• Christel (6/5): - Les capsules sont grandes et propres, c'est calme, l'espace commun en bas est un plus, et il y a des boissons offertes l'après-midi. Il faisait chaud dans le dortoir et ça ne sentait pas très bon... Le matelas était assez dur. Les sols des espaces communs (douches, sanitaires) mériteraient d'être nettoyés plus souvent. L'hôtel ne devrait pas vendre le "petit déjeuner inclus" lors de la réservation car il s'agit en fait de 2 tranches de pain (limite par personne) et café ou thé, mais proposer ce service "en cadeau" lors du check-in, ainsi on serait moins déçu.

• RINAKO (9/5): アクセスよし、女性安心 - 女性フロアが完全に独立しており安心です。水回りも数は多く綺麗でした。 施設自体には全く文句なしです！（御堂筋線本町駅からは割と距離がありますので、新幹線利用の方で荷物が大きい方は若干の不便を感じるかもしれません。）

Handtücher und Pflegeartikel stehen kostenlos zur Verfügung Es war ziemlich warm in den Schlafsälen und die Temperatur der Klimaanlage lies sich leider nicht ändern. Das Frühstück ist zwar kostenlos, aber leider dementsprechend simple gehalten. Es gibt lediglich Toast mit Marnelade oder Schokolade, ein paar Vitamine wären hier nicht schlecht.

• Amina (10/5): Superbe - Séjour très agréable au sein de l’Hotel The Rock. Le personnel était très accueillant et toujours serviable durant tout le séjour. Les lieux étaient propres et bien entretenus, ce qui est vraiment appréciable. Très bon rapport qualité/prix également. L’hôtel est bien situé, proche des transports en commun et à quelques minutes de plusieurs konbinis, ce qui est très pratique au quotidien. Je recommande sans hésiter pour un séjour à Osaka 😊
• Lidia (10/5): Recomendable 100% - Instalaciones muy limpias (tanto los baños comunes como las habitaciones). Camas cómodas, con espacio suficiente enfrente para dejar tus pertenencias. Tienen todo tipo de amenities (gel, champú, acondicionador, crema limpiadora, algodones, plancha del pelo…). El desayuno consiste en café/té y un par de tostadas con mantequilla/chocolate/mermelada, pero a 2 mins caminando hay un 7/11 donde puedes comprar lo que necesites. Disponen de neveras para almacenar la comida. La ubicación es muy buena, a 10mins caminando del metro y apenas a 20 caminando de Dotonbori. Todo bien

• Argonia (6/5): Hotel wygodny, kapsuły i łazienki bardzo dobre. NIE KUPOWAĆ ŚNIADANIA - szkoda kasy! - Bardzo dobrze wyposażony hotel. Dobrze i wygodnie zorganizowane kapsuły, wygodny materac, dość szeroko, łatwo podłączyć urządzenia do ładowania. Dodatkowo przy kapsule miejsce na walizkę, półka na rzeczy, wieszaki oraz sejf. Świetna łazienka z kabinami prysznicowymi, umywalkami oraz toaletką z kosmetykami i suszarkami. Niestety brakuje w hotelu pokoju wypoczynkowego dla gości, a kilka stolików przy recepcji nie oferuje wygody i prywatności (jedna kanapa przy stolikach) - dodatkowo drzwi wejściowe otwierane przez gości powodują przeciąg i zimno (przy brzydkiej pogodzie). Jak wspomniałam brakuje sali, w której można by spokojnie wypocząć lub popracować bez otwieranych drzwi wejściowych, przeciągu i hałasu. Bardzo duży minus stanowią śniadania - chociaż trudno ten posiłek tak nazwać. Hotel oferuje 2 (dokładnie dwie!) kromki chleba, 1 masełko i 1 dżemik! Spotkała mnie też nieprzyjemność, gdy nie znając zasady, w pierwszy dzień wzięłam 3 kromki chleba - pracownica hotelu podeszła do mnie, nakrzyczała na mnie po japońsku (nie znam języka) a następnie ręką zabrała mi z talerza kromkę chleba i wrzuciła ją z powrotem do koszyka z chlebem! Byłam w szoku!
• Camila (7/5): It was comfortable enough, good if you have a budget. - The location is great, is near Donbori and there are great restaurants around. It is also near the railway station. The facilities were not 100% clean or sanitized. The shower rooms had a moisty smell (I actually saw mold in both shower rooms) and there was always a bit of trash on the floors. Also the rooms had an unpleasant smell.
• NIWA (4/5): 2度目は大丈夫です - 清潔でした 1人で二段ベッドの部屋を予約したのですが 下の段が使えませんと言われて、1人なのでそれはいいのですが部屋に入ってみると下の段の壊れているベッドの木の一部やらマットレスやらがくつろぐ部分にドーンと置かれており、まずそれを地力でどかさないと部屋に入れないことにびっくりしました。他の部屋などに移動させておくことはできなかったのか？とゆうかするべきだと思います。

Les savons/shampooing mis à disposition sont de bonne qualité. Le personnel est sympathique. Bref rien à redire, le séjour était parfait

• Ella (9/5): Oikein mukava ja siisti kapseli hotelli! - Hotelli oli todella siisti ja mukava! Sain jättää matkalaukut odottamaan hotellille ennen check-in aikaa joka auttoi minua todella paljon. Matkalaukuille ei ollut omaa lokeroa, jossa ne olisivat lukkojen takana, vaan jokaiselle oli oma suht pieni kassakaappi minne pystyi jättämään tärkeät pienet tavarat. Isot tavarat piti jättää oman kapselin eteen sille suunnatulle avoimelle lokerolle.

