They had an inspection scheduled early in the morning that we were not aware of so a group of people walked into the apartment while we were sleeping and started doing a walk through. The inspectors said they have had this scheduled for months but the host said they just found out. Did not sit right with us and was very alarming.

- J (1/5): Avoid unless your desperate - Being outside of the apartment. The apartment allocated to me is nothing like the photos, and is in a truly shocking condition. Everything feels worn out and neglected—chipped surfaces, poor finishes, visible stains, a broken tap, and even rust on the floor. The furniture bears no resemblance to what’s shown in the listing; it’s mismatched and crammed into every corner, leaving the space feeling cluttered and uncomfortable. The listing itself is completely misleading. The photos do not appear to be of the Pimlico apartment at all and seem to belong to a different property. When I raised concerns that we’d been given an apartment that didn’t match the description or suit our groups requirements- the response was rude, dismissive, and at times outright hostile, with the host attempting to shift the blame onto me. For the high price paid, this stay was a complete rip-off. The bed is extremely uncomfortable—squeaky with the slightest movement, missing parts from the headboard, and with springs that jolt back when you shift in your sleep. The bathroom situation is equally impractical: a tiny ensuite that can only be accessed through the main bedroom, making it inconvenient for everyone else. The sleeping arrangements are poorly thought out. A small child’s bed is wedged between the window and the double bed, leaving no space to move, while the only other option is an uncomfortable sofa bed in the cramped living area. That space doubles as a kitchen, where a table and chairs have been squeezed in, making it feel even more confined. The kitchen itself is bare-bones—not even basic touches like tea or coffee were provided—and when I asked about some instant coffee? I was mocked. Overall, this stay fell far below expectations. We would have been far better off booking two hotel rooms for less money, with more space, comfort, and a far more welcoming experience. The idea of a comfortable apartment to bring a family together simply wasn’t delivered here. Avoid unless you're desperate.

- Schmid (8/5): Herziges Zimmer mit cooler Lage - Die Lage ist super, im coolen Viertel Westminster, direkt neben der U-Bahn Haltestelle Pimlico. Wer gerne zu Fuss unterwegs ist kann den Buckingham Palace oder den Big Ben auch problemlos zu Fuss erreichen. Das Zimmer war eher klein und hellhörig. Wenn im Zimmer nebenan geduscht wurde konnte man dies sehr gut hören.

Precisa de ser substituido, também a cama é antiga e não está nas melhores condições. No entanto os lençois são optimos e limpos. Senti falta de um lugar para pendurar a minha roupa e de uma máquina para fazer café. De resto estava tudo bem e a funcionar, a localização é optima e o apartamento estava limpo e funcional.

The shower was interesting, it was difficult not to get water all over the floor. There was no place to put your shampoo and wash in the shower. The host did not provide wash rags with the towels.

But if you have other options, I would highly recommend considering them instead of this one. It was freezing cold, additional heating was found in the room but it dried the air, no additional blankets. Pay attention to the bathroom - an apartment for four has only miniature sink, impossible to use it properly. There were no a SINGLE wardrobe neither a shelf to put stuff on. So you simply put them straight on the floor including coats :( A host, provided only one key for a group of four, thus it was extremely inconvenient to manage the stay. Even more, once the key was lost, the host requested 50 pounds penalty even though the rules stated it was 30 pounds. Provided 0 assistance. The apartment is highly overrated. If finding other property in the area, go for other options.

J’ ai loué pour 4 nuits et je suis resté qu’une seule nuit. Il ferait froid ( vitrage 1 seule couche guillotine transe verse) beaucoup bruit extérieur ( au dessus d’un bar/ resto local) . Qc/ douche avec moisissures. Tapis et moquettes sales / usés. Cuisinette fonctionnel mais j’ai dû laver et mettre au propre avant de me servir ..( casseroles ouf !).

- Barry (7/5): Goed verblijf voor 3 nachten Londen - Fijn appartement, slaapbank sliep ook goed. Het is fijn dat je al eerder je koffer kan droppen. Metro en bus zitten dichtbij. Houd er rekening mee dat je 1malig handdoeken krijgt. Deze dus niet verschoond worden. Kregen op 1 malig handdoeken. Maar omdat wij dit niet wisten en we om nieuwe vroegen hebben we deze gekregen.

- Matija (10/5): - The apartment was perfectly located in the Pimlico area, close to both the underground and bus stations, which made it very easy to reach all the main attractions. It was clean and well-maintained, exactly as shown in the photos. We stayed on the fourth floor and had a lovely view of the street. The stairs were a bit challenging after a full day of walking, but that’s to be expected in an old London building. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely choose this apartment again.

