• Thériault (7/5): Bien situé pour visiter la forteresse. - Facile d’accès à la vieille ville 30 minutes de marche ou 5 minutes avec autobus. Propre. Hôtesse très accueillante et gentille. Lit dur. Oreillers trop grosses et dures. Je n'ai pas osé demandé pour avoir d'autres oreillers Petite douche.
• Alison (7/5): Very enjoyable 3 night stay - Very nice apartment, everything you need for a short stay. Lovely garden and a seating area. Host is very pleasant. 5 minute walk to bakery and small supermarket, 2 nice places to eat as well and reasonably priced. It is close to a 30 minute walk to the Old Town with steps and hills, would not recommend for someone with mobility difficulties.

• jeong (8/5): - 숙소 내 주차 가능! 조용한 편인 주변환경, 구시가 도보로 15분으로 이동 가능, 버스로도 이동 가능 전체적으로 공간이 넓지 않은 편인데 샤워공간이 작아서 물을 조심해야함. 계절탓인지 몰라도 집이 굉장히 습해서 타월은 물론 물도 안 말라서 유의해야함.

• Hélène (9/5): Dubrovnik un musée à ciel ouvert. - L’amabilité et la sincérité de la personne qui nous a accueillis. La communication avec l’hôte. La maison bien située (à environ 30 minutes de la vieille ville) avec un itinéraire pédestre et des beaux points de vue sur le trajet. Le calme du quartier. Une maison en construction juste devant le jardin qui obstrue hélas la vue sur l’horizon.
• Jang Ahn (10/5): - 올드타운은 걸어가면 20~30분, 버스 타면 세 정거장이고, 근처에 슈퍼마켓도 있어서 위치는 괜찮았어요. 공항까지는 차로 30분 거리. 두브로브니크에서 주차 가능한 숙소가 적은데 주차가 집 안 뜰에 되는 것이 좋았고, 넓지 않은 공간에 사용하기 편리하게 잘 꾸며놨습니다. 아일랜드 식탁과 의자가 많이 높음

• Yasmin (8/5): Rustig verblijf met een perfecte locatie - De locatie van het appartement was super, met een kleine wandeling ben je in Old town. Als je wat langer wandelen niet erg vind is Lapad ook om de hoek. De gastvrouw was super lief, bij aankomt kregen we een uitgebreide uitleg en een welkoms cadeautje. Ook had ze heerlijke gebakjes gemaakt die we mochten proeven. De badkamer was aan de kleine kant, maar voor een paar dagen prima te doen.

Hän myös antoi hyödyllisiä vinkkejä kaupungista mm. rannat, nähtävyydet ja ravintolat sekä kulkemiset Dubrovnikissa. Avaimen pystyi antamaan heti lähtiessä suoraan omistajalle.

• Emma (10/5): Perfect location, lovely host - The property was in a great location, it is up a slight hill so may not suit someone who cannot walk far. However there is parking so perfect for if you have rented a car. I would definitely stay again. The hosts were pleasant and gave tips about the local area. Old town is around 10 minute walk, it says 30minutes on google maps but it honestly is much closer. The little area were the apartment was had loads of food places; Jacks Food and Beer and an Italian at the bottom of the street were very good and not expensive.

We love that the host was living next to us. Stanka was very welcoming and made us feel comfortable throughout the stay. The apartment was very cosy and neat. It had everything we needed and we just loved how quiet it was. we recommend Jack’s Burger Bar which was only 5min away. nothing

• Georgina (10/5): Perfect place to stay in Dubrovnik - The property is in a great location, with the Old Town being only a 20 minute walk away. The apartment was perfect for our stay, and had all the essential amenities that we required. It was very clean and modern, and the hosts, Stanka and David, were amazing and incredibly welcoming and hospitable. They left us with a fully stocked fridge, and even brought us some homemade snacks during our stay! They were incredibly helpful and kind, and at hand if we needed anything. We really enjoyed our stay at Apartments Monica, and would recommend anyone visiting Dubrovnik to stay here.

• Javier (9/5): Great apartment to visit Dubrovnik - Great apartments at the top of Dubrovnik. Car park is included and it is around 20 min walking to town. Great location. The staff was so friendly and welcoming.
• Richard (9/5): Comfortable. Friendly owner. - It was convenient to walk into Dubrovnik (we liked walking the very quiet route away from the main road on Ul. Izmedu tri Crkve and then through Bogisicev park which had 2 good viewpoints over the old town) The owner was very helpful and friendly and we were able to leave our luggage before we left for the port in the early afternoon. Everything was comfortable, clean and as described. Air con was excellent. The apartment is compact but this is clear from the description and absolutely fine for our few days here.