El primer día, en el desayuno, solo había tostadas mientras que, en el segundo, había yogurt, cereales, etc. Lo que se ofrece, debería ser constante a lo largo de la estadía.
• Jacqueline ter Haar (8/5): A very clean and well-organised capsule hotel with great value, but request a lower bed if needed! - This was our first capsule hotel experience, so it took a moment to adjust, especially when we discovered we had a curtain instead of a proper door. That said, everything was extremely clean and very well organised. The staff was also very helpful; the lady at reception really went out of her way to arrange a lower bed for me when the ladder turned out to be a challenge. Overall, it offers excellent value for money, and even at 64, this is the kind of place I could see myself staying at again. If you need to get up during the night (like me) and climbing a ladder isn’t easy for you, make sure to request a lower bed when booking. The ladder to the upper capsules can be quite a challenge.

• Stéphanie (9/5): - Très bon rapport qualité / prix ! Propre, spacieux, ce qu'on ne penserait pas d'un hôtel capsule (même la capsule est assez grande !) Sanitaires au top, propres. À 5 mn du métro Rien à dire je reviendrai si je repasse à Osaka! Petit point négatif tout de même histoire de prévenir les frileux 😅 Je comprends que dans une chambre avec beaucoup de personnes l'air devienne vite étouffant d'où la clim qui tournait h24. En revanche lorsqu'il faisait 12°C avec de la pluie ce n'était pas nécessaire je pense (avis perso). En tout cas pas aussi froide ! Et à en juger par les autres qui toussaient / éternuaient, je ne pense pas avoir été la seule à avoir froid le soir. Prenez de grosses chaussettes voire une polaire pour le soir 😅 À noter que mon dernier soir sur place la clim a été remplacée par du chauffage car il a fait vraiment frais ce jour-là et c'était appréciable de ne pas grelotter avant de dormir.

• Christine (9/5): Hotel was very nice, clean and comfy. Enjoyed my stay a lot. Highly recommend! - The hotel is located near Hommachi Station, so it was easy to get there in a short period of time. It's also near convenience stores, so if you want to save money on food, you can buy your meals there and heat it up with the hotel microwave. Drinks are also available, both via dispenser and vending machine. All the facilities were clean and there were many items available for rental or free use. Not a major issue, but the bidets in the 4th floor restrooms weren't functioning. I did have access to the 2nd floor, so I used the restrooms there instead. Hopefully they get it fixed soon.

• Beun (9/5): A fun and comfortable capsule stay in a great location. - I had a great stay at Hotel The Rock. The capsule-style beds were surprisingly comfortable and gave a unique experience. Everything was clean and well-organized, and I appreciated the privacy curtains and personal space. The location was also very convenient for exploring Osaka, with easy access to public transport and nearby attractions. Since it’s a shared space, it can get a bit noisy at times, especially if other guests arrive late or leave early.

• Marie (6/5): - Wir hatten die esten Paar Nächte eine Etage ganz für uns. Es gab Frühstück und unser Gepäck wurde aufbewahrt. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut. Leider war die Steuerung der Klimaanlage kaputt so dass diese viel zu kalt eingestellt war. Während unseres Aufenthaltes wurde die Klimaanlage nicht repariert. Wir haben aber extra Decken bekommen. Die Betten sind sehr laut und die Matratze ist nicht besonders bequem.

• Emma (8/5): i enjoyed my stay here - would recommend - the pods were spacious and comfy with individual lights, chargers, and a curtain! each bed also had a generously sized storage area, including room for 2 suitcases, a locker and a rail to hang clothes. the free toast each morning was also a good addition! the location is great too, close to the subway and walking distance from the main shops and food stalls. would definitely stay again! :) there are only two showers/toilets per floor (per 14 beds)

• Justyna (8/5): Recommend! - - very comfortable beds - variety of beauty products - very friendly staff - good location - iron, iron board, free towels, and other amenities available - only two showers per floor so sometimes it gets busy - it was a bit to hot at the moments (heater in the room)
• Santhana Ishwarya (8/5): It’s a perfect stay - Perfect stay. Was near the Hommachi Station and transportation made easy. Stayed there for the concert so it was perfect stay for me. Beds were comfy, rooms and the space given and the utilities provided are were perfect.

We could comfortably fit two small suitcases and still have room to move around. There were multiple shower rooms on the floor, so I didn't have to wait to take a shower. The staff were also very kind at check in and made sure we took extra blankets to our room as the AC heater on our floor wasn't working well that day and it was quite chilly outside. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

• Fran (5/5): No muy buen lugar - Es economico No es muy comodo, las instalaciones son antiguas, el personal no es muy amable en algunas ocasiones, se entiende el precio del recinto. Sin embargo si tienen un poco mas de dinero recomiendo otras hostales.