- Guillermo (2/5): No merece la pena el precio - La ubicación no es mala y la temperatura es agradable El sofá cama estaba roto y arreglado de forma chapucera con una madera, El internet no funciona, es un solo router para todos los apartamentos (5) unas sábanas estaban rotas, descosidas, dejaron una cantidad ridícula de gel, y está mal equipado (ni siquiera un guante o paño para retirar del horno las bandejas calientes.
- Branka (4/5): Impractical beautifully designed apartment - location -There are no closets, shelves or hangers (except for two small hooks by the bathroom). I opened the ironing board to put some things away, but most of our clothes were on the floor. - Only 4 shower towels for the 4 of us. When I asked for 4 more for the face and 1 for the hands, they refused. - We asked for a blanket because the bed in the living room is a corner sofa bed and has uneven transitions, but they ignored me. - Since someone stole my wallet, we asked for the code to the safe that was in the room, but the answer was that it didn't work.

- David (4/5): - I just hate it when photographs show a property it better condition than itc realistically is. These apartments are referred to as “Stylish” whereas whilst they might have been once today they are run down , shabby and not cared for. As soon as you gain access from the street you are greeted with old and dirty stairway carpet, and the apartment is not any better. Communication with the owners started off well but they only contact via text, they didn’t answer the numerous call I made to them. The apartment lacks the finishing touches shown in the photos, no cushions or decent bedding. I can only comment about Apartment 1 as that is where we stayed. We had issues with the heating as the control units are broken , eventually they sent a cleaner who got one working , but this issue could have been solved with decent communication. The bathroom is very small with only a hand wash sink with a cupboard above which make it harder to use. The smell that was coming up through the shower floor was disgusting. The mattress was too small for the bed frame, which was the main feature of the room. It was a poor quality mattress, cheap pillows ( one each ) and a very thin duvet but no top sheet. The walls of the apartment were shabby, the paintwork scratched and on one wall there was a big crack. The couch in the string are was so dirty we would sit on it Overall we were disappointed with this stay, and suggest you don’t book here. ,
- Jan (3/5): It was my worst experience in my history of renting places through Booking.com. - We made our own breakfast . There was no place to store our clothes, no wardeobe, no shelves or any cabinet. The light in the bathroom was on timer like in some public toalets it lasted less then 3 minutes, then you have to wave your hands - it worked only when standing up or open the door. The wash basin was extremely small it was very difficult to use it. The WIFI was extremelly slow . I had to use hotspot of my mobile to use internet.
- Nathalie (8/5): Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit ! - Die Lage war wunderbar, fußläufig in 2 Minuten zur Underground. Das Haus ist schön und hat im EG ein Restaurant und zwei Häuser weiter einen kleinen Kiosk, mit sensationellen Öffnungszeiten, in dem es auch Kleinigkeiten zum Frühstück gibt. Leider sind die Stühle in der Küche total durch gesessen, aber mit einer Husse hübsch anzusehen. In der Küche war alles was man braucht. Das Bett war Prima und das Bad winzig, aber sauber :-) .Zum Glück hatten wir uns am Anfang bei der Reinigungskraft einige Handtücher organisiert, denn diese wurden auch nach 6 Tagen nicht getauscht. Direkt neben dem Haus ist ein Pub, dessen Gäste leider zum Teil bis 1 Uhr Nachts sehr laut waren.

- Fabrizio (7/5): - posizione ottima, quartiere bello e vicino a tutto, tutto sommato tenuto bene, davvero sereno arrivare come fosse casa tua. Mi piacciono i locali sotto, metro e bici in affitto li sotto casa, trovato anche di notte senza mappe la stanza è più piccola che in foto, alla fine è una stanza d'albergo senza colazione e senza pulizie quotidiane, male le macchie sul letto e la temperatura dell'acqua selezionabile solo tra caldissima e ustionante

- Ash (4/5): it did a job. - location was perfect, couldn't be better placed for our stay. kitchen was lovely and modern. the whole apartment is wonky, we had to place shoes under a travel cot to make it level. floors were also quite unclean. mattress protectors didn't fit which revealed a very dirty mattress.

- Manj (7/5): - Location was perfect and the staff were really quick to respond. We requested an extra hour to check out which was granted. Cheap to get uber around places. The pillows were too thin, the bed was comfy but sleeping in the middle was uncomfortable as you seemed to roll to one side as the middle part of the mattress was slightly raised.
