When we arrived, they could not find our reservation, after which we were sent to their old apartment to check in there. We were also unable to check in earlier. The room bed was not in order... no pans, even though it is an apartment. The service has become very poor.

- Guest (7/5): Nice neighborhood, needs improvement - Great property to stay for short term periods. The gym is small but it has enough for you to get a good workout. The pool is nice but the water is so cold! There are restaurants, coffee shop, grocery store all within a couple of blocks of the building. The main elevator is always broken, despite them having technicians coming in to work on the problem. There's usually one working at all times along with the staff elevator on the other side of the building, but for the amount of people that stay here it's not enough.

- GILMYCEL (8/5): - Beautiful building and apt.however the balcony was dirty with some droppings that looked like mouse droppings,I reported it but was told they had no mice,I took picsThe bathroom floor on the main room had hair but I know a hair can be missed,in general the apt needed some TLC and a deep cleaning. The carpet on the hallway on my floor had brown stains,it also needs a good steam cleaning, the apt area rug needs replacement or a good cleaning. I refrained from reporting anything else as the front desk's attitude is terrible and they are not knowledgeable. Another guest told me not to ask anything as they didn't "know anything," didn't know what her issue was with them but she was angry. I also started my stay by being given TWO damaged elevator keys. I spent a good hour going back and forth with them to the elevator as the "control was new." Maybe it was, but it didn't work. The third time was a charm! All this fun with two tired kids in tow. I got a parking ticket while parked in the garage and displaying a temporary parking tag upon arrival,I was told I had to fight it with the city,UGH! Stressful stay for sure!

- Paul (3/5): Mis-sold in my opinion, loads of hassle. Front line staff have an impossible job to try to offer hotel experience in a - Front line staff were all nice and their effort appreciated. I felt they had seen this mis-representation before and were trying their best to manage it. In my opinion this was mis-sold and mis-represented on Booking as a hotel. It’s an apartment share in a large, modern apartment block. Many things wrong compared to regular hotel. 90 minute check in effort- back and forth calls to Provident night manager (not onsite). Building concierge has no task other than to provide check in elevator ‘tag’ and room code. I re-checked against the advert today. If it is a short term vacation rental …then it shouldn’t be under hotels and it shouldn’t claim a microwave as sufficient to make a single below average sized room - in my opinion - a ‘vacation stay apartment’. Over priced, no parking (mis-stated on booking), no daily service, room is separated from main apartment by a door so thin the light from next door shines through. Luckily the gentleman next door played Mozart so could cope… The elevator ‘tag’ was broken (confirmed by building concierge) so couldn’t come and go as needed until it was replaced day 2 of three day stay. One of the two bedroom side lamps was broken. The slow draining sink became completely blocked on last morning of a 3 night stay. There was no chain on the front door (the fitment was there but no chain). The spy hole was stuffed with toilet tissue. Yale code lock was inoperative one night. Let’s be generous and call it operator error. In a normal hotel that would immediately have been resolved. 45 minute wait until 10:30pm for hotel maintenance gentleman to arrive from Provident Blue hotel which was a 14 minute walk away (this was not the responsibility of the building concierge). The Provident Grand auxiliary onsite office was not open at any time where normal business people come and go for daily work to their offices. I received 4 stern letters that I must come the next day before 3 pm to complete the check in process ‘NO EXEMPTIONS’. Eh? Check in the day after you arrive somewhere and then send stern reminders that there are ‘no exemptions’ on day 2. Try that at a Hilton or intercontinental.

Stated he had to contact the internet company. Was not resolved during our stay. Pool was under construction and this was not disclosed when we booked our stay. So disappointed. Was told we had to use the pool at another facility. Not what we expected at all.

Upon arrival we had a late flight coming in and once we arrived at the hotel the desk staff had NO knowledge of my reservations. And the office that would have handled my reservations was closed ! They close at 5pm ! So we were giving a random room that once we checked around was very unclean and not ready ! The water pressure was super LOW . They were doing construction on top of the hotel so the pool was not available and the NOISE WAS DISTRACTING AND VERY LOUD FROM 7am till afternoon. The boiler in one of the bedroom was LOUD and made it very hard to sleep on vacation. We had to walk daily to the nearby hotel pool And lastly the WiFi was inoperable!!!!! Which you needed to watch tv . So no tv… no pool … loud construction noise …. Very low water pressure for the sink and shower … I paid over 3k for this very mid hotel experience.

Although it was advertised that the pool was not going to be accessible until the end of March, we didn't like that we had to pack and go to the building next door just to enjoy sitting by the pool. We didn't like that the temperature of the business room was set at a low temperature. Everyone we encountered in this room agreed that the room was too cold and it was difficult to sit for an hour straight to get some work done.

Close to a Publix and (expensive but not always good ) restaurants. Very friendly and helpful office staff! The elevator was far.

My room had a plumbing problem (which they fixed). There was no desk/work area. The bath towels were hidden in a drawer and not obvious to find. Overall, nice property but many small annoying inconveniences.

You also have to park so far ,while you have plenty of parking, why do you let people park so far? And the service from the ladies at the desk is really bad 👎🏻 and the room was not clean good so much dusty everywhere ..I am disappointed with your service

First unlit loud noise every 30sec from master toilet shower not clean. Second room bathroom not cleaned hair in shower, hair in the bed on the pillows food still in the refrigerator. Third room shower not clean calcium build up in shower head nasty soap scum on shower doors and shower tiles. Bed sheets stained. cleaning lady switched sheets for me and tried to clean shower. I had to go to Publix and buy Kaboom to clean the shower. A portion of my stay should be refunded for the inconvenience. you all ask for a certain amount to be paid prior to coming, then I should have Received a clean condo. Luxury nothing luxury nor grand about this! We drove 9 1/2 hours and was expecting better! I looked for other hotels but everything was booked.

Lots of walkable restaurants and park across the street. The only downside was that pool was closed. You can use the pool at the sister property but they close pretty early. Also, no wash clothes 6.

The location and the close proximity to the local restaurants. The atmosphere was fabulous during the day and night. The staff (women) were always friendly. The TV, the central air, and even the dryer didn’t work/function properly and we didn’t receive a discount nor some type of gift card for our inconvenience. As we had to indure no central air. When reported the 1st day. No repairman responded!!! This is where the property should have jumped in and offered a discount or gift. are, something.
