- Marco (8/5): - Posizione magnifica, appartamento ben pulito. Informazioni chiare e semplici e non troppo restrittivi con le regole dell'appartamento. Appartamento un po' piccolo adatto a non più di una persona o due. Tanta luce che entra la sera vista le finestre non del tutto oscurabili.

- Atsuko (8/5): - 管理会社の方とは、英語でやりとりして鍵の受け渡しをします。 古い建物かつ防震対策などない建物なので、地下鉄の振動が響きます。ほかは、大きなスーパーもありますし、地下鉄も、近いので便利です。 周辺の治安も比較的に良いと思います。

- May Lun Melissa (8/5): - The property is good to stay, but the facility is not completely well, e.g. no hand wash in toilet, no place to dry the dishes after washing, no hanger in bathroom for hanging clothes. Staff is very well support and quick response when we are in need.

- Pasquale (3/5): Very central, but noisy and a bit expensive for what it is worth. - The location Was super central, closed to the Underground Station and City center The apartment Was not 100% clean and the only window Was the balcony occupied by the air condition engine. When starting the air condition, dust came in if the window Was open. I understand that there was probably no other solution than putting the air condition engine on the balcony, but perhaps a kipping Window would have been better. Each time the toilet flush Was pushed the electricity in the flat got off. That must be checked by an electrician. The studio was probably created from a larger apartment, unfortunately a fake window communicating with the apartment beside was closed by a weird Black paper, where it would be probably better completely close the wall. The apartment Was also very noisy and i could hear everything from the other Apartments,from the street and the underground passing by.
- Mark (6/5): Terrible - Location that’s it! Pictures make it look better. Bathroom door hanging off and impossible to use it for it’s purpose, mould in the bathroom. Bed very uncomfortable, wires just taped up, skirting boards hanging off. Untidy and messy decoration plus not enough towels of which I informed owner but no more left for us. Needs major makeover and tidier finish
- Husamalden (5/5): Passable - The location The shower is broken and the bathroom not very clean, surprised to find it on the apartment is very expensive to it and everything is very old. Needs a new updated.
- Vladislava (6/5): Pleasant - The apartment is located at a reasonable distance from the central station, near a few attractions. The towels and bed sheets were clean. It was dusty and dirty on the floor. The kitchen items were not clean. The shower was also mouldy and not clean.
