• Andrea (10/5): A szállás minden várakozásunkat felülmúlta, tágas, tiszta, jól felszerelt, modern lakást kaptunk. - Minden tetszett, közel volt a metró, könnyen el lehetett jutni bárhová. A lakás teljesen új, modern volt, nagyon jól éreztük magunkat. Közel volt több kávézó, étterem és egy Lidl Áruház. Nem volt, ami nem tetszett.

Great, spacious apartment with all the basic facilities that one needs. Nothing to complain about except what i state in the 'didn't like' part. Location is a neighbourhood that might come across as unsafe. I didn't have any problems but i think this is something everyone should know before they book. And i think this point is priced into the offering. So it's your call to accept the location or not for the great 'value for money' price on offer.

• Igor (3/5): Overall, the apartment was spacious and well-equipped, but the unpleasant odors and constant metro noise significantly r - It offers a very large space, so there’s plenty of room to move around. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two toilets, which is great. However, there is a major downside: the furniture. Not all the furniture is new, and the older pieces have a distinct smell of age, which is quite unpleasant. Additionally, in one of the bedrooms, the bed linen smelled like acid—it was definitely not fresh. The final issue is that the metro line runs very close by—not just nearby, but about a 10-minute walk. Even so, the trains pass constantly, every six minutes, and despite double-glazed windows, the vibration and noise still come through.

• GIOVANNA (9/5): Ci siamo trovati bene e comodi per entrare/uscire dalla città in auto. - L'appartamento è situato in una zona leggermente periferica che potrebbe dare sensazioni di pericolo. Le stanze danno sulla linea metropolitana ma è ben insonorizzato. Nelle vicinanze due ingressi della metro, supermercato, e altri negozi. E' importante il parcheggio coperto a poca distanza. Ci sono due camere ampie e ben arredate. Due bagni con cabine doccia spaziose. Completa la logistica un bel soggiorno e una cucina dotata di grandi e piccoli elettrodomestici. Check in senza problemi e pronte risposte dall'host. La posizione del 5° letto in soggiorno un po' arrangiata. Il cortiletto che se si dovesse usare si è un po' alla mercé dei palazzi intorno ma non penso ci siano altre possibilità, anzi è anche carino.

• PatriciaBT (10/5): Very good value for money - Very nice apartment. Located close to two metro stations, we enjoyed the neighborhood: a great Saturday market and many small shops. This area may not be for everyone, but for us it was perfect. Free secure parking is about 200 meters away and you leave your car with a valet. The ground floor apartment has a nice patio and the wifi worked very well. The host communication was very easy and friendly and the keys were in a keybox and we could arrive at a late hour in the night. To note: photos here are from several apartments: check if you are booking "Blue and Peach", "Grey and White" or "Beige and Blanc" which we had, on the ground floor.

Auch an Details, Shampoo etc. war alles vorhanden. Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad, großer Balkon, Netflix und Prime. Alles sehr sauber. Klare Empfehlung. Metro vor der Tür war ein bisschen laut, wir haben uns aber schnell dran gewöhnt. Betten waren uns persönlich zu hart.

• DILAN (10/5): Magnifique séjour, au dessus de mes attentes. - Le logement était très au dessus de mes attentes, très propre, je dirais meme trop propre. L’hôte avait pensé à tout, nous n’avons manqué de rien. Capsules de café, dosette de lessive, savons et shampoing de qualité. Il y avait la climatisation dans toutes les chambres, dans la cuisine, des stores, des volets, des rideaux occultants, tout pour maintenir la maison au frais. La cuisine était vraiment très propre, tout le matériel y était. Il y avait des trousses de premier secours, des prospectus pour découvrir Athènes qui nous ont beaucoup aidé. Le bruit du métro n’était vraiment pas dérangeant contrairement à certains commentaires. Toute la maison était bien pensée, tout le mobilier était propre et moderne. Même la table à repasser et l’étendoir à linge étaient de bonne qualité. Merci à Manos qui a été disponible et de bon conseil. Si je reviens sur Athènes, je repasserais par le même hôte. Je ne trouverais rien à redire même si je voulais chercher la petite bête. C’était magnifique.

• Boris (10/5): Spacious, Clean Apartment in a Great Location with Excellent Host - The apartment was very clean, nicely arranged, and very spacious. Each room has its own air conditioning. The apartment has new kitchen appliances. The location is great, as the Atikki metro station is very close, from where you can reach all the main attractions via the green or red line. We had our car parked in a garage (with car elevators), which is very close to the apartment and included in the accommodation at no extra cost. There are two stores nearby and a small park for our dog. The surrounding area might be a bit run-down and dirty, but that didn’t bother us, as the people were friendly and we always felt safe, even when returning to the apartment in the evening. Next to the road, there’s an open section of the metro line, which might be a bit noisy for some, as the balcony faces the tracks. However, it didn’t bother us because we expected it – and most of all, we were tired from exploring the city and quickly fell into a deep sleep. Our kids found the open metro line fascinating and enjoyed watching the passing trains from the balcony. Communication with Mano was perfect, instructions were clear, and he was very responsive. We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment.

It is a great detail that Mano (the host) left in the apartment coffee and tea :) The location of the apartment is 20 mins by tube from the centre, even though there are two tube stations near it. The neighbourhood can feel at first a little bit scary, but people is pleasant.

It was very noisy when trains went past, as it is literally right on the train line. Also there was a broken bit of deck at the doorway leading to the courtyard that was a bit of a tripping hazard.

It's not in the most modern of areas, but I would not let that put anyone off, We felt safe at night.

• Dzeraldas (10/5): Exceptional - Very good location. Apartaments very clean and you can find everything what would you need for your stay. Ideal for families or for a group of friends.
• Ljc (9/5): Superb - The Apartment was excellent,well decorated loved the little courtyard, Very close to metro and Lidi Can't fault it for looks! Manos the host was very helpful and Answered all questions Too close to metro, the line was outside the Apartment the Trains were a little noisy when they passed by. The Area seemed safe enough, but didn't look it, It was run down, lots of dirt, rubbish, dog mess, graffiti ( although it's everywhere to be fair) it's a problem in Athens,
• Reine (10/5): Exceptional - Everything, the apartment is well maintained and just simply beautiful. It felt like home. Mano was friendly and super nice. Nothing
• Ingus (10/5): Very good place where to stay in Athens - What I liked about the apartments was their excellence in terms of modern amenities, spacious layouts, and overall comfort. The hosts' communication was also excellent, making the overall experience very welcoming and accommodating. However, what was not perfect about the location was the presence of a metro line passing by, which occasionally caused some noise disturbance. While this was a minor inconvenience, it did detract slightly from the otherwise pleasant living environment.
• Relly (10/5): Beautiful apartment! - The apartment is superb, very clean, has everything you need, and Evi was so great, helpful in every little thing we needed. Overall a very very pleasant stay. It's a bit far from the center, and the neighborhood is not great, but you have at a 7 minutes walking 2 metro stations at your choice, so it's an overall great value for money.
