• Otero (6/5): Muy buena ubicación, muy mal dormir por cama, almohadas y ruido constante de gotera y autos. - El colchón y las almohadas demasiado incómodos. Colchón saltarín y almohadas duras, malo malo. Quede con dolor de cuello y espalda. Había mucho ruido por los auto y ademas sonaba una gotera toda la noche sin parar. Dormimo muy mal

Provenant de la rue, provenant du voisin du dessus, chaises, eau qui coule, on entendait même le mec aller aux toilettes, le bruit du couloir et des gens qui parlent, et la femme de ménage qui passe la serpillère à 3 h du matin... Le Wifi gratuit mais trop faible, la douche sans débit et qui ne fonctionne qu'a moitié.
• Adriana (6/5): War in Ordnung - Zentrale Lage, Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Kommunikation mit dem Host war super und auch ein Late Check in war problemlos möglich. Die Zimmer liegen leider zu einer Hauptstraße. Mit Fenster zu nachts war es okay aber mit offenen Fenster kann man eher nicht schlafen. War an sich mal hübsch eingerichtet aber wurde nicht wirklich instand gehalten (Schimmel im bad, Riss in der Wand, Wasserschaden in der Wand, abgeplatzter Lack an Möbeln, Wasser in Dusche und Waschbecken läuft nur schlecht ab ). Zum übernachten war es okay aber preislich war es jetzt dafür auch kein Schnapper.

• Jutta (9/5): - Liegt am Tiber im besten Viertel von Rom, an einer viel befahrenen Straße aber die Fenster sind super schalldicht. Man ist in ein paar Minuten zu Fuss in einem tollen Teil der Stadt mit vielen Lokalen und kleinen Geschäften. Wunder schön. Mit den Öffis (8.50€ Tages Karte) geht es auch recht gut zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt. 👍😊 Alles war fein, lüften muss man halt wenn man nicht schlafen will. Das Haus ist aber sehr kühl auch bei Hitze. Gutes Bett, sehr hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Super👏😁

• Fabien (7/5): Bon séjour et logement idéalement situé - L’emplacement est idéal, le logement est spacieux avec un petit frigo et une machine à café. Le lit était confortable. Avant notre arrivée l’hôte nous a indiqué comment accéder à notre chambre et cela s’est fait sans problème. La douche était bouchée, traces de moisissures et peinture qui s’écaille.

L'absence de solution sécurisante pour laisser les valises quelques heures après le check out, pas de réception, pas de réponse au mail.

• Tomasz (9/5): Zatybrze to nasza ulubiona dzielnica Rzymu, o poranku można spacerować pustymi uliczkami. - Szybki kontakt telefoniczny, bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa, czysty pokój (tylko prysznic wymaga dokładniejszego umycia), bardzo wygodne łóżko, pościel zmieniana co 2 -3 dni, lodówka z napojami. Bliskość do wszystkich ważnych miejsc w Rzymie, nie trzeba w ogóle korzystać z transportu, wszędzie można dotrzeć w max. 50 minut spacerem. Apartament na pięknym Zatybrzu, blisko bary i restauracje. Niestety apartament położony jest przy głównej i bardzo ruchliwej ulicy. Pierwszą noc mieliśmy nieprzespaną, ale kupiliśmy korki do uszu i kolejne noce były już ok! Także polecam zaopatrzeć się od razu w korki do uszu! ;)
• Lola (8/5): A small set of rooms, rather than a hotel, but I would stay again as very clean and great location. - Great location with many restaurants and the river only a few minutes away. It's not really a hotel. There's no "lobby area" or anywhere to sit/wait for a taxi other than the room. There's just a small desk area that was usually unmanned so once you checked out you needed to leave the building.

The rooms are on the ground floor, directly facing a very busy central street, so there was a lot of noise both during the day and at night. You could clearly hear people passing by outside, which significantly affected our rest. In addition, there were no shutters, only one black curtain that was quite faded and one blackout curtain that did not close properly. This affected both privacy and sleep quality. The room also had a strong smell of mold, and there were visible signs of poor cleanliness and maintenance. In the bathroom, especially around the bottom of the shower and near the drain, there was visible dirt and wear. The water container of the Nespresso machine had limescale and did not look clean, so we chose not to use it. Overall, the impression we were left with was that the rooms felt neglected and were not being properly maintained.

• Noemi (8/5): Muy bien - La zona donde estaba ubicado nos gustó mucho, no estaba en el centro pero se podía llegar a todos los lados andando o con parada de bus cercana. Ludovica estuvo atenta en todo momento y nos trasmitió confianza. A pesar de estar en una calle bastante transitada, las ventanas estaban muy bien instaladas, cancelaba el ruido de la calle y a penas se escuchaba nada. En el caso de que alguien pasara por el pasillo sí se escuchaba algo más, pero tuvimos suerte y nuestra estancia fue muy tranquila. Nada a destacar

• Alexander (8/5): Fijne centraal gelegen accomodatie - Fijne accomodatie, centraal gelegen bij de rivier Tiber. Het is zeer schoon, ruime kamer met een goed bed, badkamer met fijne regendouche en handdouche. Voor mijn lengte 190cm was het bed wat kort.

Muy recomendable. El colchón de la cama es mejorable, la ducha está un poco obstruida por la cal, pero funciona bien
