• Nancy (6/5): The room was a nicely renovated room but I think I would stay elsewhere next time. - We did not go for breakfast that was included so no comment. The location close to the train station. Basics like shampoo and soap are supplied. We had 4 complimentary bottles of water. The lady that we met for the tax and 5 euro charge for getting in 1.5 hours early was not very pleasant. Quick explanation and seemed agitated when we asked questions. She does not have very much patience. The walls need to be cleaned but besides that the rest of the room was fine. We were woken by people coming in late at night and talking to each other in the hallway. The room is not really soundproof.

Cuenta - Muy buen situado, cerca de estación de Termini y a media hora más o menos del centro. La zona es un poco turbia, pero siempre hay mucho movimiento de gente.

La stanza non è molto insonorizzata anche con le finestre chiuse si sente rumore e si sente rumore anche dagli appartamenti adiacenti. Anche il letto è molto scomodo
• Mirla (9/5): - Hotel muito próximo à Estação Termini e com facilidade de locomoção pela cidade. Quarto amplo e confortável, com bom espaço para malas. Possui frigobar e havia água disponível quando chegamos. A senhora que nos recebeu mandou instruções sobre a localização por WhatsApp alguns dias antes da nossa chegada, achei isso ótimo. Ela também foi simpática e , apesar de se comunicar na maior parte em italiano, não tivemos dificuldades em entender. A redondeza do hotel pode parecer um pouco perigosa, mas fomos andando para a Termini de madrugada com malas e não tivemos problemas. Da pouca pressão no chuveiro.

• Calina (7/5): - A localização é ótima, perto da estação Termine Centrale. Quarto espaçoso e local para acomodar as malas. Cama confortável e grande. Os travesseiros são baixos e duros, bem desconfortáveis. A acústica é inexistente para o interior e os outros hóspedes batem portas e falam alto tarde da noite e a sensação é que o barulho é dentro do quarto. O chuveiro não tem pressão e apesar da ducha ser grande, o banho é ruim. O café da manhã é servido em um bar e estava bem ruim, o lugar meio decaído. Foi a segunda vez que nos hospedamos lá e a experiência na primeira vez, anos antes, foi bem melhor. Não voltaremos.

• Suad (5/5): Nicht schön. - Es wird für Frühstück geworben, nur leider beschränkt sich das Frühstück auf ein süßes Gebäck, ein Kaffee und ein Saft. Die Reinigungskraft hat das Schild „Bitte sauber machen“ ignoriert, weil sie scheinbar ein schlechten Tag hatte. Des Weiteren tropft das Wasser aus der Dusche und es war kalt. Nach mehreren Bitten und Drohung das als Bewertung zu schreiben, kam dann die Mitarbeiterin und ganz plötzlich kam heißes Wasser. Sie hat uns (3 Personen) vorgeworfen, dass wir lügen würden und dass vorher kein Gast sowas gemeldet hat (in der Bewertung sieht man aber, dass es schon gemeldet wurde von vorherigen Gästen). Wer lieber Komfort haben möchte, sollte etwas mehr Geld für eine Unterkunft ausgeben.
• Daniel (9/5): - Wszystko na plus, pokoje czyste obsługa bardzo miła,odległość od centrum zadowalająca,pobyt uważamy za udany. Bardzo dziękujemy za możliwość zostawienia bagażu na cały dzień za drobną opłatą 5euro,pani Sophie bardzo miła nawet na drogę dostaliśmy wodę, polecamy 8 chętnie wrócimy 🤙
• Sabrina (8/5): Sehr gut und Günstig, auf jeden fall empfehlenswert. - War bis auf einen kleinen fleck am Leintuch sehr sauber, nur ein paar min vom Bahnhof Termini entfernt, Frühstück war auch ausreichend, konnten sogar früher einchecken, die Dame dort war auch sehr freundlich. Also Preis-Leistung war echt top. Gab nichts auszusetzen vl, die Lage ist Nachts einwenig unheimlich vorallem wenn man als Frau mit Kindern alleine unterwegs ist.

Le indicazioni dettagliate con i codici di accesso al portone di ingresso e le indicazioni della posizione del bar convenzionato per la colazione.La cortesia della donna che si è presentata ad aprirci e che penso sia anche l'addetta alle pulizie. Non mi è piaciuto il fatto che la pulizia della camera sia su richiesta, visto che il prezzo pagato per 2 notti non è proprio economico. Anche il fatto che essendo ubicata in un palazzo degli anni (50 ?) con ascensore d'epoca, ma ristrutturata abbastanza bene, abbia le finestre che non si possono chiudere e quindi di notte si sente tutto il traffico di una città come Roma.

