• 61-BK (10/5): Perfect hotel - The location is perfect! Directly linked to the BTS Asok station. TERMINAL 21 shopping mall is opposite, so don't need to even cross the road, just use the link way of Asok BTS station. It is quiet n comfortable stay. Cant find a better location to stay in Bangkok. The staff were extremely helpful n friendly. We were very.pleased, especially the 2 staff, Bozz n Krit. Will definitely choose to stay.at.this hotel if we visit Bangkok again.

• chengzh0ul (2/5): Unhygienic Bedding Caused Severe Allergic Rash - During my recent stay (Jan 27-30，2026), I developed a severe and spreading rash on all skin areas that contacted the duvet. The proof is undeniable: my family, who used their own bed sheets, had no issues. I provided full evidence to the hotel. Their response was unacceptable: hiding behind their laundry contractor's "standards" and refusing responsibility because "no other guests reported it." How would they know, if others also used protective bedding? They offered only a future discount for a proven health incident. This is a serious sanitation and safety failure. They value paperwork over guest health. Until they genuinely investigate, I warn guests to bring their own bedding or reconsider staying. The management's dismissive attitude is as concerning as the initial allergy.

• Canasian-Nomad (10/5): Perfect 5 night stay! - You really can't go wrong in choosing to stay here. Our 5 nights here were superb! Check in was a breeze! Hospitality at its finest! They don't even want their guests to stand around while they check you in. They will politely ask for your passports and do all the necessary admin work while you have a seat. And only after they're finished will they invite you to the counter, hand you your keys and away you go. We booked a grand deluxe room. A real king size bed! Sweeping city views from the 24th floor. Room was pristine, modern and new. Shower pressure excellent. Toiletries were abundant.. loofah, toothbrush kits, combs, sewing kits, etc. Full sized bottles of shower gel, shampoo, conditioner. Many filtered water bottles were given each day. Reception staff were smiley, attentive and ready to help in any way possible. Special thanks to Bozz who helped us personally with every little request or question we had going out of his way with detailed instructions and taking his time. We ate at the Japanese restaurant a couple times and the sushi is comparable to high- end places in Vegas and Chicago. Special mention to Pink who's kindness and hospitality was just so sincere. Housekeeping was wonderful! Everything is cleaned so well! Spotless! Bath towels are oversized and fluffy! Pool was refreshing and they even give you free welcome drink coupons for the rooftop bar. Views are breathtaking and the drinks especially the one with the Thai basil was our favorite! Everything worked at this hotel and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

• Passenger15492994487 (10/5): Always my favourite hotel in Bangkok - wallet lost and found - This is my favourite hotel to stay whenever I travel to Bangkok, I have absolutely no complaints about it. I just returned from Bangkok recently and stayed in this hotel. On one of the days, I lost my wallet after alighting from a grabcar (in the late afternoon). Upon confirming I couldn't find it where I alighted, I immediately approached the hotel staff to inform them about my situation. The two lady staff were very calm and helpful, they made a report on the grab app and called the driver repeatedly, and tried to calm me down. I was very anxious as most of my cash, credit cards and identification card are in the wallet. Although the driver said he would return it, he kept accepting other passengers and delayed returning it, until the staff called him again and he finally returned it at 9+ in the night. I can't tell you how grateful I am to the hotel staff who went the extra mile to help me.

• Angel (10/5): Profiter de la piscine faire du shopping Rooftop du Solaria a une vue magnifique avec un bon bar et de la musique - La qualité du service est exceptionnel , personnel attentionné au Solaria Hotel. Directement connecté au BTS et au terminal 21 via le lobby. Et c’est une qualité non négligeable pour ceux qui ne veut pas le perdre de temps dans les transports aux heures de pointe et être à deux à côté du food court du terminal 21 mall et des meilleurs shopping mall de Bangkok. Tout était vraiment parfait les gens sont sympas la nourriture est excellente . Je vous recommande vivement le petit déjeuner et le Solaria

