Η κουζίνα και τα μπάνια πλήρης με τον απαραίτητο εξοπλισμό..Μεγάλη ευκολία η είσοδος στο κατάλυμα με το ηλεκτρονικό κλειδί... Το διαμέρισμα είναι παλιό.Τα εσωτερικά και εξωτερικά κουφώματα είναι παλιά και οι πόρτες τρίζουν.Επισης ο καναπές στο σαλόνι χρειάζεται καθάρισμα.
• Ana Claudia (10/5): Excelente lugar - El departamento tiene una ubicación ideal, el metro está literal a unos pasos y te puedes mover muy fácilmente. Hay restaurantes y tiendas a los alrededores que hacen fácil la estancia. Respecto al interior, es muy útil si vas con varias personas, las habitaciones tienen buen tamaño y los baños también, únicamente diría que se ven viejas las puertas y no están bien alineadas pero nada grave. Hay de todo, cocina, tele, lavadora, balcón, aire acondicionado, etc. Todo muy limpio y siempre se brindaron indicaciones adecuadas. El elevador, pues es pequeño.

• Łukasz (8/5): - Pelna samoobsluga. Świetna lokalizacja. Idealne miejsce na wypad ze znajomymi. Dwie łazienki dają komfort. Brak okien w pokoju może być problemem ale nie występuje we wszystkich pomieszczeniach. Trzeba samemu wynieść śmieci do kontenerów które znajdują się na ulicy. Od 22:00 obowiązuje cisza. Dostałem dwa połączenia od automatu ze została przez nas zaklucona. Na szczęście za trzecim razem zadzwoniła prawdziwa osoba i mogłem wytłumaczyć ze to nasi sąsiedzi a nie my. Mimo wszystko nie byli tak głośni zeby składać na nich skargi.

• Gabi (7/5): - Apartament idealny na 4 osoby, dwie łazienki, przestrzeń. Widok ładny z tarasu. Niestety ściany są cienkie i słychać strasznie wszystko z korytarza, okna na dwór nie domykają się do końca, przez co leci z dworu chłód, ale jest ogrzewanie w apartamencie.

• Bondan (9/5): Ótima Localização - Gostamos dos aptos , a unica coisa que ficou a desejar foram os chuveiros,. O Box era muito pequeno e nao podíamos nos mexer para ensaboar. E no outro WC que o Box era maior. corria pouca água no chuveiro e as vezes a água esfriava ... Fora a questão dos chuveiros, nossa estadia foi maravilhosa, a localização, conforto , higiene , atendimento da funcionária que nos recebeu foi tudo a contento . Excelente..!!!

• JUAN (9/5): Muy cómoda estadía para unos días en Barcelona - Estaba muy bien ubicado con la estación de metro en la puerta, tenía un termotanque por baño que te garantiza agua caliente en todos los baños, habían 2 baños, lavarropas en condiciones, muy buen sistema de llaves (digital), aún estando en el sexto piso no tuvimos problema con el ascensor y las valijas, muy buen sistema de calefacción. Las puertas se abrían para los pasillos, la puerta corrediza de una habitación se abría sola, no hay bidet.
• Raymond (9/5): The location had everything we needed. - The facility was clean and provided everything you need. The location was excellent, close to Sagrada Familia, restaurants, bars and all shopping. The door-person was very friendly and helpful. She on spoke Spanish but we managed to communicate just fine. Downloading the "keys" to our phones was a bit of an ordeal. Twice, the keys failed to work and we needed to uninstall the app, then reinstall and reactivate through email. The door-person was able to guide us through this when we couldn't get back in. Turning on the toaster caused the breaker to trip. We thought the construction in the building killed the power but the owner was quick to advise us to re-engage the breaker.

