• Rogério (9/5): Hotel muito bom, mas ainda tem coisas que podem melhorar. - - A localização é muito boa, perto de metrô, do tram (algo semelhante a um VLT ou bonde), terminal de ônibus, restaurantes, mercados, etc. - O hotel fica perto de vários pontos turísticos (acessíveis a pé em poucos minutos). - O café da manhã ou mini almoço é excelente, com muitas opções. - O hotel fornecia como cortesia, todos os dias, garrafas de água e cápsulas de café. - A cama é grande e confortável. - O wifi funcionou bem. - O ar condicionado funcionou bem. - O quarto é espaçoso. - No 8° andar do hotel, tem um restaurante com vista para Acrópole. - Tem uma loja (tipo um restaurante/lanchonete/padaria) quase em frente ao hotel chamada Bread Factory que tem de tudo em alimentação (gostosos e com valores justos). - Bom elevador. - A decoração do hotel. - O quarto tem uma tv de tela grande com diversos canais [quase não vi ...mas estavam disponíveis]. -E a cereja do bolo: o Andreas (da recepção), além de competente e simpático com os hóspedes, fala português fluentemente! Ele nos auxiliou bastante. Sempre disposto a ajudar. - Como no dia que fomos embora saímos cedo, o hotel providenciou embalagens com lanches (já que não conseguiríamos comer o café no hotel). - O quarto que ficamos era na parte de trás e tinha como vista da varanda os fundos de outros prédios [nem todos bonitos rs... mas o estado dos outros prédios não é culpa do hotel]. Pelo menos, dava para ver, olhando para baixo, um jardim interno do hotel que era bonito. - Na frente do hotel só tem espaço para uns 2 carros e por terem poucas vagas, quando chegamos, tivemos que descer na esquina. - Num dia, voltamos para o hotel e o pessoal da limpeza não tinha retirado o lixo nem reposto o papel no banheiro.

• Beena (4/5): False advertisement - The location and friendly staff The shower products advertised were false. A different brand was provided. The room was not sound proof - the noise from the road, even with the windows closed, was very loud. The AC is controlled by the hotel but it was very hot in the room and they didn't change it. The room safe wasn't secured into the wall and could be easily removed. The hotel fridge was warm not cold and the sink would fill up with water and not drain properly. We would definitely want our money back as we flagged all of this to the hotel and nothing changed
• Ruggiero (8/5): Otto per la qualità della colazione, lo staff e la comodità dei letti. - La qualità dei prodotti della colazione, la gentilezza dello staff sicuramente. L'hotel insiste su una strada molto trafficata e dal sesto piano si sente il rumore (con le finestre chiuse). La colazione è servita a piano terra e non sul rooftop (niente vista sull'acropoli) ed è prevista una sola bevanda calda dalla macchina caffè. La camera un po' minimal, bagno piccolo e la porta scorrevole faceva fatica a chiudersi (Non me l'aspetto da un hotel 4 stelle). Abbiamo segnalato il problema e sono intervenuti ma dopo due giorni il problema si è ripresentato. Se avessimo prenotato a tariffa piena sarebbe stato molto deludente.

Room was comfortable and hotel location was perfect to roam around athens! We also rented a car and there were parking garages and psrking availabinties nearby. Breakfast was modest, more than expected and had a variety of options, some of which varied day by day. I highly recommend this hotel! Nothing

• AAYGEN (8/5): - Otelin konumu çok iyiydi, gezmeyi planladığımız bütün noktalara neredeyse yürüme mesafesindeydi. Otel çalışanları çok cana yakın ve yardımcıydılar. Kahvaltı çeşitleri yeterliydi. Kahvaltı salonu biraz kısıtlı bir alana sahip, yoğun olduğu saatlerde masa bulma zor olabiliyor.

• Sadia (9/5): Lovely stay - The room was good and had enough space. We were by the lifts and no sound bothered us nor the street cars - so sound proofing was good. Location was really nice for us, close to great handmade stores and art museum - close enough to get into the hustle bustle but far enough for quietness. Staff were superb, very helpful and accommodating. Pillows were awful, not firm enough and all over the place. The design is cute but a little impractical in places, like the dangling bedside light with the switches right next to it causing it to always hit the wall. Ventilation in bathroom is needed.

