• Jurgita (5/5): You could stay if you are exceptionaly good sleeper and like sweets for brekfast and do not need a lot of privacy. I thi - The owner very nice and welcoming. Very clean property comfortable bed. Very good location. The room we got was with the window to the street, no soundproof at all, very noisy, impossible to sleep. The bathroom is private , but outside the room. It’ a flat with few rooms, do not feel myself private. Bathroom very outdated (what you touch, stats to fall apart, doors do not close properly. Breakfast is very poor, only sweets: bread, butter, jam and pane cake, also marinated fruits. No any eggs, ham, cheese , juice. On the booking is written that the price includes all the taxes, but I was not excluded the 21% of VAT.

She was very helpful, friendly, a good conversationalist, and twice prepared breakfast 15 minutes before the scheduled time so I could catch a tour or take bus. Breakfasts were good. The shared bathroom worked out. I liked the sink in the room. It was a 20-minute walk to the main tourist areas with restaurants, with 2 blocks on stairs up a hill, although the bus stop was only 10 minutes. It was good exercise, but a little more troublesome with bags. It was a little difficult to figure out how to get into the building and up a floor the first time when arriving.

• Charito (10/5): La mejor estadía - La habitacion super comoda y limpia, los desayunos de Karina son los mejores. La atención , la disposicion y ayuda en todo momento. Realmente nos hizo mas facil y agradable la estadía en Bariloche, sin duda volveremos. Hay que mirar bien la ubicacion porque está arriba, si tenes problemas para caminar y subir escaleras no es la ubicacion ideal, pero si no tenes esos problemas.... es lo mejor me gustó todo

• Diane (7/5): At first we wanted to change locations since we were staying three nights, but we made it work. - The location was fine, a few blocks up the hill from the center and Karina, the host was very kind and helpful. We had breakfast with her each day. She made delicious bread and pastries. We felt safe and it was clean. The entrance to the place was unappealing with a locked gate and old, worn cement stairs leading to the room. The room was very small with a private bathroom but it was down the hall. We didn’t feel like we could leave our things in there. It didn’t feel private.

• Elizabeth (10/5): We had a lovely 3 night stay with an exceptional hostess that wanted to make sure we enjoyed our time in Bariloche! Than - Clean, comfortable, delicious breakfast and the hostess Karina was warm, welcoming and wonderful! It’s not really anything we didn’t like but be aware that you will have a walk to get down to the Main Street and it’s a big walk back but doable.
• Wanda (8/5): It may be one of the high points of my trip but was also the low point because I am elderly and simply didn’t know how t - It was wonderful to sit around a table with other guests to share perspectives, travel experiences, ex al. It was difficult to enter the property and would be impossible without a working iPhone.
