- Alexander You (10/5): - Приехали ночью. Нам скинули в мессенджер информацию, как попасть внутрь самостоятельно. На улице не остались. Не удобно проникать внутрь с навесным кодовым замком, не плохо бы его заменить на какой-нибудь электронное устройство с кодом.

Từ lúc vào đến lúc trả phòng toàn khách tự làm, tự khoá cửa khi ra vào. Không hề có 1 nhân viên nào cả. Trải nghiệm vô cùng tệ với giá phòng này cũng không phải quá rẻ với phòng tôi đã ở. Thật thất vọng vô cùng. - Không đủ chuẩn khách sạn tí nào. - Tôi nghĩ đây là vấn đề của booking, booking cần có quy định đầy đủ về tiêu chuẩn cho chữ "khách sạn" đối với các đơn vị đăng ký kinh doanh, và phải kiểm chứng rõ ràng. - Đây thật chất không phải khách sạn, là nhà dân, không chủ, khách vào tự mở khoá cửa, lên phòng, như phòng trọ. - Nursyakirah (8/5): A short stay is OK - The room was on the 3rd floor, no elevator. Self-check in was easy, later the owner came to our room for payment. Very basic accommodation. We booked here because it is near the bus pickup station to go to Dalat at 10pm. We didn't stay overnight, just to shower and change clothes. Communication with the owner was very smooth. He gave clear instructions. For the price, nothing much to complain about. A little bit far from the town though, if you're coming to visit the city of Saigon. But with Grab, it wasn't so expensive. Maybe not by foot.
- Kenji (7/5): Good - We needed to catch a limousine which was convinient for us. Cost is very inexpensive. At night, the alley is a bit spooky. Dark, narrow and dogs barking. During the daytime, looks very cool though. I think still safe. The owner puts a pad lock, so to get back in, you have to bang to have an attendant to unlock.

- Ondřej (8/5): Very good - To host was kind and helpful every time we needed something. There was not enough toilet paper and body wash at the beginning but the host swiftly refilled it for us when we asked. The room is cozy and spacious enough for 2 people with all the equipment listed on booking. There is enough space to park motorbike overnight in case you decide to rent one during your stay. We liked the the locations as it is close to the Ho Chi Minh University of Technology so there's a lot of young people around and a lot of stands with really cheap and delicious street food and juice everywhere. You will definitely experience the authentic city life with almost no foreigners in sight if that's what you're looking for. The location is kind of on the outskirts of the city quite far from the city center with all it's sights (palaces, parks, Notre Dame...). You can get to the city center really fast if you rent a motorbike but without it it takes much more time with public transport. I would advise to rent a motorbike instead of using public transport and taxis and you might end up saving money in the end. The streets are really loud around the accomodation and extremely full with motorbikes during the evening rush hours. It was almost impossible to cross the roads for us at the beginning before we got more used to it. It can be stressful for some people probably. Also, the air quality around the area is pretty horrible. Prepare to have smelly hair every night after wandering through the streets with a lot of smoke and motorbike fumes.