• Benedict (8/5): Good apartment for an overnight stay - The apartment was comfortable. It's a high density area and parking is quite tight, but the host was very patient in helping us to get our car into the drive and off the street. The host was very friendly and helpful. A few minor defects such as the awkwardly positioned fridge and the cramped toilet--a big person can bang their head on the water heater. The location is not absolutely ideal -- you have to walk for quite a while to reach the old town and there is a fair amount of climbing at the end of the day, but we can't complain as we pretty much knew what we were in for (and the price was very good).

• Lucy (10/5): Lovely apartment, amazing hosts - The apartment is lovely and clean. Hosts were very friendly and they live next door which is handy if you have any questions! It is in a great location around a 30 minute walk into the old town, or you can also get a bus (although you will still have to tackle the hill on the way back). The only slight negative is the size of the apartment is compact but we were here for a week and it was fine for us!

The apartment was clean, spacious, we stayed here for two nights and I can imagine staying here for more days. The distance to the center is reasonable, the nearby bus stop for the bus to the old town is also an advantage. Everything was perfect, there was nothing we didn't like.

The host was excellent and even gave us some Dubrovnik bookmarks as souvenirs and delicious chocolate cake. Old town 15 min away, supermarket less than 10 min away. A bit uphill so people with mobility issues might struggle a bit. Uber will take you from Old town to the apartment for as little as €4. Definitely will book again when back in Dubrovnik. N/a

• Beatriz (8/5): The owners make the stay even bettee. - David welcomed us to the house and helped us with everything, from supermarkets places to restaurants! He was a very good company, always speaking to us, showing us his garden and lovely cats! Free parking in the house was a big plus and old town is only a 5/20min walk from the house. The only thing that comes to mind is we would appreciate if there was shampoo and shower gel available, because we had to buy it for only 2 days and left it there because we could not bring it to our flight.

• Lucie (8/5): Small nest next to an organic garden - Very friendly hosts and their pets, peaceful place. Also souvenirs and basket full of fresh fruits upon arrival were a nice touch.... Bed sheet and blanket need an upgrade. Size of bathroom sink - very difficult to wash face and brush teeth.
• Barry (10/5): Lovely recommended stay - Stanka and David very friendly and kind hosts. Couldn't do enough, offered us oranges and baklava and helped us out with a very kind gesture during our stay. Facilities were perfect for a short stay, not big but everything you need really especially for the cost of a weeks stay which was very good!!! Location was also good, it is outside of the Old Town about a 20 to 25 minute walk which is a hill but we did the walk every day and most days twice a day and it was fine. It was actually lovely to walk past all the beautiful buildings everyday. There is a very small beach 5 mins walk away and the water is stunning! There is also a street food place 5 mins walk away and an Italian restaurant and a cool local jazz bat all within a short walk away.
• Ivana (10/5): The loveliest hosts ever! - Stanka and Dado are the nicest hosts we've met so far. They are so lovely and caring, so I recommend booking their accommodation just because of their hospitality. On the other hand, the apartment was very nice, small but it has everything you might need. It has a patio where you can enjoy the evenings (and cuddle with Kiki the cat 😊) since it is a very quiet neighborhood but still close to the Old Town. I highly recommend Stanka and Dado's accommodation, and we will for sure come back there.
• Julian (10/5): Great stay with an incredible hostess on walking distance from the old city. - Stanka was incredibly nice and very helpful during our stay at Apartments Monica. At arrival, the most necessary stuff was already provided in the refrigerator and the owner brought towels every (other) day. The room was very good, with a full kitchen, a cozy bathroom with a very nice shower, and an amazing view of the sea and the mountains. On our departure, Stanka thanked us for our stay and even gave us some souvenirs to take home.

We couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. Also 5 minutes from the beach, and very easy to walk into the old town. Highly recommended! Everything was perfect

The apartment is a 1 minute walk from a supermarket, bars and restaurants, bus stop. It's just a 15 min walk to the old town and well worth the walk (nice scenery). On my last night, the host gave me a handmade present and also some local beer to try out. The apartment itself is flawless. Quiet area away from the mass but still at a walking distance. Nothing