• ebruerol (8/5): 3 days 2 nights @Heritage Hill - The hotel was located close to both the city center and the seaside. There was a bus stop right in front, and metro and tram stations were within a 3‑minute walking distance. Having markets and restaurants nearby was convenient. Although the room was not very spacious, it was sufficient for our 2‑night stay, and the bed was comfortable.The breakfast area was positioned in a small space right next to the reception. During busy periods, this could be a bit problematic. The breakfast itself was adequate, and the beverage service was nice. The gym was small. It only had 3 pieces of equipment and some weights. But as a rower, I was quite happy to see that there was a Concept ergometer machine. When I opened the toilet lid for the first use, seeing that it was not clean upset me greatly, as hygiene is very important. Being allergic, I noticed a dusty smell, which bothered me slightly, probably due to the spring season.The lack of explanations for the breakfast items was not good for us. Since we do not eat pork and were unfamiliar with some foods, we constantly had to ask.

• Anna (6/5): - Die Sauberkeit ist hervorzuheben. Toller Blick von der Dachterrasse auf die Akropolis. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmte nicht ganz. Das Hotel liegt an einer lauten Verkehrsstraße, leider nicht ganz so zentral wir viele andere Hotels der Preisklasse. Wir haben in derselben Woche in einem anderen Hotel an der Straße mit weitaus besserer Lage zur Plaka übernachtet. Die 10 Minuten Gehweite mehr machen dann doch den Unterschied. Die Einrichtung des Hotels ist sicherlich Geschmackssache, aber die Qualität der Einrichtung/ Böden etc ist sicherlich nicht die allerbeste. Aber super Zustand und sehr sauber. Das Rooftop Restaurant ist nicht sehr gemütlich oder interessant Designed. Da kann man an vielen Orten Athens sehr viel netter sitzen.

• Lucas (9/5): Mijn verblijf was geweldig en ik ben heel dankbaar voor de vriendelijke personeel! - Her personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt was heel lekker en met een uitgebreid aanbod. Alles was proper. Niet te ver van het centrum en gemakkelijk bereikbaar met openbaar vervoer. Het hotel was op zich rustig maar de geluid-isolatie van de buitenmuren is niet perfect. Als een snelle auto op straat rijdt (of iemand op straat hard schreeuwt), dan is er wel een kans dat jij het gaat luisteren. Gelukkig gebeurt dit zelden! Het dichtmaken van de kamerdeur maakt wat lawaai!

• Paul (9/5): - Das Frühstück war hervorragend! Es gibt eine Bar im obersten Stock mit einem fantastischen Ausblick. Man konnte den Verkehr durchgehend hören, da das Hotel direkt an einer stark befahrenen Straße liegt. Für uns war es aber kein Problem, wir konnten dennoch nachts ungestört schlafen.

Il principale punto critico riguarda l'isolamento acustico degli infissi, del tutto insufficiente a schermare i rumori della strada anche ai piani alti (5° piano).

Walking distance to Plaka and Acropolis 10-15 min with good variety of all public transport . Best service we had , professional and knowledgeable , proper hospitality was always provided from stylish and kind people at front desk 🫶 Thank you to everyone at front desk that made us feel valuable and welcome guests ❤️ The trendy large windows at main street level need extra noice isolation ! Second lift for staff only will be beneficial ! Greek options to the continental breakfast and daily variety was missing ! The ruff top bar / restaurant Zale needs to step up it’s presentation on all cocktails, all food on the menu is basic served , doesn’t look gourmet or luxe and customer service is very polite but lacks knowledge on wine parting with food and cocktails ! Currently the Zale restaurant doesn’t represent good value despite the fantastic Acropolis views and beautiful designer decor ! Is not what people expect from 4 stars ! We can’t recommend the Zale restaurant dining experience at this point but maybe just a coffee with Acropolis view in luxury environment will be enjoyable !

• Johannes (9/5): Gutes Hotel um Athen zu erkunden. - Gutes Hotel, ideale Lage zur Stadt erkunden, gutes Frühstück und nettes Personal. Zimmer waren gut ausgestattet und sehe sauber. Gute Klimaanlage!!! Bett war minimal zu weich (bin aber auch empfindlich), Fenster sind schon etwas lauter aber das ist hier normal und man kann trotzdem gut schlafen.

• Miriam Les (7/5): - Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Restaurant war sehr gut und bot einen tollen Blick auf die Akropolis. Die Lautstärke zur Straße war nicht zu ertragen. Das Zimmer war sehr warm. (25 Grad im März) Die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht.
