- Paulius (7/5): Real feel of Napoli! - Before coming I’ve read some comments about noise and it is clearly not the most tranquil place, but I think that gives you a real feeling of being in Napoli. Really liked a little balcony and being so central. Pillows were real high.
- Thamizhinian (1/5): Disappointed - I was not provided with any breakfast! The owner is not a pleasant guy. He charged me for the late check-in and city tax. But even upon requesting a lot, he hasn't given me any receipt. Totally disappointed.
- Elitsa (1/5): The worst place to stay in Naples. - Nothing. Dirty, mouldy, with a lot of noise. The shower cabin cannot be used and the bathroom is flooding every time you take a shower. In a sketchy area of town. Do not recommend.

- Al (6/5): If you search for a room in a central area that could be practical for you. - The guy that came to welcome me was kind and explained everything. The location was really central. There was no breakfast. This is the new standard it seems: booking a B&B (Bed and Breakfast) without breakfast. There was a fridge in the room, so sth small would have been great for that price. Camera in the corridor of the apartment! I am not sure if that is allowed. The doors of the rooms have a key or a code. It seemed the code is the same for each of the rooms and the entrance door. The area is really central, but the narrow streets of Naples in that district in combination with the people fighting in the morning or the workers working in early morning (6.00 to 7.30) is not nice way to wake up! The welcoming person asked even for a bourboire (common in Naples)!

- Kirsty (10/5): Was a beautiful room clean and everything you need for a solo traveler to feel comfortable! 😀 - Was clean and lots of space, after a bad experience else where this was needed and best iv stayed in thank you :) Just the confusion of getting access made me panic a little, but there was a lovely lady who knew the landlord that helped. So ended up been okay :) I’d stay with them again it was lovely and very pleasant! Kinda wish I’d booked there for my first night in Naples 😀

- Louise (9/5): A great choice in Naples for budget travellers. - Great location - could walk to everything I wanted to see, metro/funicular literally 1 minute away for when I was feeling lazy. Room was clean and comfortable (amazing mattress), especially liked the little balcony overlooking the street where I could drink an end of the day beer (fridge in room also). Host arranged an airport pickup which was efficient and reasonably priced. Felt very safe there as a solo female traveller.

Facilities overall could be in better condition, the fridge is very small and you can barely fit anything. There is no oven inside, which is very disappointing. The bed sheets had a weird smell and where not as clean as they should.

You have your own key and no-one else can access it but you need to walk to the end of the corridor. It was hard to find - no signs or instructions. Luckily they met us there. Remember the charge for late check in!!! We didn't realise!

- Graeme (7/5): Basic, clean room - Great location to Montesanto train Station, 2 stops on Metro from Naples central station. 450m from a Hop-on/hop-off bus stop. Basic but clean room. Fair communication with agent/owner by phone, as person who gave us the keys spoke no English. Secure place. Looked like a ghetto area until you realise that a lot of the historic area looks like this with tons of graffiti, filthy narrow streets and like a maze trying to find your way around. So if you can ignore the surroundings, it's fine for a good value overnighter.

Zero sound insulation, you could hear noises from up, down and outside, really hard to sleep. The bathroom was quite small. Communication was difficult with the owner
- Raymond (2/5): It was very frustrating and a near disaster. - There wasn't much to like about our stay at this hotel; it was hard to find, al,most impossible to get to, didn't offer breakfast, and after checking us in the manager, Robert, disappeared and wasn't seen again. After my earlier bookings I became aware that I should ask for handicap accessibility and I did. When we got to the site we found that it was anything but handicap accessible. It was adisaster! Two flights of stairswere an anethma to our wheel chairs and were very narrow. The taxi driver dumped us off in the middle of the street and abbondened us. I had to walk to find the hotel. The manager, Roberto, and his girl friend helped us get our baggage to the room and then left. That was the last we were to see of them. There are no restaurants in the immediate vicinity and if you are not fully ambulatory you will go hungary. Leaving was as difficult at getting there as taxis DO NOT drive in this neighborhood. I had to walk to a major intersection to find a taxi and he was able to get closer to the hotel than our arriving driver, but, couldn't get to the hotel due to a car parked at the corner blockiing the street. The driver helped us get our gear to the taxi and took us to, what I believed would be our next hotel. I would recomment that you drop this hotel from your listings.

The bathroom was just right next door (so not in the room) but still a private bathroom only we used. Nothing specific.

- Adam-s (6/5): A very basic option for a short stay in Napoli center - A very basic option for a short stay near Napoli center (just next to Stazione Di Montesanto [Metro and Funiculare] and 10-15 min of easy walk to Piazza del Plebiscito, Castel Nuovo, Castel dell'Ovo and Centro Storico), authentically Napoli apartment in a short narrow dark back lane in the heart of Quartieri Spagnoli and, thus, in the plain center of the (fish) market (just next to Ospedale dei Pellegrini) which is both - an advantage and a disadvantage, depending on how you look at it: it is a walking distance from the main attractions and iconic sites, however, as noisy and as fishy-odor in the air as a fish market can be. * The apartment itself is zero noise-insulated: you will hear every sneeze, fart, steps and doors from all apartments and houses around you and they will hear yours. * Noisy environment pretty much 24/7. * The shower tab is so tiny and uncomfortable as if whoever installed it had never tried to get into it and close the jalousie behind him, unless he was a very short and skinny person. * A good one: one of the employees/hosts code-unlocking and opening the room door (clearly - without even knocking first) while we were having a nap was *not* much appreciated, to say the least... * In terms of "value for money" - seems seriously overrated

- Federico (6/5): Pleasant - - the room was modern - bed was comfortable - mini fridge in the room. - good central location, in the heart of Naples. - soap shampoo was missing, and the dispensers were missing. When I contacted the host, they immediately went and bought be three bottles ( shower gel, shampoo and hand wash - there was already a hand wash bottle, but they got another one.). - when I opened the cupboard, it hadn't been checked as a dirty duvet had been left inside, unfolded. - toilet seat broken - shower drain blocked and kept overflowing every time I had a shower. It took ages before all the was completely gone. - I stayed there for nine days and the room wasn't clean on a regular basis. I saw the man responsible for the cleaning and he asked if I wanted my room clean - if the booking is for nine days, it shouldn't really be asked. - I stayed in room 1 and there weren't enough plugs - you could either plug the tv or the mini fridge - but not both. Mor e plugs are definitely needed.

- Bethan (5/5): Good location - Location was excellent and although close to amenities was quiet. The bed was very comfortable and the air con was a plus. Offered shuttle service to the airport. If you need a base in Naples to go off and do something but not spend time in the room this is a great location. The WiFi connection wasn't good and signal wasnt great so wasn't able to use phone inside. The bathroom although private wasn't connected to the room and was accessed by a shared corridor. Not a negative but be aware of that when booking. The bathroom however wasn't very clean and unable to take a hot shower as half way through would turn cold. We also made the host aware the toilet wasn't functioning properly but did not get a reply. Luckily my boyfriend fixed it but we had to manually fix for the last 2 days of our stay.
