• FG007 (7/5): - Die Lage. Die Kurtaxe muss in bar bezahlt werden. Das ist mühsam und nicht zeitgemäß. Die Fenster und Türen sind von minderer Qualität, dadurch ist es sehr laut.

• Dionatan (3/5): Pessima experiência - O apartamento é muito bem limpo e organizado O atendimento foi pessimo do início ao fim, um atendente muito mal educado e com informações erradas, tive que pagar 33 euros por dia pelo estacionamento, e a hospedagem nao me deixou usar o ar-condicionado do apartamento com argumentos de que o clima nao seria preciso o uso do mesmo, porem nessa viagem fiquei em 3 outras hospedagens na mesma região, e tive acesso ao uso do ar condicionado. E a booking, simplesmente ignorou minhas reclamações, disse que infelizmente o anfitrião nao quis acatar minhas reivindicações e ficou por isso.

• Patrick (7/5): - Good location for the areas I wanted to cover. Elena was excellent, good communication. The room was perfectly clean, although the photos didn't reflect the finish in my room. If you value a good night's sleep, this may not be the right location. Lots of Street noise and from the room next door. The kitchen area is pretty unappealing. It's a shared space, very basic and noisy when in use.

• Anna (7/5): Dicht bij Ponte Vecchio - De kamer is om de hoek van ponte vecchio. Er is een winkeltje in de buurt en een ontbijtrestaurantje tegenover. Het is schoon en het bed is goed. Parkeergarage naast de deur! Elena reageerde steeds snel op vragen. We dachten dat we aan deze kant van de rivier wat rustiger zouden zitten, maar het was 's nachts erg lawaaiig. We verwachtten geen uitgebreide keukeninrichting, maar dit is wel erg minimaal. Tip: leg een mapje neer met info bv over dichtst bijzijnde supermarkt. Google is daarin niet betrouwbaar.

• Herbert (7/5): Es war soweit alles ok, bis auf Klimaanlage und undichte Fenster (Lärm)! - Die Lage der Wohnung war sehr gut, man war in 15 Gehminuten überall im Zentrum! Hat uns dass die Klimaanlage nicht eingeschaltet wurde, haben wir nicht verstanden und dadurch mussten wir die Fenster offen lassen! Die Fenster sind leider Veraltet und nicht dicht!
• lies (7/5): Leuk verblijf - Ruime kamer met een goed bed. Eenvoudige inrichting, geen luxe uitstraling (we hadden een deluxe kamer geboekt met terras. Perfecte ligging om de stad te bezoeken. De kamer is gelegen aan een drukke straat waar veel verkeer doorkomt. Doordat het enkel glas was, hoorde je al het straatlawaai tot in de kamer. Hierdoor kon je niet met het raam open slapen of even ontsnappen aan de drukte van de stad.

Check in process was not super clear (need to call a phone number to unlock the door) but worked fine in the end.

The room and all common areas were spotless, well-maintained, and clearly cared for with great attention to detail. It created such a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere throughout my stay. I would highly recommend Piccolo Borgo Antico to anyone visiting Florence—it's a fantastic choice if you value both a great location and impeccable cleanliness. I would definitely stay here again!

Nos ayudó desde el principio de la reserva e incluso el mismo día de nuestra llegada con los retrasos de nuestro vuelo. La insonorización, aunque el ruido no dependa exclusivamente del apartamento. Se escuchaba todo, tanto ruido de la calle, como del apartamento de al lado.

Не понимаю, почему в поисковике booking.com - Простой чистый номер, сходный с хостелом, только что свой туалет и душ. Общее пространство с соседями в виде, так называемой кухни, на которой из кухонных принадлежностей микроволновка и допотопный кофемейкер. Гудит и трясется как трактор. Есть картриджи с кофе (не молотый, а растворимый), чай черный, зеленый и сахар. Сама комната просторная с балконом. Из обстановки удобная большая кровать, шкаф, прикроватные тумбочки с настольными лампами. На стене ТВ. Стол два стула и маленький холодильник. Сантехника (есть биде) новая исправная. Шум от проезжающих машин и крики разгоряченных туристов под окнами. Рядом Понте Веккио.

The location is perfect and easy to find, 2 minutes to Ponte Vecchio and other attractions. The check-in was easy, the instructions clear. Bear in mind that the street is in the center, therefore it is loud at night as well. If you are a light sleeper like me, get earplugs at the local pharmacy.

Η περιοχή ήταν ήσυχη και κοντά σε όλα τα αξιοθεατα με πολύ ωραία Τοπικά μαγαζιά για φαγητό και καφέ. Αν επισκεφτώ την Φλωρεντια ξανά σίγουρα υα μεινω πάλι εδώ!!!! Η Helena ήταν ευγενέστατη!!! Το ασανσέρ ήταν πολύ στενό και φοβήθηκα να μπω μέσα!!! Καλό είναι να υπάρχει φωτογραφία του ώστε αν κάποιος έχει κάποια φοβία να ξέρει π ς δε μπορεί να το χρησιμοποιήσει.