• Nina (7/5): Central location close to Sagrada Familia, poor soundproofing, it was quite loud in and out. - Good location (if you do not come by car), clean. First floor looking towards the big street and a cafee below it, I don’t recommend it for people who need a quiet surrounding to fall asleep. Otherwise you get used to it. Key downloadable via an app worked well for 2 of us but not for other 2. We had issues with the address so it took us a lot of time to find it and we found the cleaners at work although we came late in the afternoon (maybe we were just not lucky enough). One room had no window at all. No terrace, contrary to the photos. Probably some other unit has it.

• Aleksandra (8/5): - The apartment was great. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, we felt very comfortable. The apartment was clean when we arrived. It is near Sagrada familia, less than 10 min walking. Metro and buses are very close, so and Mercadona and Lidl. It is on 5th floor, but there is an elevator, so it was not a problem for us. Few little things. First, very very low internet. The kitchen was good, but in the kichen, you have to put salt, pepper, sugar more than 1 spoon. And for dishwashing too. Everywhere we went, we had that from the owner. These things are very tiny things so that you will improve your kitchen, but very needed for the people who stay there. For everything else, we do not have complains.

• Aliserri (10/5): Posizione top! - Posizione ottima per spostarsi sia a piedi che con la metro che era fronte casa. Casa pulita e spazi adeguati per un gruppo di persone. Consiglio per un soggiorno in compagnia in una buona posizione, con una buona vista e ottima vicinanza ai punti di interesse.

Kaksi suihkullista vessaa, hyvät sängyt ja metroaseman läheisyys plussaa. Huoneisto oli jonkin verran epäsiisti. Keittiö ahdas, mutta silti meille riittävän toimiva.

Çift kişilik yatak olan odanın penceresi mutfağa bakıyor ve açılmıyor. Diğer odaların penceresi aydınlığa bakıyor. Alt katta restorant olduğu için 23-01 arası gürültü olabiliyor. Merdivenlerden çıkanlar bile gürültü yapınca içeri ses geliyor.

Non mi è piaciuto il fatto che nell'edificio non c'era nessuna persona a gestire eventuali problematiche. Quando li contattavi su whatsapp spesso non rispondevano. I vicini facevano molto casino e non c'era nessuno a tutelare gli ospiti, infatti una sera un altro ospite è andato a protestare da alcuni vicini. Spesso la notte vengono le persone delle pulizie a ritirare cose e fanno baccano.

• Montelongo (8/5): - Location was very close to many sites. Very friendly neighborhood. Cafe below the apartment was an added bonus. Small market nearby was convenient for an extended stay. Weekend had young adults having a party late into the evening. Door access system was very very unreliable.

• Marta (8/5): - Bliskość do metra, sklepu, barów Straszny hałas z ulicy oraz od sąsiadów którzy wynajmowali inne apartamenty, grzyb na suficie w łazience, mało miejsca w pokojach, na kilka dni zwiedzania okej na dłuższy pobyt trochę może być to uciążliwe, w ogłoszeniu było napisane że jest taras, niestety był zamknięty na kłódkę przez większość czasu i nie wyglądał tak ładnie jak na zdjęciach, straszny bałagan u góry

• Fiona (8/5): Excellent location - The location of the apartment. Very close to tourist attractions and plenty of eateries. The apartment was very spacious, and communication with customer support was easy. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, and the mattresses didn't fit the bed. There was nobody at the reception to manage the noisy, unruly guests, who, in spite of being advised of "quiet timings," didn't adhere to them. We were woken up constantly at midnight and 2am with loud laughing, screaming, and partying guests either, with no respect for other occupants, and there was no staff to stop it.

No notification (on Whats App or apartment bulletin board) for sudden water outage since 10 AM and daytime, at least 2 days of 7-day stays. Elevator is out of function suddenly for 3 days of 7-day stays.

