• Aia (9/5): Tolles Hotel im Herzen Roms! - Top Lage und sehr freundliches Personal! Es gab super Tipps und Unterstützung! Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten waren in mindestens 30 Min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Leider hört man die Gäste über einem sehr laut, wenn sie laufen. Der Boden knarrt extrem, was besonders Nachts und am frühen morgen sehr stört. Fliesen auf dem Boden waren teilweise locker.

• STEFANO (6/5): Senza la cortesia dello staff e la posizione centrale non ci sarebbero motivi per andarci. - La qualità della posizione, centralissima, è superata solo dalla gentilezze e dalla professionalità dello staff. Purtroppo, pur facendo del proprio meglio lo staff opera in una struttura migliorabile. Aria condizionata ben funzionante. Biancheria pulita. Ascensore non funzionante, qualità dell'arredo molto entry level, colazione con poca scelta e prodotti tutti preconfezionati. Camera molto piccola senza un locale a sé stante dedicato ai servizi igienici: lavabo e doccia direttamente in camera. Qualità degli asciugamani molto bassa.

Je recommande cet établissement - L’emplacement était vraiment très bon, très central nous avons fait tout à pied Le problème c’était qu’il n’y avait pas d’ascenseur en état de marche , nous avions la chambre au dernier étage , les escaliers très étroits, il n’y avait pas d’autres chambres de disponible. De plus la présence de goélands était sympa mais ils venaient taper toutes les nuits à la fenêtre c’était un peu dérangeant

La struttura ha indubbiamente dalla sua la posizione, la pulizia e un letto comodo, cose che non do per scontate e che apprezzo. Peccato che si fermino qui i punti a favore. L’ascensore era fuori uso per tutta la durata del soggiorno. Tre piani con le valigie, nessuno che si è offerto di aiutare, la comunicazione è arrivata il giorno si arrivo dalla reception (si sarà rotto proprio quel giorno, immagino). Un disagio evitabile con un minimo di organizzazione o almeno con un po’ di buona volontà. La camera in mansarda è ampia, ma “ampia e vuota” non è esattamente quello che si cerca. Spazio per due persone, arredo per una: un solo porta asciugamani in bagno, quasi nessun ripiano, doccia microscopica. I battiscopa si staccano dalle pareti. Non so se sia trascuratezza recente, ma è anche la sensazione di una ristrutturazione fermata a metà. Il problema più sottovalutato: i gabbiani. Battono sul tetto e sulle finestre dalla mattina presto. Se avete in programma di dormire oltre le 7, la mansarda non fa per voi.

No recomiendo el servicio de traslado al aeropuerto que ofrece el hotel.

• Rachel (9/5): Would highly recommend! - Perfect location, quiet and yet very central. All main sites (Vatican, colosseum) less than 30 min walk. Piazza Navona about 2 min walk. The little side street it’s on is very pretty, quaint but also nice vibes with little trattoria’s which served lovely food. We went to check out trastevere as had heard good things about it but actually preferred our own little street! We were out early most days (pre breakfast) and they put a breakfast tray in our room for the next day (croissants, bread, ham and cheese, yoghurts, orange juice, bottles of water) so we could eat and run. Fridge in room. Air con. Bed was very comfortable. Property was clean, our rooms were cleaned each day and fresh towels. Very reasonable price too. Staff very friendly but not overbearing. Kept us up to date appropriately via WhatsApp. We were very happy and would highly recommend. The lift broke twice whilst we were there, we never actually used it as it was broken on our arrival and they had let us know via WhatsApp and apologised profusely. This wasn’t an issue for us as we have no mobility issues but this property is not suitable if you can’t manage steep stairs as there were 3 flights to get to reception. When it was fixed we didn’t use it either, it made me feel anxious that it would break again and it did! It was fixed quickly each time but definitely a consideration for some.