The hotel is directly connected to Asok station & Terminal 21. Staff at Solaria Nishitetsu made us feel very welcome. Excellent Front Office team! Khun Pare was extremely good and helpful in providing useful insightful information on Bangkok’s latest trendy malls & restaurants, and helped us to make bookings for spa massage. Spent my birthday at Solaria Nishitetsu and the hotel celebrated my birthday with free drinks and a small gift. Tqvm! We had a corner room with a bright & spacious bathroom. Bedroom was clean and compact, with a bedside sofa chair..it would have been nice to have a computer table. Breakfast was very good, with ala carte selections of Japanese, Western or Vegetarian. Not crowded at all. Overall service at Solaria Nishitetsu was quite outstanding. A unique brand experience!

The direct link to BTS Asok station makes it super convenient, and Terminal 21 shopping mall is just a short walk away — perfect for both leisure and shopping. The staff have always been friendly and helpful. On my most recent stay, I mentioned needing a table for business purposes, and they immediately offered a working table solution. Small touches like this show how attentive and accommodating the team is. Rooms are well-maintained and designed with a relaxing holiday vibe, ideal for travellers looking to unwind. For work, the only minor drawback is the lighting, which can feel a bit dim at night. Otherwise, the space is clean, comfortable, and practical for both short and repeat stays.

• Harumi (10/5): 便利 - 大げさに言うと、BTSアソーク駅の改札口がフロントドアの目の前という立地の良さと、日本語の話せるスタッフさんです。帰国便が夜でしたが、タクシーよりは電車の方がいいと言われて、改札がすぐなので大きなスーツケースでも特に困ることなく1時間以内に空港チェックインカウンターに着きました。金額も乗り継ぎ合わせても確か100バーツいかなかったように思います。 特になし
• StevenYH (10/5): Clean and convenience - Stay for 3 nights with my family. The location is just superb. Easy access to BTS/MRT, so a good hub for exploring Bangkok. I took Airport Rail Link from BKK to Makkasan, and walked about 5 mins to MRT Phetchaburi, and just one stop at Sukhumvit, and another 5 mins walk to the hotel. I think overall 50 min from airport to Solaria and cost me about 52 Thb. The room at Solaria Bangkok is very clean and the amenities are well-maintained, air con is excellent, water pressure very strong, and room is soundproofed, you could barely listen to any noice from outside. Although the breakfast is tedious and catering for the Japanese, their fried chicken and sweet Satay in the Salad bar is excellent. I think you could just book the room without breakfast, cause you could easily find a plenty of selections in the Terminal 21. The service at the front desk is very professional, very good for international travelers and business visitors. The housekeeping is also doing a great job to keep my room clean. Highly recommend.

• Asienkenner_1 (10/5): Excellent Location, Great Value for Money - We came back for another stay and it was as great as the first time. The Solaria is in a fantastic location, directly connected to the Asok Skytrain station, making it extremely convenient for exploring the city. As a Japanese-style hotel, the design is minimalist and functional, but everything is impeccably clean and well-maintained. If you’re looking for a grand, luxurious property with a large lobby and opulent décor, this may not be the right choice. However, for its price point and unbeatable location, it offers excellent value. The rooftop bar is a highlight, serving outstanding cocktails and mocktails with a great view. The only small improvement, I have stated this after our first stay as well a few years ago, would be to provide lotion in the bathroom, as it’s still missing. Overall, a highly recommended stay for travelers who value efficiency, cleanliness, and convenience over luxury frills.

• Becky (10/5): - Excellent location if you are traveling on BTS or MRT. The hotel is next to Asok and Sukumvit MRT is walking distance. Many food and shopping options around. There’s also massage nearby. Room was also comfortable with a good view as I stayed on level 20. There’s even a bathtub with a decent view too. Would definitely be back at this hotel next time.

• Richard (10/5): - We stayed here twice during our recent trip to Thailand. The rooms were on the smaller side, but there was enough room for us and our luggage. The rooms and the hotel were very clean. The staff was all extremely friendly and helpful. The location was perfect as it was attached to the BTS and within a 2 minute walk to the MRT. I would definitely stay here again if I were to return to Bangkok.