• Youssef (8/5): Excellent location, kind personnel and communication - The best characteristic of the property is the AMAZING location. Steps away from a metro stop, right beside Sagrada and a convenient area to get taxis. There was also very friendly personnel communicating on the platform. The staff at the front of the building was a bit difficult, however, it might have been just a language barrier/miscommunication. The apartment itself is a bit dated, but again, the best perk of the booking is location, location, location!
• Vanda (4/5): Disappointing - We were disappointed with our stay at the apartment. The photos did not clearly show that one of the bedrooms had no windows, or that the only window opened into the building’s stairwell. The second bedroom’s window was right next to a restaurant exhaust fan, which made the air unpleasant and noisy. Additionally, the bathroom doors did not close properly, and there were several other small but inconvenient issues that were not evident in the photos. Overall, the apartment did not meet our expectations based on the listing.

• Yong (1/5): Bad - Dear Sir/Madam, I booked an apartment at AB Marina Apartments for the period April 14–17, 2025, for three people, and paid EUR 639.28. Unfortunately, we experienced several serious issues during our stay: 1, My room was number 3. The condition was very poor. The living room, bedroom, and bathroom had no windows at all. Only the dining area had a door to the balcony. This is completely different from the photos shown on Booking.com. 2, All rooms had a very strong and unpleasant smell. 3, The dishwasher did not work. 4, The shower faucet did not work. I reported the issues to the following numbers: 0034-637 715 428 0034-663 027 985 At 23:00, a technician came (phone: ****101). He confirmed that the problems were caused by product failure and that he could not fix them. He told us the dishwasher and shower would be replaced the next day (April 15, 2025). However: On April 15, the problems remained. On April 16, the problems remained. On April 17, the problems still remained. When I contacted AB Marina Apartments again, they first apologized – but after that, they stopped responding completely. My entire family’s trip was ruined. When I asked, “Would it be possible to offer some compensation for the inconvenience?”, I received no response. I am deeply disappointed with how this was handled. Best regards, Yong
• Julie (3/5): Bad communication just want your money. Needs updating. - The area and how close everything is. The service of the AB apartment staff was disappointing, I explained I had a broken bed base and they were going to contact me, to fix it but I didn't hear anything from them so one of my party had to sleep in a broken bed for 4 nights, which is just unfair. Very bad service. Decor needs updating ASAP very old just had a lick of paint to make it look fresh.

No one came during our stay to clean the apartment This was a problem There was also some sort of insect in one of the bedroom.

• Lasha (8/5): Very good - Great location - metro station is in front of the building. All the places we visited, were easy to get. We activated property keys by app, it was too comfortable. The only thing, we didn't like, was that bedrooms and bathrooms didn't have locks. So we had too hang some kind of papers on the handles to show, bathrooms were busy.

• Paul (10/5): Great staging site for a visit to Barcelona.Brightontop of Monumental Metro Station. - The location right on top of the Monumental Metro Station can’t be beat. Great cafe and decent grocery stores on the same block. A great 24-hour laundry is a few blocks away (the house has a clothes washer, but no dryer - which isn’t unusual, if you have clothes pins, you could hand clothes out the window). Two bathrooms. Showers had good temperature. Three bedrooms were all very comfortable. Beds were decent. Elevator from ground floor is nice when you have luggage. The staff was very helpful and responsive. The extended registration process was tedious and we ended up with key cards from the management company, so the wireless entry wasn’t something we could even use. The kitchen is quite tight with no stove. The walls seem thin - even with quiet hours there was noise. There is a common area, but with six people if you were in all afternoon, you would be on top of one another. Best to be out in Barcelona!
• Maya (3/5): Poor - ‏our apartment suffered flooding, causing damage to some of our belongings. It took over 45 minutes for the owner to find an alternative apartment for us, which was highly inconvenient, especially since we are traveling with a young toddler. ‏Additionally, the apartment we were moved to did not have the balcony that we specifically paid for. This change was disappointing, as we had selected the original apartment for its specific features, and the new accommodation did not ‏meet our expectations or the terms of our reservation. ‏Despite the inconvenience and distress caused, the host showed no willingness to address the situation or take responsibility. This experience has left a very negative impression, and I would not recommend this place to others.