Zum Essen muss man praktisch nur zur Tür hinaus gehen, dann hat man ein Lokal neben dem anderen und man hat die Qual der Wahl. Eigentlich hatten wir nichts auszusetzen. Man sollte schon gut zu Fuß sein, die Treppen zum Hotel sind ziemlich hoch, der Fahrstuhl sah uns nicht vertrauenswürdig genug aus.

Harrison was lovely, polite and accommodating. Typical Brit abroad would have loved a kettle to be able to make a coffee in the morning. • Andrew (8/5): Perfectly located for short walk to all major sights. Very comfortable and clean stay. - We stayed in the attic apartment. Even though I am over 6ft, the low ceiling didnt trouble me. There are steep stairs to reach it but that didn't trouble us also. Staff were super friendly and room was spotlessly clean and the bed was huge and comfortable. Would have enjoyed coffee making facilities in the room and more extensive breakfast option rather than continental. A tiny lift would be a hinderance for people with lots of baggage. These aren't complaints just things I think would be helpful to know.

• Brigitte (9/5): Ein toller Aufenthalt im Herzen von Rom in authentischem Ambiente - Ein wirklich alter Palazzo (i.e. größeres Wohnhaus) der bis auf die Zimmer der Unterkunft im 2. OG und DG unverändert geblieben zu sein scheint, was eine ganz besondere authentische Atmosphäre ausstrahlt. Das 1. OG scheint noch im Dornröschenschlaf zu sein. Mein Zimmer war sehr groß mit 2 großen Fenstern und man konnte wunderbar auf die Gasse und die benachbarten Häuser schauen. Das Bad war super sauber und neu ausgestattet. Das Bett riesig und für mich äußerst bequem (nicht typisch italienisch hart)! Harrison ist offen und freundlich und vermittelt das Gefühl, willkommen zu sein, ebenso die nette Reinigungsdame. Die separate Heizung im Bad war für die Jahreszeit für mich wunderbar! Der kleine Frühstücksplatz hat mir ebenfalls gefallen und bot sich zum Austausch mit dem Personal sowie anderen Gästen an. Die tollen dicken Holzbalken der Decke knarren leider wirklich laut, wenn jemand die Treppe hoch ging oder sich oben bewegte. Daran habe ich mich aber nach 2 Tagen gewöhnt.

• Tobias Benjamin (7/5): Eine tolle Lage zu einem anständigen Preis - Tolle Lage, umgeben von sehr guten Bars und Restaurants, 2 Minuten entfernt vom Piazza Navona. Das Personal ist extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Zimmer ist sauber und das Bett komfortabel. Wir haben unsere Aufenthalt genossen, erwarten sie nicht das große Hotel Erlebnis aber wer eine gute Lage bevorzugt ist hier richtig ! Es fehlen Ablagen im Badezimmer, zbsp neben der Toilette. Auch wird der Raum nicht ausgenutzt, man hat leider nur ein Bett und einen Stuhl. Die Tageskissen in unserem Zimmer waren sehr schmutzig und müssen erneuert werden, auch darf auch mal auf den Regalen im Zimmer abgestaubt werden.

• Irina (10/5): Мне очень все понравилось, огромная благодарность персоналу - Немного с опозданием пишу свой отзыв) Располагается отель в старинном доме на маленькой улочке в самом центре, в пешей доступности от всех достопримечательностей, Местоположение — 10/10. В номере чисто , есть ванные принадлежности , халат , тапочки, много полотенец . Всю необходимую информацию по заселению высылают заранее , есть постоянная поддержка по what’s app даже после заселения в любое время дня. Вкусные завтраки и очень дружелюбный персонал. Есть возможность оставить свой чемодан при раннем прилете и позднем вылете. Отдельная благодарность Харрисону за то, что несмотря на мой не совсем хороший английский - терпеливо выслушивал и помогал. Это место куда хочется вернуться и куда в следующий свой визит в Рим обязательно вернусь. Все было замечательно! Возможно, людям в пожилом возрасте будет сложно подниматься по крутой лестнице
