- Heidi (5/5): Onhygienisch en sfeerloos - Het personeel was aardig en de bedden zijn goed Er werd zeer oppervlakkig schoongemaakt. De vloer was vies, langs alle muren zaten zwarte randen. Het was zeer gehorig, Het is gebouwd als een gevangenisgebouw, met 'snachts felle lampen op de galerijen, waardoor het in onze kamer erg licht bleef. Voor 200 euro per nacht alles bijelkaar, verwacht je toch meer. Het is eigenlijk meer een studentenhotel.

- EMMA (9/5): Super consigliato per un soggiorno di qualche giorno con un budget ragionevole - Posizione super comoda a 5 minuti dalla metro, in un quartiere tranquillo lontano dal caos del centro. Struttura piuttosto nuova e pulita, vicinanza alla spiaggia, servizio 24h/24h della reception con staff disponibile e pronto a darti indicazioni, check-in online super efficiente. Ho scelto questo alloggio per la sicurezza (cosa non scontata nelle grandi città) e la completezza di servizi inclusi, oltre che per il buon rapporto qualità-prezzo. Consigliato, ci ritornerei volentieri!! Direi che è stato tutto ottimale

La struttura avrebbe potuto adoperarsi per trovarmi un altro alloggio idoneo. Non lo ha fatto e mi ha lasciato nel panico. Tantomeno ha offerto un indennizzo.

Staff cordiale, soprattutto il recepionist della sera che ha provato ad aiutarci a risolvere un problema in camera. La stanza era sporca, sotto il letto c'era polvere e non c'era neanche una spugna e il detersivo per i piatti per lavare le stoviglie. Nonostante avessimo detto più volte che non funzionava l'aria condizionata, non é stato risolto il problema.

Do głównych atrakcji dobry dojazd choć można by dojść piechotą. Na okolicznych uliczkach dużo knajpek i marketów, jest nawet Lidl. Brak ściereczki i płynu do mjycia talerzy.

- Nicola Pio (5/5): Posizione perfetta ma pulizia da rivedere - Posizione strategica e silenziosa nel cuore di Barceloneta, a soli 5 minuti a piedi dalla metro. Lo staff è stato gentilissimo e molto disponibile, offrendoci il servizio di deposito bagagli e fornendoci una culla senza alcun sovrapprezzo. La struttura ha del potenziale e dispone di spazi comuni con giochi come biliardo e carambola per passare il resto della serata. La camera offriva un piccolo cucinino ottimo per chi viaggia con bambini piccoli. L'igiene è purtroppo inesistente: camera molto sporca nonostante il rifacimento quotidiano del letto. Il bagno è stato il problema maggiore: privo di bidet, finestra e sistema di aspirazione, emanava odore di fogna ed era pieno di muffa (anche sulla tenda della doccia). Inoltre, la doccia a filo pavimento allagava tutto il bagno a ogni utilizzo e l’asciugacapelli in dotazione era vecchio e arrugginito.

Problemy z kanalizacją i unoszący się na korytarzach nieprzyjemny zapach były dość uciążliwe. Jeśli planujecie pobyt zimą, koniecznie zaopatrzcie się w przenośny grzejnik i ciepłe koce”

Budova nabízí i fitko a místnost pro zábavu (kulečník, šipky, fotbálek). Pokoj nemůžu opravdu hodnotit jako čistý. Drobky po zemi, prach a kolečka od sklenic na nábytku a plíseň v koupelně.

- Nina (10/5): - I loved the apartment, really nice experience, bus stations and metro stations are close, you have shop lidl 300m away, the staff is soo soo nice and helpful, room was really clean, every day the cleaning lady, make out bed and refill out shower gels and shampoos. After we checked out, we left luggage in their room for the whole day and then we picked it after. Really nice experience. 10/10
