Very friendly team and quick replies and allowed a late check in! Accommodating and helpful ❤️ It was slightly dusty and air con remotes were hard to find but apart from that, perfect 🤩
• Mario (6/5): Pleasant - The apartment has a good location not far from the Piazza San Marco and close to the vaporeto stops. It is a quet place in a narrow street. There are two supermarkets in short distance. The rooms are large enough, ecpecially the bathroom. Full kitchenware, fridge and everithing you need to prepare a dinner. The room was clean but there were spider webs on the ceiling. At our arrival there was no key left as was written in the instructions, so we cannot enter without the help of the staff (fortunately they arrived very quickly). After the last occupants, the man or lady who cleaned the room has left the vacuum cleaner in the middle of the room. One of the doors of the wardrobe was partly broken and for that reason we couldn't use it. On the last day of our stay the door fell by accident upon my wife, fortunately without injuries.
• Hannah (8/5): The location was perfect. Easy walking distance to major sights. Quiet. - The location was brilliant. The TV didn't work. Also the sofa bed was not very comfortable.
• Simon (1/5): Not overly comfortable or easy to access. - The proximity to the pier and the major sites. Handy having two toilets and showers. It was very small and cramped. No lift. Very narrow and difficult to go up with elderly parents. Mosquitos everywhere - not well fumigated. Not many amenities at all. Unsafe attic access with no rail to hold. Tiny living area and kitchen space.

• Werner (1/5): Horrible!!!! - Location Aircondition The handling of the city tax by the staff was so poor it made the days before the trip full of anxiety and stress!!! It was horrible, will never ever deal with these people again. I felt so unwelcome, even thought about cancelling the trip to Venice because of this. Apartment was ok, but way to few towels and the bed came with the cheapest pillows they could find anywhere.
• Greg (4/5): Ok and a long walk to shops and restaurants. Residential area and not much around. - Good size apartment and Bathrooms nice Kitchen facilities were poor and very small with very limited cooking equipment.
• Miriam (10/5): Fantastic - Fun and great apartment. Had 6 good size beds. 2 in loft. Air conditioned and all as advertised. Great location - central yet quiet. Thank you! Lots of steps - take note for older people/ disabled.

• Laura (8/5): Comfortabel family apartment - Great location. Beautiful view on a garden. Nice and clean. Nice building. Two comfortabel bedrooms. Good showers. No luxury but all well taken care of. Just what we wanted The third bedroom is on a video, which means it is in open connection with the living space. Also this room was very low, my husband could not stand in the middle, and of course really had to bend in the edges of this roof room.
