- herong (3/5): 價位跟實際上的住宿感覺不是很好 - 房間乾淨，睡覺的空調跟被子都很舒服，枕頭給2個厚薄各一也不錯，服務人員會打招呼很親切 門的設計很不好，廁所門不小心會很大聲， 隔壁的房門一直在拼拼嘣嘣的響到晚上12點後還很大聲，隔音設備很差，隔壁的門鈴我們都聽得到，然後一直聽到隔壁房的說話聲

- Cheryl (9/5): - Comfortable beds, quite room - just what I needed! City views at night were also pretty lovely! The amenities were a little spare and the water was quite far from my room.. also I didn't realise the spa would only be open for such short times.

- Şemsettin Numan (5/5): - Location is good. Staff members are so kind. Since there were no openable windows in the rooms, we were constantly left without air. We were left in a difficult situation for hours because they were unable to take the full payment even though they were able to authorize our credit card when we made a reservation before. We couldn’t use the spring bath because naked people are allowed to use. This is non-acceptable.
