• Noellie (7/5): - Bon emplacement, logement spacieux, linges très propre, literie confortable. - Une des chambre n'avait pas de chauffage/climatisation, la fenêtre ne fermait pas complètement du coup nous avions froid la nuit. Nous n'avons pas eu de réponse concernant ce problème - Clé sur le téléphone. Si vous n'avez pas pu récupérer de clé physique (bureau à 30mn en transport) et que vous n'avez plus de batterie, c'est compliqué -TV standard 100% espagnol. Pas de possibilité de se connecter le soir a Netflix par exemple (utile quand on voyage avec des enfants) - Pas de plat pour le four.

• Erika (2/5): Bien pero no le hace justicia a lo que pagamos - Las fotos no eran iguales al sitio donde nos quedamos, los muebles eran diferentes, cuando te duchabas al día siguiente habían hormigas por el suelo, la cerradura siempre está atascada, el aire chorrea hacia el suelo y una habitación no tiene aire acondicionado.

No tuvimos agua caliente por una semana y tratar con el servicio al cliente fue difícil porque hubo faltas de comunicación internamente. Reporte la falta de agua caliente y solamente nos dijeron que hubo un problema y ya, sin ofrecer nada para compensar el tener que bañarnos por medio de calentar el agua en la estufa.

Osebje AB zelo prijazno (ker smo imeli dodatna vprašanja smo jih že pred bivanjem kontaktirali telefonsko) kad v kopalnici je bila očitno že poškodovana in ni ravno estetsko popravljena, curek pipe v bideju je delno pršil po steni iz ulice se precej sliši hrup, kljub zaprtim oknom

• Nataliia (6/5): Нормальний варіант за свої гроші, враховуючи ціни в Барселоні. Але якщо щось не так - від персоналу отелю допомоги не от - Гарне розташування. З різних варіантів - тут була найоптимальніша ціна. Є welcome pack (з необхідними для побуту дрібницями). Зручно, що можна самостійно заселитись. В квартирі є все необхідне - посуд, тостер, кавоварка, посудомийка, пральна машина. Шумно - о 8 ранку нас будило будівництво, а вночі - шум від сусідів. Скриплять ручки міжкімнатних дверей - тихо в кімнату не увійдеш. Не дуже зручні ліжка. Надали ліжко для дитини, але без ковдри, і підтримка сказала, що ковдри для дитини вони не надають - було б добре це дізнатись якось заздалегідь, а не вже ввечері після заселення. На двоспальне ліжко була надана односпальна ковдра - я писала в підтримку, залишала заявку на їх сайті для вирішення проблеми - другу ковдру так і не надали. Дуже довгий процес самостійної реєстрації до заїзду. Телевізор є, але пульт до нього не працює (точніше працювали 4 кнопки) - тому є варіант дивитись аж 1 канал.

• Gaia (7/5): Piacevole - La struttura si presenta in una posizione comoda a soli 5 minuti dalla fermata Lesseps e a 10 minuti dalla fermata Fontana (entrambe linea Verde). Zona tranquilla e dotata di tutti i servizi necessari (farmacia, supermercati, ristoranti, bar). In poche fermate di metro si raggiungono comodamente le principali attrazioni e luoghi d’interesse di Barcellona. Il self check-in molto pratico e semplice, si presta molto alla situazione per cui è possibile raggiungere la struttura in autonomia e a qualsiasi orario. L’appartamento in sé è spazioso e luminoso, molto comodo per 4/5 persone, cucina nuova e dotata di tutti i comfort. (tostapane, macchina del caffè, piano a induzione, frigo e freezer ecc.) Il bagno sicuramente da rivedere, in quanto datato, anche se molto pulito. Peccato per gli infissi, perché difettano tutti nella chiusura.

• Lorenzo (5/5): Bene ma non benissimo - Sicuramente il rapporto qualità prezzo e la posizione. Vicino c'è un supermercato Condis molto comodo. Metro vicina (Lesseps) comoda e veloce, anche l'autobus notturno non molto distante Alcune cose elencate non erano certamente vere: la smart TV non era proprio smart, il condizionatore non andava, quindi abbiamo usato il ventilatore (per quel che funzionava) e abbiamo sofferto il caldo. Le stoviglie le abbiamo trovate sporte, soprattutto i piatti ma in compenso c'era il kit di lavaggio La doccia non scaricava bene e si, abbiamo pulito noi il filtro con tutti i capelli...

