There were some problems with the f - I liked the location a lot and the host was responsive There were some problems with the water turning cold and the water pressure was weak. Some lights also would turn dim and the toilet wouldn’t flush properly at times.

• Rosa (8/5): Estupendo - Lo mejor la ubicación, bonita calle con restaurantes buenos y cafeterias cerca, también supermecado. El coliseo a 5 minutos andando, plazas importantes céntricas en 10 minutos andando. La habitación es cómoda y grande, sabanas y toallas límpias, el colchon ya blando a mi parecer, por lo demas una estancia agradable. Buena comunicación con Pauline, nos facilitó el check in antes de la hora acordada. Todo esta bien, pero podria mjorar con detalles como un tostador de pan o la presión de la ducha que es poca, también ayudaria que pusieran café o infusiones, cuesta poco una caja y ayuda a no tener que andar buscando supermecados

• Nigel (8/5): - Comfortable main living area and bedroom. Well equipped and good size bathroom. Location is useful for getting around city. Location was noisy with early morning bin collections of bottles from local bars & restaurants. Kitchen facilities were limited and kettle was poor quality.

• Škvarkovský (9/5): - Location of this apartment is awesome, close to Colloseum and there are plenty of restaurants in close walking distance. There is lift in this old building, spacious rooms and working AC in both living rooms. Bathroom need some renovations

• Lee Adair (10/5): Retreat in the heart of Rome. - OMG the location!!!! Everything was so close by. The neighborhood alone has so much to do. It's walkable to the train station, and all of the sights are really just around the corner. Metro is nearby, and easily navigated. The apartment is comfortable, charming, and somehow quiet. Beautiful with windows open in the morning, and cool AC to relax in after going all day. Nothing, really a wonderful area. I will gladly stay there again.

• Yvonne (10/5): Schmuckstück im Herzen von Rom - Die Lage ist spitze, man kann viele Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig erreichen. In der Gasse sind viele Restaurants, man hat in der Umgebung alles was man sonst noch benötigt. Die Schlüsselübergabe war einfach und freundlich! Die Unterkunft ist sauber, gemütlich und hat alles was man gebrauchen könnte. Die vorhandene Klimaanlage war im heißen Juni ein absoluter Lebensretter! Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!
• Annette (8/5): Great apartment in Monti - The apartment is spacious and the bed was large and very comfortable. It is in a fantastic location in Monti with lots of cafes and bars and restaurants close by and without the overwhelming number of people that are in the Centro Historico. There is a lift which was a bonus. Easy to walk to the Coliseum/Forum and the other historic sites. Close to the metro and bus lines. Pauline met us on arrival and was super helpful. We stayed for a week and it was a great base. The kitchen is very small, but perfectly adequate for preparing breakfast.
• Niamh (10/5): Best place to stay in Rome - I have been to Rome several times before but this apartment is by far my favourite. The location was just perfect, with a 10-minute walk to most of the major attractions, and located beside a few small restaurants and a shop. The small cafe on the corner was also ideal for a quick breakfast. There is a list of recommendations for good places to eat inside on the table. Both beds were very comfortable, including the sofa bed, which I was thrilled about, and it was very easy to assemble. The washing machine allowed us to wash our clothes before we left. The apartment could not have been better! Pauline was amazing! My mother accidentally left her phone in the apartment, and it was no problem getting it back. Pauline sent it back to Ireland by post, and she sent all the confirmation details and shipping number so I could keep an eye on it. She could not have been more helpful or kind to us.
• Chonnisa (10/5): Feels like home. - The place is immaculate. 10 mins walk from the hotspots (Trevi fountain, Colosseum, Emmanuel statue etc.) and surrounded by cafes, restaurants, shops. When we arrived, we’re greeted by the host (Paula). She helped us settle down and recommended great places to eat. 10/10 would definitely come back.

The property was lacking a few items such as coffee pods, a dish drying towel, some lamps needed working lightbulbs.
• Kevin (9/5): Superb - The apartment was spacious, clean, and host Pauline friendly and helpful. We stayed 9 nights with no issues. There is no lift, so be prepared for 2 flights of stairs. Great location, Monte seems to be an upmarket trendy area with lots of good restaurants and bars. Very close to the coliseum, short walk to other attractions. The metro was 5 minutes walk away.
• Mariia (10/5): Great location and a cute fully functional apartment - Amazing location and value, it has everything you need, including an ac in each room. Looks exactly like the pictures. We only stayed for 4 nights, but I’m sure it would be suitable for a longer stay as well, as it has the small kitchen and even a washing machine. I had to have an online meeting from the apartment, and the internet connection was great. I could also use my own ethernet cable to connect to the router. If i had to criticize, it would be for the inconvenience of late check in and early check out, but it didn’t affect our overall experience and we knew what to expect from reading the reviews here on Booking. Also, there were no kitchen knives or a cutting board which made kitchen experience less smooth than it could be. Overall, I would definitely come here again if i was traveling to Rome another time.

You will have everything you need for a perfect vacation, the beds are very comfortable and everything is spotless. It's located close to Coloseum, Fontana di Trevi, Roman forum, and a lot of other attractions. Personal was absolutely amazing, calm and helped us with teansfer from aeroport and with a lot of information very useful for our trip. The communication was great. If I could, i would give them 10+++.

• Richard (6/5): It is ok, just ok. - the location is fantastic. the apartment is spacious. #1 they really should update the lock because it is a struggle to open. #2 the sofa bed in the living room is awful awful awful! #3 there is no stairs and you need climb two flight of stairs with your luggage #4 the TV does not work in the living room and the small TV in the bedroom is not a smart TV. #5 you need to provide a PRECISE arrival time in order for them to hand you the key overall, for the money you pay(which should be significantly discounted compare to other apartment in Rome) this is expected quality I suppose.

She even recommended few places for food and city lockers. - The apartment is very spacious and exactly like the pictures. It's very convenient for 2 people. - The area around is excellent. You can find bars, restaurants and bakeries. - The keys and lockers ( for both of the doors) didn't work very well. - The A/C of the bedroom didn't work well so the first night it was chilly. I read some comments about it and they still hadn't fix it. -We would feel safer if the door of the apartment was more secure. - No elevator, we didn't want to use it but if you have a stroller it won't be convenient. The apartment is on the 2nd floor.

• Sofie (8/5): Very good - location in the best and most lovely neighborhood ! friendly and helpful staff. cute place, spacious bedroom and bathroom. clean place. great airco (1 for the bedroom and 1 for the rest of the apt) also considerate for our baby (provided extra towels, extra products, and a baby cot) old building with very bad isolation, you hear everything from the hallway and from the neighbors in the apt above (not ideal when a baby needs to sleep). no elevator (apt is on second floor) very small kitchen. small shower. front door as well as the apartment door were difficult to lock or open.