• Andrey (5/5): - Our stay at Home Suites Giolitti was disappointing overall. The bed was quite uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The location was also not ideal, making it less convenient to get around and enjoy the area. One important thing to note is that you should bring the exact amount of cash when paying, as change may not be returned—this happened to us and was both inconvenient and unprofessional. Breakfast was very limited, consisting only of a coffee and a croissant. Considering these issues, we would not recommend staying here.
• Maria (10/5): Struttura consigliata - Perfetta la posizione per raggiungere i principali siti ,inoltre e" vicino alla stazione e e questo è comodo per l'arrivo e la partenza. A due minuti dal teatro Ambra Jovinelli e alla fine dello spettacolo stare a due passi dalla struttura ci è piaciuto tanto. La camera spaziosa ,ben riscaldata( in questi giorni di freddo permanente ), pulita e arredata con stile .Letto comodo con cuscini adatti La signora che ci ha accolto molto gentile e disponibile.. Il sig.Robetto ci ha inoltrato tutte le comunicazioni. necessarie in maniera chiara e dettagliata Inoltre è venuto immediatamente incontro nella risoluzione di un disguido, da me creato ,al momento della prenotazione. . • ALINA (3/5): The location of the property was good enough, but the owner of the property, who was a Spanish not an Italian, did not k - The room was clean, location- comfortable. The host and the staff did not speak English, and they were very unpleasant. When we arrived, a very angry woman brought keys, threw them on us, demanded 35 €, though it was mentioned in booking that we had to pay 30€ at the property. Told something in Italian and went away. We tried to explain her that we did not understand even a single word she said. We mentioned two single beds, but there was one kind size bed. We wrote the host and demanded first an English speaking staff and two separate beds as we ordered beforehand. He told either to stay or leave, otherwise he would call police. Naturally we told that we were going to call police ourselves, only after that a woman approached, a very polite one, English speaking, who later turned out to be the host of the neighbouring property. We stayed there only thanks to that woman named Darina. We asked room cleaning, but they only made our beds, no towels and no bed linen were changed during 3 nights and 4 days.

• Yevheniia (10/5): Отличный номер. - 12 минут пешком от станции Termini Roma. Нас подождали, хотя мы приехали позже , около 21.30. Приятная женщина нас встретила, все объяснила. Номер чистый, постельное и полотенца- идеальные. Завтрак находится в местной кофейни, что также придает своего шарма и итальянского настроения. Все было хорошо.
• william (1/5): Horrible and would never recommend. - NOTHING The property was horrible. It is not a hotel it is someone’s home. She rents out her home. There is no reception at all. She walked into my room without knocking or anything. I would never recommend this place to anyone. The lady that lives there is extremely rude and not nice. She left us outside the room at around 12am and wouldn’t open the door. When I rang the door bell she was so upset. She smokes and it heavily stinks. The beds are not comfortable at all.

• emil (10/5): Great location, great value! - Excellent. 20 min away by foot to the Colosseum, from there 5 min to Via del Corso to go shopping, 10 min to the Main Train Station, the Red Room was very spacious, the cleaning lady cleaned the room excellent, even folded our clothes. We got also free water bottles. During the night the windows were closed, so there is no sound from the streets. There is AC conditioner, so you can choose between warm or cold to be in the room. There are shops nearby where you can buy all kind of things, also souvenirs. Also there are restaurants nearby. 10 min away there is 24h Carrefour shop. Nothing, everything was excellent.

• elena (7/5): Breve soggiorno a Roma - Il b&b si trova in una zona molto comoda perchè vicino alla stazione e alle fermate dei mezzi pubblici. Camera pulita e letto confortevole; buono il cornetto del bar Espresso 32 associato per la colazione con la struttura. La zona in cui si trova il b&b è un po' rumorosa perchè molto trafficata. La colazione al bar è un po' essenziale.