The air conditioners work really well, even on the hottest days. The bathrooms and toilets are clean, and there’s hot water in all the bathrooms Some of the beds feel like portable or foldable ones. The place could be a bit cleaner overall.

We were sleeping on the ground floor with jackhammering first thing in the morning directly outside apartment and into the evening. It was outside AB Apartments control but still hard to put up with. Dust from road works in the apartment. TV remote isn't suitable for TV, can only turn TV on/off and control volume.

• Eli̇f (5/5): Key Problem - Location is good For foreigners, the key is a paradox. Because you are new to the city and you are told that you have to come to a place that is 45 minutes walking distance and pick up the keys. When you think about arriving in the city at night and not having internet and not being able to find the place, you can understand the situation. This problem needs to be solved urgently, or this information should be given during the reservation. It is probably a converted house from a shop, it is not narrow, but the living room etc. is not very comfortable either. There is a cleaning problem, there is a huge dried snot on the walls, and unknown liquid stains on the seats. There is a pile of dirt on the floor.

We lost power twice due to some sort of breaker issue. They did send a tech out, but it was rather inconvenient. There was only one AC unit in the main bedroom, and the bathroom floods when using the washer.

We didn’t get an exact address at the beginning and the digital key we had could open three different buildings, so it was difficult. The air conditioners seemed to not work
• Noemi (5/5): Location is good - The location is very good! The first day, the internet didn't work, and they quickly brought us a temporary router. The flat is on the ground floor right in front of the rubbish bins. The windows of the flat open on the rubbish bins. Practically there are no windows. IT is very noisy, the rubbish is collected at 3.30 in the morning and the noise is unebearable. All night there is a lot of noise. The flat was not too clean. The dishwasher was broken and full of water. When we opened it, the smell was terrible. Everything was broken: the kettle, the dishwasher. The bathtub was blocked, so when we had a shower, it got filled with water. The bed is uncomfortable. Before getting the keys, we had to give our credit card number, and we could be billed 200€ for damages. We also needed to sign a contract where we agreed to leave the flat clean and throw away the rubbish. This was quite annoying as we stayed for only 4 nights and it was told to us only when we checked in.

• Dmitry (1/5): Newer again! - Nothing Terrible online registration system and electronic keys. A huge amount of wasted time, this system does not work, everything is manual, kilometers of correspondence with support. In the end, the key did not work at night, I had to wait for the delivery of a physical key. Why they can't be given immediately is unclear. The worst experience of all, and I travel a lot. The condition of the apartment is very worn out, the doors do not open, the windows do not close. Very noisy. The equipment is not very good, there was no coffee maker, not even for Turkish coffee, not to mention a coffee machine. Once again, very tedious communication, a huge number of long messages, while there is no necessary information, even the exact address of the apartment and the Wi-Fi password had to be requested separately. I strongly do not recommend!

Perfect for families. - It is comfortable, clean, well located in a more quiet neighborhood with many caffès, small shops, close to Park Guel (15 min walk). - I had to physically pick up the key on different location, which makes it harder than have the possibility for self check in. - it was perfectly clean, but there were few cockroaches during our stay, maybe because it was on the ground floor - little bit loudly, since you can here all the people talking, and vehicles passing by, near the apartment

Couldn’t get access to electronic keys and it was 45 min before we were able to get in when the cleaners let us in. Could use some mirrors in bedrooms (only two mirrors in whole apartment) and could use some hooks and/or shelves to place clothes on. It was very very basic.

• Anvar (5/5): Property management needs improvement; charged $900+ city tax for 3 days, but apartment was dirty with bathroom mold an - Location was very convenient. The property management needs to improve significantly. They charge over $900 plus extra city taxa and deposit, yet the apartment was not clean upon arrival. There is mold in the bathroom and damage to the ceiling. Considering the price of $900 for a 3-day stay, these issues should have been addressed with better maintenance and facilities. Was not happy with this apartment I’ll be honest.

The shower tap was always dripping, and lavatory after flushing continues to spill water. Annoying garbage collection at the night time thanks to small street and not perfectly closing windows. The fridge was wobbling

• Alice (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is cozy and has a good location in a quiet street. So close to all activities and city center I was having trouble with the system to get my keys because the program wasn't working. But the manager was very friendly and helped solve this problem.
