Розрахунок був не зрозумілий, мені надіслали незрозумілу ссилку щоб я там оплатив проживання. Те посилання не спрацьовувало, я витратив більше години на очікування від господарки, замість відпочинку.В приміщені небуло персоналу ,все вирішували через повідомлення. Ще була лопнувша кришка унітазу. Проблеми з каналізацією.
• Giovanni Paolo (10/5): Veramente il punto d'appoggio perfetto per visitare Napoli - Posizione comodissima rispetto alla stazione ed alla metro, in un lato del quartiere con molti esercizi aperti anche di notte. Bel palazzo, check in molto semplice e la proprietaria è stata molto cordiale. Ottima colazione, letti comodissimi, strutturamolto pulita. Appartamento rinnovato da poco. Ci torneremo sicuramente. tutto perfetto

La verdad que es muy engorroso y eso afecta la estadía. Las llaves se traban, de hecho a otro huésped se le rompió la llave y se quedó afuera. El ascensor que si no cierran las puertas manualmente, queda abierto y hay que subir o bajar 5 pisos con maleta.... Frustrante.

La buona colazione varia con molto da poter prendere e preparare letto e cuscini ultracomodi. Stanza ben riscaldata. Soggiornare È stato come se stessi a casa mia. Il sapone c'è monodose ma avrei preferito il barattolo. Ma la squisita proprietaria ha rimediato alla mia futile esigenza

• Mateusz (10/5): Exceptional - I had a great stay! The place was very clean, peaceful and quiet – perfect for relaxing. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, communication was smooth and warm. Everything was well organized and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again when I’m back in Naples. Highly recommended!

I don’t think that this property should have “breakfast included” in the description because I don’t think the products available are good for breakfast, being all sweet. Also, I did mind a bit the presence of the owner at the property and it felt a bit intrusive. Found a bug on the pillow.

• Tim (7/5): Overall a good stay and the place was comfortable and very conveniently located next to main station - It was clean and comfortable. Shared kitchen area means you can cook, make sandwiches etc Breakfast was a bit sporadic. Food (ham, fruit etc) was left in the fridge for guests to prepare, but sometimes little food was left. We ended up buying our own ham and cheese (as did one of the other guests). We had given our time of arrival, but had to wait 10-15 mins for owner to arrive

• Daniele (9/5): Nice B&B close to the central station of naples - Nice B&B located close to the central station of napels, easy to reach and to find. The Area is safe. Access to the place is also possible if the owner is not available on the day and time of arrival. The Owner is well accomodating, friendly and willing to help if anything extra is needed. the breakfast is self service and not provided. Therefore you would need to prepare you own coffee. it is a bit of a basic breakfast, so don't expect fresh juices or croissant.
