- Natasha (4/5): Assolutamente sconsigliato. - Mi serviva una struttura vicino al consolato americano ed era perfetta come posizione. l’accoglienza non è stata delle migliori, hanno fornito delle istruzioni incomplete sulla struttura. Il bagno aveva odore di fogna e quando siamo arrivate non era ben pulito (nel wc c’erano dei capelli non nostri e il bidet non era stato pulito a dovere). Quando il giorno dopo lo abbiamo fatto presente alla signora a cui abbiamo riconsegnato le chiavi, lei ha semplicemente detto: “non so che dirvi”.

- Annalisa (4/5): - La posizione della struttura è molto comoda se si preferisce il lungomare al centro della città, vicino c'è la stazione treni Mrgellina e la metro. Tanto negozi e servizi su strada. Bella la vista del mare dalla stanza La camera in generale è carina e ben arredata, purtroppo però non era molto pulita - nel bagno c'erano dei capelli a terra al nostro arrivo e sono rimasti li anche dopo la pulizia e dopo il nostro check out.. Il bagno emanava un fortissimo odore di fogna, siamo stati costretti a lasciare la ventola accesa tutto il tempo. La doccia non si chiudeva bene ed era inevitabile allagare tutto. È una zona molto trafficata quindi consiglio l'utilizzo di tappi se avete il sonno leggero (clacson in continuazione e pareti molto sottili). Anche sul lavandino c'era un angolo pieno di sporcizia accumulata, ho dovuto comprare delle pezzette disinfettanti per pulire.

Stanza pulita, letto comodissimo, dotata di tutte le cose necessarie, il ragazzo che mi ha accolto cordialissimo e disponibile. Prezzo bassissimo per una notte in una città come napoli, a 25 minuti a piedi dallo stadio.

- Maria (9/5): Posizione perfetta, bella vista e personale molto gentile - Abbiamo deciso di alloggiare qui con il nostro bimbo perché avevamo un appuntamento al consolato. La posizione è davvero ottima, a pochi passi dagli uffici, con tanti locali e caffetterie nelle vicinanze, e a due isolati dal lungomare. La camera è come nelle foto: spaziosa, comoda, con balcone e tutto il necessario per un soggiorno piacevole. Luciano è sempre stato molto disponibile con noi. Grazie mille! L’unica situazione non piacevole è stata che nell’appartamento accanto (con cui condividevamo la parete) la TV è rimasta accesa a volume alto dal pomeriggio fino alla sera, continuamente. Ma dopo aver contattato Luciano, lui è riuscito a risolvere il problema.

The decoration of the bedrooms was nice. Very poor standart of the bathrooms, no tiles in the walls. Moldy areas on the shower walls that are noticeable and have an odor. The bathroom sink faucet had come loose and was wobbling from side to side. Incredible answers of the owner Lucio saying that the problems in the bathrooms were caused by the previous guests 3 days ago…He said us to leave if we’re not satisfied…

- Sarah (1/5): Furchtbar - Dass wir nur 3 Nächte überstehen mussten. Alles: Das Zimmer war hellhörig, weswegen man keine Ruhe hatte. Wenn man duschen wollte, hatte man vorher mit einem Gestank im Bad zu kämpfen und hatte während der Dusche die ganze Armatur in der Hand. Das Bett war unbequem und maximal durchgelegen. Wir haben uns in der Gegend und auch in der Unterkunft sehr unsicher gefühlt. Die ganze Unterkunft hat sehr gestunken und war nicht erholsam für uns. Wir hatten ein Dreibettzimmer bestellt, bekamen dies aber nicht. Wir sind keine Menschen, die schnell meckern, aber diese Unterkunft hat nicht mal einen Stern von 10 verdient.

- Barbara (9/5): Even tho I didn’t love the Location Cus it was a bit far from centre I enjoyed my Stay here and the staff was really nic - Hi I really liked the apartment and how clean was it and the bathroom was big and nice the boss Luciano was so kind and helpful and fixed my internet Cus at the beginning it didn’t work and brought me new towels and lots of water bottels even tho I didn’t ask That’s so nice of him that he tried so hard to make me feel at home and other staff the guy who checked me in on my first day was really nice too and VERY RESPONSIVE both of them which is amazing! I didn’t Like the Location much I mean it was really Safe and calm and I felt really Safe the issue was it was a bit further from historic centre and there werent Many good restaurants around except the japanese one. I’d Had to go Taxi everywhere but thank god the hotel provides u with an amazing private driver I could call whenever I needed a ride he was really nice and Professional. And the other thing I didn’t Like is that the door before you come in hall wheree apartments Are was sometimes hard to open and my key would get stuck but other than that I liked my apartment! At the beginning internet was very slow or didn’t work at all but Luciano was so helpful and Made it work for Me which is great he didn’t just brush me off and let me struggle with internet he really helped and came and fixed it.

- Andreas Schwab (1/5): Fraud and Rude Service – Avoid! - Nothing Be careful! Absolutely horrible experience – a total fraud with rude service. Never in my life as a Genius Level 3 customer have I experienced anything like this. The day before, I was confirmed on WhatsApp that I could message 30 minutes before arrival for late check-in (because my flight was late). Instead, they closed the reception without warning and only informed me while I was already at the airport, having just landed. Customer service was extremely bad, unfriendly, and downright rude. Avoid this place at all costs.

- Manicone (10/5): - Abbiamo alloggiato qui in questo albergo .. i padroni sono stati molto gentili nell'accoglierci e nel metterci al nostro agio ... La signora Patrizia è stata veramente brava nel farci trovare tutti i giorni la nostra stanza pulita ( precisa nel pulire ). Una signora fantastica pronta a mettersi sempre a disposizione per noi,gentile e molto simpatica . Consiglio questo albergo a chiunque vorrebbe trascorrere una vacanza qui a Napoli
