• ANGELA (5/5): - Ubicación y vistas desde la terraza Tardar una hora en poder acceder al piso ya que no activaron el código y tener que estar a la puerta esperando. Escribimos y nadie nos contestó, llamamos y nos dijeron que lo solucionarían, nada, la puerta se abrió una hora más tarde de lo previsto. Sin ningún tipo de atención al cliente El apartamento se describe con dos baños y en las fotos aparecen dos baños. La realidad es que sólo tiene un baño!!! para 10 personas. El piso necesita reformita, mal pintado y viejo. Por el precio que hemos pagado hubiéramos cogido un hotel.

• Denys (9/5): Ideal for a large group, though the support staff could be more attentive - A huge apartment, a wonderful terrace, and an amazing view. It had everything I needed, and I absolutely loved it. On the very first day, the shower drain got clogged and water started leaking out. We cleaned it up right away, of course, but after that the shower became unusable. I contacted them and was told a repairman would come the next day to fix it. However, no one showed up the next day or the day after. I didn’t follow up again, but it was still unpleasant, and I had to use a different shower instead
• Mathilde de Ramel (2/5): A mess. - The apartment was supposed to be available at 12:00, as indicated on their app. However, after chatting with after-sales support, we discovered that check-in was only possible at 15:00. You are also required to check in and pay the local taxes before entering the apartment. The app they provide to enter your ID and other details is very user-unfriendly. We were able to enter the flat at 15:00, but it had not been cleaned. After calling, the cleaning team was sent immediately; however, our request for a gesture or compensation for the inconvenience was refused, as they considered the issue "solved". While the cleaning was eventually done, it is always unpleasant to enter an unclean apartment and not be able to settle in properly, especially when staying for work.
• אבי (4/5): - The apartment itself is spacious and fits a large group well, but having major plumbing and bathroom problems for most of the stay with 4 adults and 5 kids made the experience very inconvenient. Future guests should be aware. We booked this apartment for 3 nights for 4 adults and 5 kids. Unfortunately, the stay started with issues and continued throughout. Check-in was confirmed for 15:00, but when we arrived at 17:00 the cleaning crew was still there and asked us to return at 18:00. After settling in we discovered several serious problems: y, but nothing was done. On the seco • The kitchen sink would not drain. • The main shower had only boiling hot water with no cold water, making it unusable. We contacted the owner and were told it would be fixed the next d and day we discovered additional problems in the small bathroom — the sink and shower also had drainage issues. Again we contacted the owner and were told someone would come, but no one showed up until Tuesday. When plumbers finally arrived: to rest. We were also checking out the next day. Because of this, we were unable to shower • One said the drainage in the small bathroom could not be fixed and told us not to use it. • Another said he could repair the main shower but it would take about 1.5 hours at 16:00, shortly before we had plans to leave and with kids needin g for two days

• Gilles (6/5): rapport qualité / prix très décevant - l’emplacement et le volume spacieux de l’appart Lavabo droite bouché Dessus de lit troué par mégot Table extérieure sale à entretenir car noire de poussière et de pollution qui s’incrustent ds le bois non traité 10 couteaux 10 fourchettes pour 12 personnes, même pas de grands saladiers pour faire des salades pr 12 ! pas de Cafetière du matin, ni tir bouchon ni épluche légumes pas de plats pour le four pas assez de torchons et plantes vertes complètement desséchées sur le balcon Un petit kit d’entretien et plus de liquide vaisselle de pq en quantité suffisante pr 12 pr 4 jours !!! un petit Rafraîchissement des murs et non un malheureux coup de rouleau ds le couloir !

• David (10/5): Excellent apartment and location. - Fantastic large apartment. Excellent communication with host. Large terrace with great views of Barcelona. Location first rate, many places walkable, close to several metro stations, excellent restaurants and grocery store on the doorstep. Nothing. All good

I would come back to this apartment - Great location Apartment is really spacious, you have a really cosy living room Great terrace with a view Right near passeig de Gracia so theres lot of thing within walking distance Not very well taken care of. The table cloth from the table on the terrace was disgusting. We had to take it out and leave it without. Apartment wasnt dirty but it wasnt tidy either. For example the floor on the terrace was dirty as hell. AC is just in the living and one of the bedroom. In total there are 4 bedrooms. The rest have an ventilator. We were there in september so it was managable but I imagine during the hot summer its unbearable.
