• Sarah (10/5): Stay there you will not regret it - I cannot recommend the Blue Water hotel enough as we had a fantastic stay. All the staff were amazing. The hotel is located in central Ksamil so was easy walking distance from all the beaches but away enough from the Main Street so was still quiet. We stayed in the first week of May 2026 so Ksamil is still opening up for the season but still plenty bars and restaurants open. The blue water has opened their pool already (many hotels hadn’t yet) and has a great sun lounger area. The rooms are comfortable & provided blankets as evenings were still a little chilly. The hotel is spotless and huge thank you to housekeeping that does an amazing job. The hotel also does incredibly reasonable laundry and returns it same day. The breakfast was fabulous, we enjoyed it every morning and the cappuccinos were great. The hotel also arranged a taxi for us to get back to the port which actually arrived early. • dual (9/5): Un séjour au top ! - Personnel très agréable Petit-déjeuner exceptionnel Chambre spacieuse Proche des commerces et des plages Parking Chambre nettoyée tous les jours La propreté des chambres, de la piscine etc. - lampes du balcon qu'on ne peut pas eteindre la nuit - Quelques réparations dans la chambre devraient être fait : chaises ne tiennent pas, pommeau de douche qui fuit et douche au dessus qui ne coule plus correctement, ajouter des crochets pour faire sécher les essuies de bain et des tablettes pour déposer ses affaires et verrou de la porte coulissante qui ne ferme pas - petit détail : nous étions 4 et que 2 verres à eau

• Marika (9/5): Fantastiskt och lugnt hotell som var över förväntan. - Otroligt vackert, familjärt, fantastiskt frukost som stack ut. Kocken gjorde flera olika typer av smörgåsar med ex ärr och avokado, så att man slapp stå och gör sina egna. Bara att välja. Färidrulade pannkakor med jordgubbar/nutella, banan/nutella osv. God fruktbuffe. Man fick be om handdukar hela tiden, men de hade problem med tvättmaskinen så det var förståeligt.

• Bernadette (6/5): Wonderful location with great amenities and pool to make for a great stay! - Breakfast was lovely! And the pool was such a nice way to relax during the day with the sun! The room was plenty of space for two. And the staff were all very helpful and kind! One of the only reasons I can’t give a higher rating is that the power went off in the middle of the night and the emergency light in the room was way too bright with no way to turn it off or contact the staff easily. Otherwise a great stay and hotel! Also I would say that the shower could have been a bit cleaner in the corners
• Katie (9/5): A lovely week at Blue Water - Located very near supermarkets/shops and restaurants and beaches. A bus stop is located near the end of the road also which is what we used mostly to get places (including the port for the ferry). Breakfast was an incredible spread and the room is cleaned/made up everyday. New towels and hotel pool towels everyday if you want them. Staff were lovely and were always available for anything. Pool was perfect to dip when you got too hot, sun lounges are great and always some available each day. Overall a lovely time had at Blue Water and would recommend to anyone. Alarms were going off a couple of mornings at around 6:30am with no explanation but nothing of concern. Walls are a bit thin so you can hear other guests at times but again, nothing of real concern.

• Mirjam (1/5): Desaströser Aufenhalt - Das Frühstück und das Personal im Restaurant. Wir waren so aufgeregt und voller Freude wieder in das Hotel zu kommen, in dem wir vor zwei Jahren unsere Reise gestartet hatten. Damals waren wir total begeistert und nun stellte sich heraus, dass das Hotel beziehungsweise unser Zimmer total abgewohnt war. Vor der Ankunft und währenddessen war das Personal sehr sehr freundlich. Hatte uns den Geburtstag für unseren Sohn organisiert. Alles war wirklich schön. Als wir dann das Zimmer genauer betrachteten war überall Dreck. Am nächsten Tag wurde gereinigt. Viel besser wurde es aber nicht. Wir hatten dann sogar irgendwann Ameisen im Zimmer. (In der ersten Etage aus der Toilette raus). Die Stühle am Tisch waren so kaputt, dass man sich nicht draufsetzen konnte. Dies stellte auch ein Sicherheitsrisiko für unsere Kinder da. Die Duscharmatur war kaputt sowie das Waschbecken an der Seite kaputt. Die Bettlaken und Handtücher waren zum Teil löchrig. Der der Poolbereich war kaputt. Rostige Schirme mit Löchern. Im Pool selber sah man Kabel. Und unser Sohn hat sich eine Schnittverletzung zugezogen. Das Personal war insgesamt freundlich, aber nicht äußerst bemüht. Sie meinten, es wäre jetzt Ende der Saison. Ich würde diese Situation vor allem den Management zu Lasten tragen. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht, vor allem für das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Ja wir wissen, dass Ksamil sehr beliebt ist. Aber sowas haben wir in ganz Albanien nicht erlebt. Und wir sind nun das dritte Mal dort gewesen in sehr vielen Hotels.

• Paul (8/5): A lovely hotel with nice staff - A quiet location, just off the main street & not too far from the beaches. The hotel was extremely clean, with very helpful, pleasant staff. Check in was simple & quick, the room was clean with plenty of room for cases. The fridge was very helpful & the air conditioning a god send. Breakfast by the pool was well presented every day & the staff very helpful providing coffee & tea. The pool area was spacious & tidy & towels were provided around the pool. The booking procedure via booking.com was a little annoying. As soon as I asked about amending dates, my money was taken & this was confirmed as a booking condition. I then confirmed we were still coming but had to chase for weeks to get a reply that the booking was still live.. The towels in the room could be a bit softer, the wifi kept dropping out & the TV wouldn't allow netflix to be viewed & the sound was very low. All minor issues really.