• Ritika (9/5): Its a great location with super comfortable room - absolute value for money! - The location is perfect - not far from the madding crowd ! Lots of great restaurants nearby, not as touristy although just stone throw away from Ponte Vecchio. The room is spacious and perfect for a couple with its little kitchenette! The road noise is loud. At late nights (can hear people talking loudly ) and early mornings (the traffic noise from the road) Maybe soundproof windows can help. I feel the fact that the water heater has very limited capacity and so should be mentioned at check-in to bear it in mind.

• Pawel (9/5): - Świetna lokalizacja blisko do najważniejszych muzeów w mieście a także do sklepów. Generalnie większość miejsc do zobaczenia jest w zasięgu 20min na piechotę. Apartament czysty, kuchnia dobrze wyposażona, łazienka czysta i funkcjonalna. W mieszkaniu dobrze działające ogrzewanie. Bardzo dobra komunikacja z obsługą, szybko reagują na prośby. Prosty sposób dostania się do lokalu. Jak przyjechaliśmy bardzo późno to dostanie się do środka zajęło dosłownie chwilkę (bardzo dobra instrukcja). Hałas pojazdów w nocy, co jakiś czas przejeżdżają pojazdy oczyszczania miasta i niestety jest hałas. Da się wytrzymać jak już się zaśnie i zasłoni rolety na oknach. Ale to właściwie jedyny minus. Przydało by się też trochę więcej wieszaków. Lub jakaś mała szafka w pokoju.

La limpieza del lugar fue excepcional y la ubicación muy céntrica, al lado del ponte vechio. Además fue muy fácil contactar con los propietarios y la entrada y la salida del apartamento fue muy sencilla. Sin duda volvería y lo recomiendo 100% Nada

• Garofalo (10/5): Hermosa experiencia y estadía - El apartamento era muy confortable y muy limpio. Había lugar para cocinar, con todos los utensilios necesarios. La ubicación espectacular, a la vuelta del Ponte Vecchio. Ha sido una estadía realmente muy placentera. Elena nos atendió con muchísima amabilidad. Nada, estuvo todo perfecto!
• John (9/5): A great find in the middle of Florence! - This is a particularly well located place just steps away from the Ponte Vecchio but not at all noisy. All communication relating to collection of keys etc was conducted online. The owner was particularly helpful and allowed us to drop our cases in early. The room was spacious and very comfortable. It was also great value for money! Nothing.

Abbiamo avuto problemi con l’acqua calda e contattando l’host ci ha risposto che la camera è provvista di un boiler che si ricarica, peccato che a fine giornata, senza averla utilizzata, l’acqua fosse fredda e il mattino seguente arrivasse acqua calda ad intermittenza; al di là della problematica, abbiamo trovato poco professionale l’atteggiamento dell’host che, dopo aver scambiato un paio di messaggi, ha evitato di rispondere fino al mattino seguente, senza comunque risolvere la problematica.

• Jasomas (10/5): - Even though we never met the staff, they provided more than sufficient guide material through Whatsapp and we checked in after midnight no issue. The room itself was very well kept and clean and always warm. The heated rack in the bathroom was also a nice addition. The location was also perfect, being 50m or so from Ponte Vecchio and, even though the window was facing the street, the view was very nice. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience.
• Pellegrini (10/5): Fabulous Stay in a Beautiful Oltrarno Apartamento! - We absolutely loved this apartment half a block from Ponte Vecchio - it was beautiful, airy and in a perfect location in the historic city center of Oltrarno. Our room had a window that looked out onto the street and a balcony as well - loved it!! I'm a big fan of white, and this room was furnished in mostly white, with a robin's egg blue kitchenette which was lovely and one of the few kitchenettes that had a microwave. It was the perfect serene environment after busy days exploring and walking around Firenze. Because it is so close to all of the action in Oltrarno, it was a bit loud at night and early in the morning, but we slept just fine. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable - breakfast was not included. One thing that was a little unusual is that we had absolutely no face to face contact with anyone, but that was also fine, they responded fairly quickly. Another thing that bears mentioning is that the parking is a bit tricky - you have to park in one of two parking garages in a ZTL zone. We were apprehensive about entering the ZTL zone, but so far, no fine! lol! The parking garage that we did park in, was two doors down from the apartment entrance, so it was super convenient, but we really didn't know about the parking situation until we were doing it. Parking was 35 euro/day and required a reservation, which also was not a big deal, that's pretty common for any big city - but I think we must have missed the memo! lol! All in all, this place was one of our favorite places that we stayed at, while in Tuscany - we would stay here again in a heartbeat!
