• Roman (4/5): zwiedzanie i ładna pogoda wynagrodziły mi mieszane odczucia z wypoczynku w apartamencie - blisko do centrum Starego miasta w jednym z pomieszczeń jest zawilgocona ściana , na niej bytuje grzyb - stąd w całym apartamencie jest brzydki zapach
• Neil (8/5): Great value - close to old town - Great value for money in good location to access old town but only suitable for fit and able as slot if steps Could do with a refresh and a spruce up
• Aine (5/5): Needs a serious update and TLC. - The location was so convenient to the old town. There about 180 steps down toward the main road. It has not been maintained, mould in corners, mosquitoes everywhere (which might be standard) and the garden is completely overgrown so no views. The second bedroom is dreary and the beds are low and scratchy blankets. Definitely lacking any personal care or attention
• Alison (8/5): A good choice for couples or families in an elevated location above the old town. - 15 minute walk to the old town. A well provisioned kitchen, enough space to spread out. Blinds make it dark enough to get a good sleep. Appreciate the roof balcony which gets enough sun to dry clothes. Supermarket 200m away. It has a beautiful orange tree in front. Be aware it's a steep walk back up from the town so don't choose this if you have mobility or cardiac problems. The floors and balcony could do with a good clean. Main bedroom needs a bulb in the lamp and the aircon makes a terrible noise. We couldn't get the TV to work so an instruction book would be good.
• carla (7/5): Acogedora pero falta mantenimiento - La casa tiene su encanto (aunque falta mantenimiento ) y la ubicación es excelente Faltaba mantenimiento del jardín, y en general de la casa… puerta del armario rota y puesta en un lateral, lamparitas de la mesilla también en mal estado… no se podía abrir la contrapersiana de la habitación ya que está la enredadera… las cortinas del salón no estaban puestas tampoco… en general falta mantenimiento
• Txema (7/5): Buena Ubicacion - La Ubicación , tiene 2 baños y cocina y sala con sofa 1.La tostadora no funcionaba y tras reclamar NO solucionaron el problema 2.La terraza mal
• Nicolas (8/5): - This flat provides a perfect base of operation to explore Dubrovnik: quiet neighbourhood but less than 10min walk from the old town, with view on the sea and the city from the Terrasse to enjoy coffee in the morning ! We arrived at the checkin time but discovered that the place was not cleaned after the previous residents. Fortunately the host was reactive and explained they had some delays due to the high season, as a cleaning team was on their way. No worries in the end, but telling us in advance would have been appreciated.

• Carmen (10/5): Decepcionante 😡 Decepcionante - Lo único que nos gustó fue la ubicación,a pocos minutos del centro. No sé por dónde empezar; Decir que un baño no tiene agua caliente,no funciona el termo, el microondas roto, el armario del dormitorio cama grande sin puerta, los colchones malísimos, la tele no funciona, no hay apenas utensilios en la cocina( teníamos 2 cucharillas para 3 personas) , no hay ni un solo paño de cocina, la lavabo no funciona bien, la ropa quedó con detergente y no centrífuga,tuvimos que sacarla de la lavadora después de 3 intentos y retorcer la a mano.No hay bombillas en las lámparas de las mesillas. El patio está hecho un asco, hay bichos y está descuidado...y desde luego no volveríamos allí ...decepcionante.,

• Sarah (8/5): Excellent - Excellent location, apartment was basic but had everything you needed. Shower fitting was damaged
• Fione (7/5): So far so good - Two toilets is good. Near to old town, but need to take some stairs. It feels like humid. No toaster, no coffee n tea. The washing machine is not work well. The big bed make some noice.
• Jacqueline (6/5): Pleasant - Location Property tired, electricity socket in main bedroom hanging out of wall. Small garden scruffy. Everything miss matched and it really needs updating. Has great potential.

• Andrea (8/5): Great stay - Great location, easy to get into the old town. Plenty of room for our family of three. Nice and clean. Might be time to update the mattresses and pillows.
• Victoria (8/5): Lovely, well-equipped apartment in an excellent location close to the old town and Banje beach. - Lovely apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, sitting room, kitchen, roof terrace and front terrace. The apartment was air-conditioned and had a washing machine, iron and clothes drying rack. Very clean and comfortable. Nice touches were provided, e.g. some basic essentials such as salt, vinegar, sugar, washing up liquid, sponges, tea-towels, shampoo and conditioner, etc. Plenty of towels provided also. There was a good supermarket 4 mins walk away and the apartment was very close to both the old town and Banje beach. It was in a great location.

• Sel (4/5): Stay with ants, I would not book again - Location is very good and the house is spacious - There were ants everywhere, even in our bed! We could not sleep because of the ants. I am not talking about 2-3 ants, but about dozens of ants - The double bed creaked, needs to be replaced. With every movement the bed creaks - Mattresses were not good, you can feel the springs - Internet/power went out several times a day - House was not clean - Garden is not maintained, unfortunately we could not use it
• Nicola (10/5): Perfect stay in Dubrovnik - Perfect location, great air conditioning, fast response from hosts when we had an issue which was resolved quickly. Kitchen was small but we ate out so not an issue for us!

• Nikhil (10/5): Had a great time ! - The apartment is at a great location. A short walk to the Walls of Dubrovnik. Lots of restaurants and departmental store close by. Short walk to the beach ! We had a bit of rain during our stay in Dubrovnik, so all boat trips were cancelled. So we will plan to come back again !