• Maria (9/5): Estancia muy agradable - Tuvimos una estancia super agradable en el hotel. Todo el personal fue muy amable y resolutivo, tanto en la recepción como en el restaurante y la piscina. El desayuno es excepcional, y la comida del restaurante muy recomendable. Está en un lugar muy tranquilo, y muy cerca de las playas y lugares de interés. Hay un servicio de lavandería que nos vino fenomenal. Repetiríamos la experiencia sin duda. Muy recomendable!!

Je savais que la chambre était petite (9m2), elle manque juste de plus de rangement, de possibilité de poser ses affaires de toilettes dans la salle de bain.

• ΧΡΙΣΤΙΝΑ (6/5): - Μου αρεσε πολυ η τοποθεσία γιατί ηταν κοντά στο κέντρο και στα μαγαζιά. Η κοπέλα που σέρβιρε το πρωινό η Σιντη αλλα και το αγόρι που έκανε τους καφέδες ηταν υπερβολικά ευγενικοί κ εξυπηρέτηκοι. Όπως και η κοπέλα που καθαριζε τα δωμάτια μόνιμα με ενα χαμογελο. Αν και καθαριζανε κάθε μερα τα δωμάτια, η πετσέτες ηταν πολυ παλιες και σχεδόν σκισμενες από την πολυ χρήση.Ο χώρος της πισίνας είχε επίσης πολυ παλιες ομπρέλες και φθαρμενες με σκουριά. Όλες η ξαπλώστρες ηταν βρώμικες και παλιες . Η πισίνα ηταν πολυ βαθιά και δεν είχε ωραια θέα. Ενώ έγραφε ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ. Δεν μπορέσαμε ποτε,να παρκάρουμε μέσα σε αυτο γιατί χωρούσε μόνο 4 αυτοκίνητα με το ζόρι. Ενώ είχα κανει κράτηση ενα μήνα πριν και είχα προπληρωσει όταν έφτασα εκεί το δωμάτιο μου το είχαν δώσει αλλού, με αποτέλεσμα να με βάλουν σε ενα υπερβολικά μικρό με ενα μικρό παράθυρο για το πρώτο βράδυ, χωρίς να μου επιστρεψουν την διαφορά. Το μπαλκόνι Ενώ έγραφε με θέα στο κήπο δεν έβλεπε πουθενά μόνο μια σκεπή και το δωμάτιο δεν είχε καθόλου φως. Επίσης μέσα στο δωμάτιο δεν υπήρχε καθρέφτης ,μόνο αυτός του μπάνιου. Με αποτέλεσμα να βγαίνουμε στο διάδρομο για να δούμε τα ρουχα μας ,μιας κ στο διάδρομο είχε ολόσωμο καθρέφτη. Δεν υπήρχε ασανσέρ και κουβαλουσαμε της αποσκευές μας από της σκαλες.

• Margaux (10/5): - Excellent séjour, tout était parfait Très bien situé, à l’écart de la grande route, ce qui rend le lieu agréable et calme. Personnel d’une grande gentillesse et toujours serviable. Chambres impeccablement propres, lit confortable, et superbe piscine pour se détendre. Mention spéciale pour le petit déjeuner : le meilleur que nous ayons mangé ! Tout était frais et délicieux : toast à l’avocat, crêpes, jus, croissants… Un vrai régal. Nous recommandons vivement !
• Thom Zom (7/5): Prima verblijf, maar er moet echt iets gedaan worden aan het elektriciteits issue - Het personeel was super vriendelijk! Ook het uitgebreide, verse ontbijt iedere ochtend was top! Prima bereikbaar en een prettige sfeer. Stroomuitval tijdens alle nachten. Hierdoor geen werkende airco meer, of je werd wakker van het geluid van de generator

• Valeri (10/5): הייתה שהייה מהנה , ארוחת בוקר טובה - האיזור נוח למי שרוצה להיות קרוב למרכז העיר למסעדות סופרמרקטים אוכל מוכן מזכרות וכאלה, 10 דקות הליכה לחופים המוכרים. הבריכה מאו כיפית, יש מיטות שיזוף ומוזיקה ברקע. הארוחת בוקר טעימה בסגנון טאפסים אז לא בטוח שכולם ימצאו לעצמם מה לאכול. הצוות במלון מאוד נחמד וחברותי .

• Wendy (9/5): We stayed a couple of nights as we travelled around Albania. Very welcoming staff, very clean. Perfect for our needs! - Just off the Main Street so a bit quieter. Parking, food was good and there is a pool. No lift, wasn’t really a problem for us but may be for some!
• Timo (8/5): Zentral und doch weit genug vom Trouble entfernt - Die Lage war super, das Frühstück auch. Das Personal war sehr nett. An den ersten Tagen waren die Lampen vom Pool ausgebaut und lagen im Pool, das wirkte recht unprofessionell und unsicher. Einmal nicht aufgepasst und drauf getreten…

Staff were friendly SEVERE security concerns over how the staff manages access to the property, would not recommend staying here alone - especially since the doors do not lock. Pool had broken light panels dangling on the floor with exposed sharp brick. Cleaners frequently left balcony door open, making room very hot and inviting bugs. Breakfast often ran out of dishes. No water fountain.
