging er bijna continu een alarm af bij een gebouw achter het hotel. Het hield ons wakker. - Check-in is in een ander gebouw om de hoek. Dit was mij pas duidelijk toen ik bevestiging van de reservering kreeg. Ik miste ook instructie hoe je dat andere gebouw binnenkomt. Gelukkig kwam er net een conciërge aan. - De ontvangst bij de receptie was puur zakelijk: betalen en door. Geen welkom, geen uitleg, geen tips over de omgeving. Op zaterdag is er een markt voor de deur. Zoiets zou juist leuk zijn om met je gasten te delen. - Schoonmaak is ondermaats. Gebruikt glas bleef staan en de vloer werd zichtbaar niet schoongemaakt. - Slechts één koffiezakje per persoon voor drie dagen, zonder aanvulling. Tijdens mijn verblijf was er geen aandacht is voor gastbeleving/service.

• Lukšić (6/5): Vrlo loš omjer cijene i kvalitete - Lokacija je odlična, blizu je Metro, supermarketi i restorani, odlična četvrt. Grozni kreveti, neudobni. Jedan stolac u sobi za 4 osobe, nema šalice.. ali najgore od svega su vrlo tanka ulazna vrata, ovo je jako bitno jer se uopće nismo osjećali sigurno s obzirom da se sve čuje i kada vam ostali gosti prolaze pored vaše sobe, imate osjećaj kao da će vam netko ući u sobu. Zaista vrlo neugodan osjećaj, izolacija je užasna.

• Irina (6/5): Не советую - Очень жестокий матрас , что бы заселиться это целый квест что бы найти и попасть в комнату , это не отель , а какие то комнаты в жилом доме , нужно выезжать в 10.00 утра это очень не удобно и в 10.00 утра уже пришла уборщица и они выставили меня за дверь , очень не рекомендую это жилье!

• David (9/5): Had a wonderful stay! Recommended and very good price/quality! - Very good location, huge supermarket accross the street, metro entrance is 2 streets over. Street market on Saturday in front of the door! Although it was very clean, bit of mold in the shower but nothing all too bad. Beds were quite hard for us but some might like it.

O apartamento foi reformado, é todo novo e muito funcional. No banheiro, faltam porta-toalhas junto à pia e ao chuveiro, bem como saboneteira no chuveiro.

Ca am gasit smocuri de praf pe jos si asa a ramas chiar si dupa ce s-a venit pentru curatenie, praf tot era pe jos.

Hotel overcharged me at the checkin even after I already had paid the full fee online. Also room-cleaner sprayed strong perfume over everything, not sure if I should consider it good cleaning practice.
• Efstathios (7/5): Basic stay (clean/safe but not very relaxing)....not worth ca >50-70euros - Kind staff, kind of spacious room, the room darkens well during the night and day, easygoing checkin/-out Noise from street (minimum soundproofing) and neighboors from above, obvious "used" furniture (but overall clean room...not like crazy clean, but clean...towels, bathroom etc...), the shared kitchen means that the staff will regularly enter in the morning and make noise, sliding chairs and hiting stuff on the bench while you sleep.

• Lorenzo (9/5): Tutto sommato buono - Camera piccola ma molto carina e completa di ogni comfort per un soggiorno breve. La posizione è ottima, vicino alla fermata della metro lilla "Gerusalemme" e quindi comoda per spostarsi ovunque in città. Comodissimo il fatto di aver potuto organizzare in base alle nostre esigenze l'orario per il Check-In. E' possibile utilizzare anche una cucina completa di frigo comune alle stanze, cosa positiva per chi magari vuole rimanere per più giorni. La pulizia non ci ha convinto molto. Gli asciugamani non ci sono stati cambiati mai e al letto, due giorni su tre, anziché sistemarlo è stato solamente tirato su il copriletto.

• Vanesa (9/5): Volvería - Muy cómodo y bonito. Estaba súper cerca del metro, de zonas de restaurantes, supermercado. Los sábados hay un mercadillo justo en la puerta que es perfecto para comprar pasta, queso, incluso ropa. Muy tranquilo, se dormía muy bien. Tenía cocina y podías dejar tus cosas en el frigorífico, una noche cenamos en la habitación porque estábamos muy cansados y la verdad es que se agradece tener ese espacio. Me dio poca confianza que al estar compartiendo cocina con la habitación 1, había una puerta común que daba a la calle. A veces, esa puerta no se cerraba completamente, o más bien lo que no me daba confianza es que las personas de la otra habitación dejasen de noche o de día la puerta abierta, eso me dejaba algo intranquila. Pero no pasó nada.

It was hard finding the parking and the reception to check in. it is not a hotel, but a bunch of apartments located in several building, so we had to check in on a different building. I don’t feel like this was clear when booking.
• Alina (9/5): Ein toller Aufenthalt in einem frisch renovierten, sauberen und komfortablen Hotel – ich komme gerne wieder! - Das Zimmer war wirklich sehr gut, besonders die Sauberkeit hat mich beeindruckt. Schon beim Betreten des Stockwerks war ein angenehmer Duft von Reinheit zu spüren. Im Zimmer war ebenfalls alles perfekt: frische, nach der Wäsche duftende Bettwäsche, strahlend weiße und saubere Handtücher. Es gab außerdem eine Klimaanlage, eine kleine Minibar und einen Fernseher. Auch genügend Stauraum für die Sachen war vorhanden. Sehr gefreut hat mich auch die Hotelkosmetik (Duschgel, Shampoo und Conditioner). Im Zimmer gab es zudem einen ausgezeichneten, leistungsstarken Föhn. Aber am meisten hat mich das Bidet im Badezimmer überrascht – einfach unglaublich! Alles sah großartig aus. Besonders positiv fand ich auch, dass die Renovierung sehr modern und neu wirkte, was dem Zimmer einen frischen und stilvollen Eindruck verlieh. Insgesamt war mein Aufenthalt sehr angenehm, nur ein paar kleine Details könnten noch verbessert werden: Eine Handseife im Badezimmer wäre praktisch gewesen. Zudem gab es in schwer zugänglichen Ecken leichte Wasserablagerungen, an den weißen Wänden ein paar kleine Gebrauchsspuren und unter dem Waschbecken zeigten die Metallstützen schon etwas Rost. Mit kleinen Anpassungen ließe sich der ohnehin sehr gute Eindruck noch perfektionieren.