• Jorge (7/5): good staff, close to the train station, ok value for money - The checkin worked like a charm: staff reach out via WhatsApp and give ALL details about the room, location, how to reach, breakfast, etc. The lady that welcomed us did not speak English at all, was very direct, don't expect kindness. but she was straight to the point and efficient. Breakfast was served in a 2min walking coffee, very nice staff and products. Room was very clean, up-to-date in terms of furniture and bathroom appliances. The location was not what we expected: kind of close from the train station (5min walking) but the surrounding were not pretty good, in the sense that we did not fell very safe. during morning was OK, but afternoon and night we just move around with uber to ensure we were left at the entrance. The building itself is pretty old and the entrance is not very welcoming.

• Lin (5/5): - we got some coupons from Home Suites Giolitti and the The breakfast was offered by a small cafeteria close to the apartment. Breakfast was simple, just a cup of coffee and croissant, but the taste was good. Location wise, it will take some walk from the apartment to metro line B, around 1 km, actually the distance was longer than i expected, but it's bearable. we arrived at the apartment at around 11:30am and planned to drop our luggages there as communicated with the host. before. It was the cleaning lady who opened the door and clearly in a bad mood. The lady doesn't speak English at all and this brought us a lot of confusion. and she was really rude, even yelled at us when we told her that we will have 2 adults and one kid to check in. she showed us something in her cellphone that there should be only 2 persons to check in. Then i showed her the confirmation in booking.com that there should be 3 persons in total. but she refused to believe and started to say something in Italian which we had no idea what she was talking about. Finally she calmed down and we finalized the check-in process. But the overall situation just made us feel uncomfortable. who wants to be yelled at on the first day of the trip which was supposed to be the beginning of a pleasant journey??
• wai chun (5/5): I will not go this horrible place anymore. - 20sq m, seems 2-4 sq m bigger than hotel, but not hotel. One electric key for two doors as the room is inside an apartment, when you leave the room, all electricity stops, that means all people have to go out or stay together. No where dry the towel as in summer the towel rack not working, can’t change towels every day as it’s not hotel. No 24 hours reception. Can’t even open windows as the mosquito net is broken. No room service so rubbish nowhere to put. Downstairs are nothing no even restaurants, the bar for breakfast closes at 3pm.

• Gyongyi (10/5): - Rugalmasság, hogy a utazó táskáinkat ott hagyhattuk a szobánkban ,a szállás elfoglalása előtt 5 € cserében, de megérte. Megkaptuk a kulcsokat s indulhattunk a városnézésre. A szoba tiszta, kellemes , légkondicionált. Roberto a tulajdonos indulás előtt mindent elküldött, hogy találunk oda. A takarító által ajánlott Pepe pizzéria. A személyzet kint iszogatott, szemben hajléktalanok, megkérdezték hány órára kérjük a pizzát. Mikor mondtam, hogy most,válasz azt ők nem tudják. Oda ne menjen senki. A másik irányban találtunk 2 pizzériát is, ott nagyon finom volt. S választék, kiszolgálás jó volt.

• Kjersti (6/5): Et ok opphold for et par netter for en ok pris. Praktisk, men litt sliten beliggenhet. - God beliggenhet i forhold til togstasjonen. Området bar preg at det lå nært stasjonen. Et slitent område. Dårlig trykk i dusjen.

• Hayk (1/5): Нужно быть крайне осторожным выбрав этот отель, конфликний персонал, не рекомендую - Ухожанний номер Персонал был ну супер не доброжелательний, нас встретила какая то женшина в спартивке, с запахом пепельницы и с нашего входа до выхода на нас ругалься. Нужно быть осторожным выбрав этот отель так как время отезда 10;00 не 12:00 как в многых отелях, могут даже нагло войти с 9:50 и потребовать виыти. Если заезд с 23;00-24;00 то штраф 20 евро, есше посзже есще большие штрафи, не смтря на то что вы забронировали с 15:00. Не кому не рекомендую посетить этот отель.

• Marina (7/5): Poco amistosa la Sra que atendía. - La habitación era muy cómoda y el baño amplio y ducha muy buena. La zona . Si volvías de noche un poco oscura y sin gente.

• Sandra (10/5): Excellent stay with very promp communication with the property manager. Lovely suite. - We didn’t take advantage of the breakfast as we had to check out very early. That said it is a typical Italian breakfast at a local bar.

• Sally (9/5): Nice apartment near station - Not far from the station with a mini mart nearby and some restaurants round a square. It was all fine.
• Richard (9/5): A great home base for us to explore Rome. - Great location, Breakfast at a cafe around the corner was great... Comfortable, just what we were looking for.
