La camera era eccellente, pulita e confortevole. Lo staff è stato estremamente accogliente e disponibile, creando un’atmosfera calorosa e familiare. La posizione è perfetta per visitare la città, vicina ai principali punti di interesse. Inoltre, il rapporto qualità-prezzo è davvero ottimo. • Guendalina (7/5): - La stanza era davvero pulita, con ogni comfort, letto comodo e bagno spazioso e pulito. Raffaella è stata un host eccezionale e mi ha permesso di lasciare la valigia all’interno della struttura anche per il giorno del check in. Inoltre la zona è molto comoda e signorile. Le pareti sono davvero troppo sottili. Ero venuta a Napoli per una notte sola per poter sostenere un esame il giorno successivo e come vicini di stanza avevo una famiglia con bambini piccoli che hanno urlato e litigato per tutto il giorno. Sembrava di essere davvero nella stessa stanza, non è stato certo piacevole. Per questo consiglio l’ alloggio senza dubbio per la posizione e per la pulizia, ma lo sconsiglio per chi dovesse cercare posti insonorizzati e la pace.

The noise from the road and the drain pipe were very noisy and it was difficult to sleep. It sounds like cars are going over you! You also cant see out of the window at all and feels windowless.

• Naomi (10/5): Excellent stay in a great location! - Firstly, this is a really good neighbourhood and the building is close to great shops, cafes and restaurants. I liked the high ceiling and artistic style of my room. The bathroom was a good size and I appreciated the offer of a daily change of towels, as the weather was so hot. I've been travelling for a few months and was glad to have the use of an iron and ironing board, too. Giovanna checked me in and was very helpful, recommending local eateries and a place to take my laundry. I loved the fabulous coffee machine in the shared reception area and the room was spotlessly clean. Top marks! When booking for 3 or more nights I think it's unfair to charge an extra 10 Euros for a late check-in. Also, I wrongly thought I had paid for B&B, but there is no breakfast here. The minibar had beer, coke, a bottle of prosecco and water, but the menu mentioned crisps and "tapas" snacks that were not there which was a shame.
• Raphaella (9/5): Superb - We stayed at Casa Kbir for three nights. Giovana's service was excellent. She was very polite and helpful, providing information on where to eat and how to get to the city center. She even offered complimentary beer and coffee! The room is spacious and was very clean. The bathroom is also very nice. There were quality amenities (soap, shampoo, and moisturizer). The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Several restaurants nearby, you can walk to the city center, or take the train as Piazza Amedeo station is very close. Air conditioning and TV worked well. With the window open, there was some noise from the neighborhood and air conditioning units, but nothing that disturbed our rest!

Rooms look clean and the deluxe double specious enough for two people. Shower was a bit tricky, the centre position seemed to be the cold with left and right hot. A bit of noise from other rooms can be heard, nothing really loud.

• Adriana (8/5): Great stay - The B&B is very close to the city center. We were very well treated by the staff, Lisa is very kind and always ready to offer food or just a coffee. Everything was as in the pictures. The room was confortable and the bathroom too, everything was very clean. The breakfast was good with warm bread and pasteries, fruits from the garden, and capuccinos made by the staff! There was food and drinks available throughout the day. We enjoyed our stay :) Although the street was sometimes noisy and smelly, inside the building we were confortable.

Both rooms were very clean and well maintained during our six day stay (with changing the room for the last night due to our last minute booking). We particularly liked Kbirr bears in the minibar as well as the scent of cosmetic products. My biggest worry was about breakfast, but that turned out to be the least problem, as right on the Piazza Amedeo corner there is a small shop and pasticceria with croissants. So, if you come with kids, grabbing a croissant during a walk to city center is good solution that we practices. Also taxi is always available on the same corner. When we come to Napoli again we will first check this place for reservation. I just hope that prices will not go out crazy during the time.

• Marianna (9/5): I will be back! - Comfortable, clean, quiet room. Giovanna was very helpful and frienly. Location is perfect, also closed to metro and train staition. I will be back! Everything was good.
• Andrew (10/5): Great value property for the area - Little out of the way from centre with long steps however excellent train station and shopping. Only issue was the strong coincidence with the Netflix log in and my request for the bed to be left unmade which was ignored strangely.

• Yuval (10/5): Exceptional - Kbirr Charming house was very clean and convinient. The rooms were much larger than regular hotel rooms. They had free excelent coffee, and the bigest surprise was the beer that they are making that was very good. Overall, it was great value for our money and very good experience overal. Nothing
• Joan (10/5): Good, very small, well located, reasonably-priced room to walk all over Naples - Ideal location, nice hosts, excellent bathroom and bed, great value for an in-a-city hotel Our room was the the smallest available so it was tiny and below street level with no view and minimal light, so others are probably nicer if you have a choice.
